Not very helpful. Extremely rude, wouldnt allow me to finish a sentence before snapping at me. Not helpful in resolving issues with pickup. I was not treated like a customer at all. There are a lot of employees and no one knows whats going on. We had to walk the entire warehouse to help them find our shipments. If customer service is important do not choose this company. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for service needs.

Tex Air caused $100,000.00 worth of damage to some very expensive equipment during a move then refused to pay the claim.I requested they use pads and straps to secure the equipment during the move. When the trailer arrived I found they did not use a single strap or pad on any of the equipment. As you can see in the pictures the driver did not attempt to secure a single piece of this equipment.Management can not be trusted to accept responsibility for the total lack caring and effort their driver demonstrated.

Tex Air is the sorriest company i have ever attempted to work for. I quit after the 1st day due to all the hidden fees that they charge their Employees. When i picked up my check, i found out that they also charge you for every application that they filed. Including the background checks, drug screen, TSA application, DISA Fee, DISA monthly fee, MVR, and employment verification fee. Theyre pathetic. They screw their employees every chance they get. Look at their turn over rate andd you will figure out what type of company they are. I wouldnt work for them, if they were the only job available on the planet.

Good Peoples,but going in as a new employ hire, demand more pay than you want let them low ball you and meet them at the salary you wanted in the first place,,, that will be your only raise...
