FedEx has been an absolute lifesaver. Sometimes we need to get large items printed quickly and they have always been so accommodating! Love, love, love them!

I really appreciate the people here and their efforts. We have a small business and sometimes we have to cut a few corners to save a few bucks and this place has helped us do that from time to time using their services to create posters and signs and some framed products as well. They are always willing to patiently work with you (no matter how crazy the project!!) and make sure you get the satisfactory results you need. I will always be back!!

My son needed some paperwork printed for his online classes. Over the phone/email ordering was quick and easy. Jeff and another young man, I cant remember his name, were so helpful! Awesome guest service!

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Cost me time and money even fooling with them. Don’t waste ur breath even trying to talk with Stephanie. Weened on a pickle.

Amy really went to bat for me; not only she help get my Christmas letter printed, she worked tirelessly to print some pics to add to the letter, and make sure theyd fit in our Christmas cards. Shes a blessing!! 😁😁❤️

Amy was terrible and had no clue. I asked to speak to a manager and waited. Jeff, Store Manager walked around me multiple times and ignored me. This went on and on. Nichole, assistant manager finally came out and apologized and said she would address the issue with Amy. Luckily team member Stephanie was awesome and took care of me.The first four reviews on here I scrolled through were about the same issues with Jeff and Amy. Apparently, FedEx does not want to fix the issues at this location.

I had a 36x48 research poster printed somewhere else and they could not laminate it. I called this location and Stuart helped me. He also explained the options for lamination and quick turnaround. He also called me again to let me know the poster was ready for pick up. The finished product was excellent and looked so nice. Thanks again to Stuart for great customer service and a 100% quality product! Job well done.

I waited in line and after Jeff finished with the woman before me, he proceeded to ignore me by walking away and working on something else. I stood there for a while as if I was invisible. He tried to pawn me off on another employee that was unable to help me. Then he had the audacity to ask me if I had time to wait around until he was done with whatever he had just started working on. It was clear he did not want to help me. I do not have time to stand around and be ignored. I told him to forget it and walked out. I will NEVER go back to this location. They have lost a customer forever. Thanks for wasting my time!

This location has been here a long time dating back to when it was a Kinkos. Very professionally run. Copies, lamination, large print jobs, mailing center, office space for plugging in your laptop, etc. ... And they take passport photos at reasonable prices.

Amy greeted me with a smile and a friendly welcome as soon as I walked in the front door. She listened intently and patiently to all my ideas I had about my print project and then helped walk me through all possible options as well as offered great suggestions on what she thought would work best for executing my large size print project. I initially went in to have a few questions answered but within 5 minutes, I knew FedEx Office would be the best place to complete the job. Cost was extremely reasonable and I cant wait until I pick up the finished product, highly recommend!

I am very disappointed in the service I received today at 10:30 am. This Fedex office Opened an account for me and I shipped atleast 15 packages with them. What I failed to do was ask for my account # and realized it was not sent to me in any of my emails from them. Today I needed to send out another large package and I asked what seemed to be the manager on site, since he was the only one not in uniform and wearing a tie (seemed middle eastern) and sounded like his name was Colenn or Colin. He refused to give me my account #. I told him I have all the shipments and tracking #s with me I could show him under my account, along with my ID which has my current address under the account. Everything he needs to look up my account #. And he refused. I was very upset and mentioned I opened the account at this Office and they failed to provide me with my account #. He did not even try to work with me. Pretty much just asked me to go elsewhere. And on top of that refused to accept my package. Unfortunately, I will not be using this location anymore. I’ve never had issues with any one at this office or any other office. It’s unfortunate FEDEX has people like this working for them. On top of that just plain rude!

The guys working were super friendly and time efficient. I had to ship 4 boxes quickly from TX to CA before I had to go catch my flight back home and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The main guy helping me even lived in the area I live in CA so it made for good conversation. I will definitely choose this FedEx when I am in TX again.

Today, i had an awesome experience with shipping my 28 boxes with this fedex team!Jackie and management took charge of our corporate shipment in which we had to get marketing materials to all of our merchandising team in various markets across the united states by mid week.It was a lot of organizing and administration to get it out by tonight.Thank you for your assistance and take charge attitude.

Very disappointed as I was turned away from Amy just now because she “has a lot going on right now.”I’ve been helped in the past & there was never an issue to help me with what I’ve needed in the past. I feel very disrespected & discriminated as I was the only person of color there & people came in after me who she jumped me to go help, not of color.

I had a somewhat complicated shipping scenario but the folks here took the time to explain all my options with complete professionalism. Very detail orientated to be sure my needs were met.

I go out of my way to go to this location. Usually well staffed, knowledgeable and friendly.

Theyre always very helpful and make sure your projects are just the way you wanted them to. Its always nice to go and see friendly faces as well as get your work done in a professional manner!

Too busy to bind some papers?? It literally takes less than two minutes to spiral bind a small document. Place was virtually empty. No excuses.

They have a plotter which can be used to print blue prints, well these days they are just black and white. Anyways, they never have enough employees working the counter. I do like their extended hours.

The people are great. Can always rely on FedEx Office to get it done when youre in a pinch!

I came in to have a document laminated, and was treated as if I were an inconvenience. Listening to an employee complain to another employee was not a professional way to act in front of customers. I dont like to be addressed with no respect, an unpleasant attitude, and a scowl. Ill do business someplace else.
