Had really good staff and was pretty cheap to get my screen replaced. However, my screen stopped working after 4 weeks, which is also when the warranty expired. Now it’s glitchy and acts like I’m touching it when I’m not. Waste of $100

The bottom quarter inch of my iPhone 6 stopped working, but everything else was fine. The gentlemen were nice and the screen replacement took less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, 2 days later my Touch ID stopped working. I went back and they said it was a known “software issue” and that sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn’t, they never know. Yet this wasn’t mentioned to me beforehand. I’ve had my screen replaced before, with no issue. If you have an iPhone 6 I would look elsewhere for your screen repairs.

Got my iPhone X screen replaced there. They changed the screen to a really inferior lcd instead of OLED without telling me in advance. Poor color, weak (discolored with moderate press), they wouldn’t switch the screen back or put OLED in when I found out because they made me sign a waiver and didn’t have it. The screen broke in 2 months.

Be careful with these Guys, they never tell the hidden costs upfront, they will tell you only when you go back to collect the phone after its fixed. The quality of work, they do is very poor. They fixed my I phone broken display but it was still showing black in some parts of the screen, when I told I dont want this screen, they charged mee $35 plus tax without finally fixing good quality of screen...please be careful when you give your phone for fixing with these guys..dont get cheated by the price and offers they try to give.

Worst place ever. I took my phone for a screen repair and the proximity sensor that is supposed to come with the screen didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it. Meaning that they have cheap screens. When I ask for my money back they charged me 35$ just for opening the phone. So basically he charged me for not fixing my phone.

Unsatisfied.While out of town, we used this company to fix a shattered phone screen last night. The employee was friendly. We checked a few things. Everything appeared to be working.The next morning when we turned on our gps to travel home, it does not work. I dont believe it is a coincidence. The gps worked yesterday. It even worked with a shattered screen. But it did not work after they opened up my phone to fix a screen.We hadnt left town yet so we went back to the business. A different employee was working. He told us the gps sensor has nothing to do with the screen. He was unwilling to even open the phone and see if the sensor could have been misplaced, damaged, etc.As customers we go to these places hoping they will fix our problems....Not create more while doing so. We understand mistakes can happen when making repairs. However, when given the opportunity to fix a mistake, the company should make an attempt to resolve the problem. Instead of telling us to update or check some settings.Very Unsatisfied.Update:We contacted customer service. They were friendly and they mailed us a portion of our money back. We appreciate them taking the time to address our problem. So higher review for that. I initially gave them a 1 star. After this Id give a 4. So to be fair, I will raise review to a 3.

I slammed my phone in the door and thought I would have to replace the phone but they fixed it to almost perfect! Now I have my phone back and never had to go to the apple store to try to purchase another or pay for some ungodly amount to get it fixed ! Service was great speed was uncanny and result was perfect! Came here last week to get my iPhones microphone fixed, said I had to leave it with them for about a week because it was going to take longer than we thought when they actually ended up making the home and power buttons useless. I came to pick it up today and it still wasnt ready! They practically fried my whole phone and then tried to accuse me of mishandeling it. They had the audacity to tell that it would take longer and what not and yet they still tried to charge me extra. So, I just ended up getting my phone back. It keeps powering off randomly and the settings are all messed up. I cant adjust the time zones, log in to any apps, and I cant open my phone unless I get a notification. This was my 1st time coming here and will be my last. Dont come here unless you never want to use your phone again.

I have been dealing with this company for three weeks trying to get my phone unlock. I was told several different stories by different employees. After all the hassle, I had to file a report with mall management to try to get my money back. I am beyond livid regarding my experience with this company. I wish it was a negative star I could give.

I got screen protector installed in December for samsung edge plus and they charged me $34.99 saying that $20 is for screen and $14.99 for life time warranty and said they will change the screen for free if its damaged and asked to save the receipt. Since I have a 2 yr old kid and she always plays with my phone so I took the life time warranty option as well. Now my screen is broken and when we went to the store they say they will charge $20 and said because of the life time warranty they are charging $20 otherwise they charge $45. No one told us this when I paid initialy for life time warranty and moreover we get the screen for like $15 in amazon. Do not buy anything from these guys when they charge lifetime warranty.
