Good place to PU or deliver. In & out in no time. Only one time my load wasnt ready. Only had to wait 30 minutes.

Busy place at times. Can back up! Very limited parking.Mostly live load and unload.Ez to miss driven setting in warehouse behind street address.

I waited to get instructions on what to do between dock 16 and 17 as the lady at the door between dock 35 and 36 explained to me. i sat there for 30 mins noone came out. i walked back to the door between 35 and 36 she called down to shipping and receiving door between dock 16 and 17. the man she talked to told her they were busy I needed to wait. fine. i go to my truck because i really had to use it and saw no restrooms available for use. as im using the restroom someone is constantly blowing there horn at me, i tried to hurry up as fast as i could but when I opened my curtains to move it was 2 other men plus the driver, one was knocking at my door, rushing me. now, if it took u 2.5 seconds to come for that, why does it take almost 2 hours to gt help and unloaded? My appointment was originally set for 15:30 but blame expeditors international in laredo, tx for not having me loaded on time and me waiting 8 hours for them to assign me a trailer. And traffic through san antonio, waco, austin, and dallas. But i informed them way ahead of time i needed the appointment changed. I am on a reefer account i shouldnt have been hauling for this company unless it was reefer anyways. But next time i will definitely refuse the load. Very unprofessional.and im still waiting as i type to get help. No way will i ever come back.

2nd time here to pick up a pre loaded trailer that took several hours to pick up, due to not being ready at scheduled time! Took 6 hours today! 4 hours last time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried this shipper again. No thank you. Next time I will pass.

It took them about an hour and a half just to print paperwork on an already loaded trailer!? Then they said theyd be out to seal it, and Im still waiting.
