Awesome place to go to. They are quick but do a great job cleaning each time both inside and out. I also always enjoy pulling up and being greeted by Ricks smiling face and always a joke or two. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a cleaning or getting on the monthly service, like I have.

The Lube Center is my go to for oil changes and inspections. There are always very nice and great customer service. It is never a long wait. This time I left my phone and the staff and a customer helped me track it down.

Okay car wash, but the detailing was poor at best. The dog hair I specifically asked to be vacuumed up when I arrived was still all over the interior. The inside of my center console is dirty, as though untouched. The exterior of my truck is still dirty as well! I went because of an online coupon but wont be back.

I am always pleased with the service here. I went to get my oil changed. When it was time to check out, the guy got very happy. Apparently, I had a loyalty bonus and my oil change was free! That made my day, and it was so cute how the guy was so happy to be able to give me this!

Always a good place to take the car for a wash. It’s full service so they take it from you and return it clean. In and out in about 15 minutes on busy days, quicker if you go when traffic is light.

This was my first time to have a vehicle inspected at Mustang Elite. I brought my sons car for the inspection, since the machine at my inspection station of preference has been down this week. My experience at Mustang Elite exceeded expectations. There were a number of cars there, but one employee was keeping it organized while others were performing inspections. I asked if I could buy water, but he brought me a free one. There are nice tables outside to sit in the shade. The office and restroom are nice and clean. There is some seating inside. They maintained a steady flow, and I was out before I knew it. $25.50. Overall, a very good experience.

The most professional, detail/buffing place around. I came from Euless, I tried in Bedford it was a horrible experience, they were closing shortly, I tipped 28 dollars to get home and see swirls and compound stir not removed. Tree sap. The girl who charged me was new...I told her I wanted a full hand wax. She charged me 34 dollars due to a special? My car was just spray waxed, tree sap still there. I told them I asked for a hand wax, he stated just take care of my people, 28 dollar tip, 5 minutes rubbing compound on my hood. Just got the car, Took it to Elite in Grapvine and will be happy to pay the 250.00 to restore my brand new 🚗, They are nice and highly professional. Go to Mustang Elite Grapevine...They are so nice. I showed up two hours before close to get a detail done. They turned me away, telling me too many people ahead of myself. It says no where on the website they stop offering service at a particular time of day. I can go into a restaurant or retail place before close and not be kicked out but if I show up here 2 hours before close, I get turned away here. I am very not happy with this place.

At one time this was a little facility with great service. With the expansion theyre able to serve a great many more number of people. But somehow theyve kept the essence of being the little town car wash. For me its the ONLY car wash. Maybe being Owner/Operator is their secret. Along with a great staff ~ the individuals that work the line outside wiping down your car and adding the clean up touches to the interior the majority have been there for over a decade. There is nothing elite about this place! When I went back to the vacuum area to show Rick the mess left he said “You got a basic wash!” I explained that the basic wash is $10.99 and I got the $25.00 wash. He said the best washes were on the back of his card. He offered to vacuum again but I said that if he was apologetic instead of defensive I would give this place a second chance. I will go to Jerry’s and vacuum it again myself.

State Inspection - Went for an inspection on 11/15 and thought it might be time for an oil change too. The person that waited on me said even though the number of months had past, that my number of miles to go had not, so he told me the oil change was not necessary this trip. I was just impressed on how everything went. We have been going her since they opened for oil changes and car washes and I was just happy to be reminded why I like this place. I also like that you can wait outside on the nice picnic benches instead of in the indoor waiting room.

I LOVE this car wash. Randomly found them when passing by the area and now they are the only people I allow to do my detailing. Ive tried a few other places and they just dont do it as well at Mustang Elite. The staff is also really nice and friendly here. One of the ladies always remembers me and I just love that!The workers who do the exterior cleaning do a great job getting the water streaks out of the minor places on the outside, and those who clean the inside do an awesome job too. Though, they do always leave the old air fresheners, which is kind of strange to me but I guess thats my job.

They do a great job at keeping the inside and outside of truck clean. Just one thing that this place should note is that when dealing with trucks that have tires that stick out past the fenders, they need to completely dry off/wash off the tire of any tire shine or tires soap because otherwise when driving itll fling that stuff up onto the truck and leave soap spots all over the truck. Even though they made that mistake Im still giving them 5 stars because they rewashed it without making it complicated.

I recently went off-roading in my 07 Fj cruiser. I got it about halfway muddy as where I went there wasnt a lot of mud. I usually have my FJ detailed by some mobile detailers. They were too busy and they did not offer anything for cleaning the underneath of my car which was the muddiest part. For the mobile guys it was about 120 to completely detail inside and out. Here it cost me 27 something, but it was in no way a detail job. It looks good enough for me though and they cleaned the underneath, or tried. I understand though that mud sticks and doesn’t come off. In a quick glance it looks clean but looking in crevices and stuff there is still mud. Customer service was okay. They didn’t break off my snorkel or radio antenna so that’s a plus. Overall for 27$ they did an outstanding job. I don’t understand how people can complain about them doing a poor job when their prices are so low. You get what you pay for. If you want a full detail get some people who detail for a living not a car wash place. The hd photo is what my fj looked like after the detailers. The other two are before and after.

I have been using Mustang for oil changes and most car washes. They do a good job at the oil change but the car wash guys need a little work. The inside windows are rarely wiped down but overall they do a good job.

Didnt know this place existed wouldve gone only here prior to my vehicle turn-in at the VPC, instead of multiple car wash locations 😂🤣

I have been using the car wash for awhile now. When I dont have the time to wash by hand, Mustang is my go to.They do a great job for a good price. I like that they wash inside of glass even on the basic wash. Theres usually a couple of tiny water spots, but all in all I have never had a bad wash.Another thing I like is even when theyre crazy busy it doesnt take forever to put the vehicle through the tunnel.I have yet to use their lube shop, so I cannot speak good or bad about that side of the business. Highly recommend using their car wash!

Piss poor service. I had my truck washed and when they said it was done I went to look it over and found the bed of my truck full of soap and the windows werent clean and the dash wasnt clean. I paid $27 and it wasnt clean. I demanded my money back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!! As you can see in the pics, this is after it was done and they told me it was ready.

I understand that I got the most basic wash, but I still expected better. The interior seemed hardly vacuumed, there was still some adhesive residue in the windshield, and there was still a little dirt on the exterior. And my antenna snapped off. It was only $11 but I still feel slightly scammed.

Consistency, quality, and attention to detail keep me coming back. This place is a well oiled machine and they go above and beyond to get my car clean, and in a timely manner. Little touches like using an air compressor to get the extra bit of water out of all of the crevices, and carpeted walk ways on the delivery lane, show they really care about being the best at what they do!

We asked them to get a detail to ship our vehicle overseas. They didn’t move anything in the car in order to reach all of the spots that were dirty. We were told they would have us move all of our stuff out so they could vacuum where our luggage was and we were never asked to do so. The person who spoke to us was rude and did not care whatsoever that our car needed to be white glove clean. We had to go to the Vehicle Processing Center and wipe down our car with Lysol wipes in order to even look somewhat decent. I would never recommend this car wash to anyone and especially someone who is shipping their car right after. It took less than 5 minutes and was barely cleaned on the outside. We had left over bugs from our trip and dirt all over our mats. We paid $25 for someone to wipe it down after a car wash that we could’ve gotten somewhere else for $5. Do not come here unless you want to clean it again after yourself.

Fair pricing. Now, if the employees would just learn to wipe the excessive tire dressing off so it doesnt splatter up all my n the sides of my truck!! You have to tell them EVERYTIME.

Highly recommend the detailing here! Got our car detailed: floor mats and carpeting washed and vacuumed well, doors and interior cleaned well, windows sparkled, and seats cleaned even the trunk was spotless!! They do what they say they’re gonna do.

I really like this car wash, I come a couple times per month. My issue is with the woman at the front desk who ALWAYS has an attitude and is so rude. She acts as if customers are bothering her. And boy, don’t try and present her with your discount identification, then you can’t a sigh and an eye roll. I wish they offered some kind of pay online option to avoid her honestly.

Drove through the parking lot and will never visit again. every FAQ and ticket says pay inside but there is no signage to say where to go or how to do anything at this car wash. The only way to know how to navigate mustang elite car Wash is having visited since they opened or going with a friend who has been there before. No signage. Never will return.

Always lots of confusion and friction with Wyatt, an employee in the bay. Since I drive a company car and must go through ARI Fleet Services to pay for the oil change on previous visits. He complains about the time and steps involved, so I called ARI ahead of time in hopes of expediting the process. He was unhappy about that, and told me it wasnt helpful since he still had to contact them, get a P.O, etc. I get the feeling hed rather me go elsewhere. Im not accustomed to employees arguing with me. As I was waiting alone in the lobby, I lifted my mask up a little to get a few pulls off my coffee and he trotted over- opened the door and told me he was going to need me to keep my mask properly positioned- then went back to what he was doing out there, with his dirty bandana pulled down around his neck. Erick and the other fellows were very friendly and accomodating.This location is near my office, and I hope I can work something out for future oil changes.

I enjoy getting my oil changed there. The crew is funny and fun to listen to. They check everything and keep me informed.The car wash side is good and fast. Sometimes too fast. They don’t get the windows done properly. I need to request my back window to be cleaned most of the time. The last time they didn’t wipe off my console. It’s still a good place to go.

I have been getting my car washed and oil changed at this location for many years. Both places are quick and fast. I have paid for the upgraded car wash a few times and it’s not always worth it. But the staff is so kind! I keep going back.

The gentleman that argued with me about my tint and said he couldnt attempt my inspection here you go! I should of left without not getting both of my vehicles oil changed, but I still gave your place the business. I understand laws and regulations but you dont have to be a coward about it. Ive enjoyed going to this facility bringing both of my vehicles and have referred many of my friends and family. I explained to the gentleman that Ive been the only owner of my vehicle for 7years, and it was impossible the sensor was correct. This person argued with me and I personally saw him talking about me through his headset he wears to other coworkers. I run a business myself and I would never have someone like that on the frontline representing my name. I will not be back and for sure have blasted this place on social media about your employee. I ended up going to GMC the actual place I bought my vehicle and had no problems with my inspection.

The lube center is prompt, and quick this is my second time there and I still get a little confused on where to go.I needed a state inspection with my oil change, naturally I felt I needed to go to the inspection bay but I was told to go in another bay. While I realize they are set up to do it in other locations, when your fighting your autonomic base of your brain saying (go to that bay) 1st world problems.The other confusing point in my journey was some people stayed in there car while there oil got changed, I thought well this is nice so I set up to get some work done. (Not so) it then dawned on me that I needed an inspection so I had to turn my daughters movie off, wind her through the rows of cars took boxes etc just to get out side and to where I could walk to the door.Maybe - we could find a way to organize that a little better or maybe I was there on a super busy day.The lube center is still extraordinarily fast, I got my oil changed, my state inspection done in about an hour, they even have the stupid tool to get my oil filter off my car. (It’s nice to not have to take it to the dealership)It was about to rain that day so I came back the next day for my car wash, I usually go to my dealership for my car wash, but I must say, Mustang does a phenomenal job of cleaning a car. My dealership can’t match that in any way shape or form.All in all Mustang’s car wash and lube center has things dialed in.

I pulled in on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. EVERYONE in town was there. I was quickly met by a representative who thoughtfully informed me that I would have a 45 min wait time. I was happy to wait. I brought stuff to do. I already know this is my place, and good service is worth waiting for. I felt that they were efficient, worked quickly, and very professional, everyone was working hard, as a team, no one was just hanging out. Clearly busy, but using my time wisely. The wait was less than estimated. All of my info was on file. I was processed very efficiently. This is my place.
