Excellent service. I was reluctant to call an outside service provider because I was afraid of a huge upsell, but this person was more than fair and generous, and knowledgeable. He actually gave me the choice of telling me how I could fix it myself, or have him do it. How great is that! I would definitely recommend this great service!

Mr Cisneros did a fantastic job helping me after my computer bit the dust, copied files off the dead beast and gave excellent suggestions on new device and software. I would recommend using his service anytime you need assistance with technical help or software advice.

I had Ruben take ALL the viruses out of my wifes laptop. he was reasonably priced, great quality, and best of all 3 days after we got it back he rechecked it for free because my wife had let some 43rd hand company from India representing quickbooks into that computer. I had a poor experience. I hardly ever write reviews (good or bad) but felt it was necessary to do so this time. I contracted Ruben to replace my laptop keyboard, since the space bar was broken. He brought it back to me unfixed. I told him it was not at all improved. He took it back and tried to replace just the space bar. He brought it back to me a second time and it was maybe 10% better but still not usable for rapid typing. All the while, he was very difficult to reach. He would not return my phone calls and was very slow responding to texts. He also had my laptop for close to three weeks, which is unacceptable. When he brought it back to me unfixed the second time, he did sort of admit it was not fixed, and told me there was no charge. Although his work was poorly done, he did spend his time with my computer so I told him Id like to pay him half his fee. He agreed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ruben and DFW On-Site. They were a disappointment.

I would definitely use his service for all my computer related needs! If you want to stay connected and keep your info safe...call them!
