I apparently working in the Grapevine Mills Area and this gas station is one that I constantly go to on a frequent basis. The customer service is awesome and I definitely like their car wash especially after coming from a four hour drive from Houston. I also stopped there before I leave when I come from work to have my car wash to go back home. Basically what Im saying is their car wash keeps your ride looking clean.

Very expensive store. There is a McDonalds on site but at the moment (5/29/21) its drive thru only. I got a cold sandwich it was $4.99, it was frozen in the center and the cashier said there was nothing he could do about it cause I opened it. Haha

Its clean with a ton of gas pumps and car wash. The prices are high so dont expect any bargains. There is a McDonalds attached with a drive through which is pretty convenient and its easy to get back on the highway or go north to explore quasi historic downtown Grapevine which didnt look anything like that in 1986 but thats another review for another location

A decent place to stop for late night essentials— if it’s on your route. Gas prices seem to be equivalent to the surrounding area. Four stars instead of five due to the fact that many items are not marked with pricing; ultimately the price is up to the cashier, as I’ve had the same items entered as $1.99, $2.99, and an attempted $3.49. This would usually bring a worse review in and of itself, but there hasn’t been an issue when mentioning it. I also have yet to be treated with disrespect, and the fact that I commute overnight and ultimately stop in such places during odd-hours has afforded me a number of instances where I’ve been treated like an outright criminal simply for existing at 4:00AM.Not a issue here.

Would give NO stars if I could. A guy named Mena (I think thats how it was spelled) just called me a liar when I told him that he overcharged me when he charged me $2.29 for a Nesquik chocolate mile instead of the $1.99 that is advertised . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The car wash is a RIP OFF. $8 is the cheapest option and my car is still covered in dust. It didn’t even have a dry option. What a waste of money, they should just close the car wash down if it doesn’t work!! I have my receipt and would like a refund.

Product area was well stocked and neat. Overall inside and out was clean. Staff was cordial. Parking area was a bit haphazard with traffic flow.

Nice convenient location just off of 114. Quick in and out service! Having a McDonalds inside makes it a nice touch for late night or quick family meals while on the road.

Car wash stopped working half way through. Soap still on the car. Had to walk inside, and ended up helping the guy fix it. Bottom line. Don’t get your car washed here, not worth it.

Dont waste your money on this car wash. Cleans the top only. Ill say it again IT CLEANS THE TOP OF YOUR CAR ONLY.

I came here specifically for the car wash and it was a complete waste of time and money! My car still looks dusty and actually more dirty because it now has water marks all over it. Wish I had read the previous reviews about the car wash first.

Very bad cashier @ night on shaft day 30th July 2018. He doesnt know how to behave with costumes. He is kind of resist. Need to fried him for better business.

I dont really hate this place but, when I went into the restroom I was utterly disgusted. I dont usually post but I felt it very necessary. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves if they allow them. Unbelievably, the smell was worse.

The convenience store is a joke.Items have no price. Should I guess the price or name the price I want to pay?Very impolite staff, especially the asian looking guy who was working at 5AM on April 7/2016. Please fire that jerk.

Credit/Debit Card Scammers!Today is January 19, 2019 - I had went inside to pay for gas but they told me it didnt read correctly to try again. Then they said it was declined both times but I showed them that it took my first transaction for gas but Red Flagged the 2nd transaction.I showed the guys in there my bank transactions on my app and they said my bank was wrong and said I wasnt reading it correctly. I was like trying to stay calm but they kept insisting that I was wrong and their records were correct and I need to come back to talk to the manager. WHAT??!!I made it home and called my bank, they gave me an authorization code of the transaction. Filled out a Credit Card Dispute and I had a valid dispute but the mess I have to go through because these jerks cant admit that they took my money the first time and tried it again.I called up there to tell them what my bank said, only to be told that I need to quit calling because they were right and I will get no money.

One of the employees asked me to remove my firearm, and leave it in my car. No arguments on my end, I will be happy to spend my money at a store that wont tread on my constitutional rights.

Car wash is useless and so is the Manager. I paid for a car wash deluxe and afterwards there is dirt still all over my car. I go in and he states he cannot give me a refund just a redo. Did the redo and still car is not clean. Manager was rude. Dont worry, I wont be back!

Piss poor service from both Sabin and Sam. Asked me my age because they couldnt figure the math after me handing them my ID. Whats the point in asking for ID if youre going to turn around and ask me my age? Then wouldnt give me managers information. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Girls at front register well really helpful with the beef jerky. And very nice not to mention beautiful girls.

Horrible time cashier was extremely rude, said she couldnt not break change unless we brought something, which is complete b.s. I have worked at 2 gas station and there is always a way to open the drawer. Will never return to a chevron to get gas or anything else in my life. Worst gas station there is. Horrible experience!!!!

Car wash is useless. Do not wash your car in this one. The sprays arent adjusted correctly and basically left the sides of my car with stripes where the dirt was cleaned in one area and not the next.
