Every time I walk into the door, a manager is there to greet me and ask if they can assist in any way. Every single time. I use the printing service frequently, and they are exceptional. Product turns out great, ahead of time (for me, at least,) always, and Ive even had them call to check if some things were done intentionally, that turned out to be errors. I mean, what?Yeah, I dont take the time to write 5 stars often. But, yeah.

I strongly recommend against using Office Depot gift cardsThe clerk gave me a lecture about stolen and fraud use.I spent over five hours dealing with this issue. Office Depot has hidden rules that make using them very difficult.To update my review: Office Depot contacted me. I informed them of the problem, they didnt change anything nor did they address the issue.Since then, I have researched gift cards in general and companies make a huge profit on gift cards because so many of them go unused / lost. Its a shame that they add even more problems by putting huge restrictions on how they are used. 8 hours of my time and Im short on the money, Id have been MUCH BETTER OFF not having purchased Office Depot Gift cards.

This is a strange Office Depot. The store building seems very large causing very wide isles and it’s not uncommon to see bare shelves with lots of things out of stock. On the plus side there are almost always really good deals to be found here and tags marked with significant savings on many items. The staff are very friendly.

Came in to run off two quick documents. Self serve machines are worn out and broken. When I asked the staff to quickly print a couple documents for me they said theres additional charge.The place was empty and they were all standing around. So they can stand around till they get fired because of no customers. I wont be back.Went down the street to the Stapleton they quickly took care of me.

Purchased a printer today at the store in Grapevine. The sales person was so helpful. Didnt get her name, but she was the only female I saw working when I was in the store. She took time to discuss the differences in the printers I was interested in and explained features of each. It really helped me make my decision.Its not five stars because she said I needed a USB cable to set it up and sold me one. I didnt need it (set it up from app on my phone), but I had already opened the package, so I guess Im keeping it.Overall great experience. Already love the printer....it works!

I was super unhappy with a return process that had gotten too complicated, had spent well over 2 hours already in store and online with no success because I had purchased online and now wasnt able to return the item to store. and then I visited this location to give it one last shot before I gave up. obviously I got lucky that I ran into Aaron, he was very understanding and realized my frustration and he finally resolved the issue. Id like to thank Aaron for his great customer service...! thank you!

I had a great experience selecting a new laptop yesterday. Aaron helped me to narrow down to the one I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the merits of different laptop components and helped me select the one with my preferred brand, processing speed and budget.

I just want to say the management here is great! Aaron helped me with a gaming chair I was having issues with and he went above and beyond to help me out and he didn’t have to. This location has great customer service and they care about their customers. Thank you Aaron for your assistance.

I recently moved to the Grapevine Texas area and chose Office Depot in Grapevine for my main office supplies (and more) store to shop. I have never had a bad experience. The employees there are so amazingly kind and polite. A big shout out to the Assist Store Mgr Aaron. I brought my desk chair in and he immediately saw the issue (my fault) and never complained or questioned me. I showed proof of purchase and he immediately took the chair to make it right. Be careful when you use the self service print machines, because when they come out wrong, the management staff will make you repay for the correct copies. They do not factor in the time that was wasted, and the money that was already invested. “Nothing we can do about it” is their slogan.

First and last time sending a fax! $3 for the first page, $2 for every page after. Next time take a picture and email it for free!

Waste of time. I went in to get some Sharpies on sale. Fine, they had a good selection. Then, at the checkout I asked if they price matched since several of their items were on sale at Staples. I showed them the online sale ad. They said yes, not a problem. I go back and shop and then return to the check out counter. Then I am told, no they wont price match on those items, even though they had said yes. I said fine, put them back. Id still like to get the Sharpies. Then the associate tells me the Sharpies arent the ones on sale. When I tell her they were over there in a clearly marked section, she said she didnt believe me....horrible customer service. She didnt even pretend to check.

Easy to get to and always friendly, professional staff available to help. Just ask. On our last visit we reviewed and bought an office chair. With their help, we got the best chair for my heavy use at a great price. They also assembled it and helped me load it in my truck. Im very happy.

Office Depot is a very comprehensive office supply retailer. They have a little bit of everything. I must admit though, the prices were so high just for mailing envelopes that I immediately left and headed to Wal-Mart, where I found what I was looking for at half the price. If I could wright off my business expenses I would use the store, simply because they carried multible selections of each item they carry. Better selection, but higher prices.

Went in to get some moving supply’s and get some things copied it was 3 people in line I went in at 1:40 pm . The dame woman with pink hair started getting frustrated and yelling at her own employees when they asked her a simple question . Long story short I left at 2:21 with nothing not my copy not my moving supply they took that long WITH 3 people in line !!

Bunch of liars who feel their discretion is over and above Company Policies of Office Depot.Manager on floor chose to lie and make her own rules violating the policies of the organization.Stay away from this depot. Lewisville and Irving stores are way better.

Came in here for some office supplies and was greeted at the door by a nice gentleman who told right where to go and I was in and out over my lunch hour with time to spare.

My favorite office supply store. Fast service and friendly associates. Very neat and clean store. No shortage of employees to help you.

Excellent services from these fine young people, was looking forward to taking the cute gurl home with me because I know office Depot doesnt take in strays,, lol... but really appreciate the help guys, thankfully I didnt have to do extra work to pay for the service, didnt see a table to hold my weight doing my belly dance act, seriously they are awesome, cutie girls working here, kind regards James Rushing
