Called this place, left a message on their 24 hr service line on a Monday morning. When I didnt receive a return call by the next day, I found another company to repair my Maytag stove.

Steven was able to contact me back, and come see me all in one day. He originally came to fix my refrigerator, which he was able to fix on the spot. And then we talked about what else he works on after doing such a great job, and he referenced AC repair...My AC needed assistance and he was able to check and fix it as well. 5 stars service, personable, and he gave me further tips to help take care of my AC & Fridge to keep them running right. Hopefully no more issues, but if something comes up I will definitely give him a call. Cheers!

Let’s start from the beginning- my call was answered very professionally by Steven which set a great first impression.Second- he was available the same day - which was a blessing for a family who was going to lose their food from a broken refrigerator.Third- he shows up on time every time - and in my book that’s very rare in this industry. All work (parts and labor) are documented for full transparency.So overall- I got a great service at a great price and I was treated very professionally. I would definitely hire them again.

Responded to request right away w a time frame for arrival next day and kept me updated on when they would arrive. Was professional and friendly. Investigated and diagnosed repair fast and repair was made right then! Price was fair and saved me from having to buy a new fridge! Gave me tips on how to keep the back clean of dirt and dust. Parts came w 1year warranty with option to extend to 2yrs. Also suggested a surge protector specially for refrigerators. Was very pleased with them and will call them again if ever needed!

Steven and Richard arrived within hours of me calling on a Friday afternoon for service/repair. They quickly addressed and resolved the issue. They care for their customers and are honest folks.... would recommend.

Terrible customer service from Steven the owner...I called the phone number listed on his website to get a fridge repair scheduled for today. After sending him my info an hour passed and I did not hear from anyone even though “someone would get back to me shortly” As you can imagine being that our fridge was down I needed someone to come fix it ASAP..so I went back to google and found a different website with a different number...called and they scheduled me right there on the phone....about 15 min later I get a call from Steven and he is accusing me of double booking a service and “why am I wasting his time, etc” come to find out he also “owns” the second company I called. How was I supposed to know, especially when he never got back to me with a repair time in the first place. He was quite rude, and I’m sure he’ll say he wasn’t but I’ve worked in customer service/hospitality my whole career and I know what good service is. I told him I wanted to cancel with HIM, assuming to keep my appointment with the person who told me just minutes ago were going to come around Noon...well 2:30p and no one shows up...I call back company number two and while explaining the situation they hung up on me; so I called Steven back and he gave me the same speech about how I was calling them twice, and wasting their time....if it is the same company then you should be aware you are being advertised online with two different numbers and two different websites...in the end we will go with Anyone else but this company. I’m all about supporting local business and understand things happen, but don’t come at your customers accusing them of anything....

Well the guy showed up to repair a Thermador refrigerator water dispenser. I was told $79 service charge which would be credited if we used him. He told us that he needed to get that part and it would be $530 to repair and that we would have to pay half down and remaining when he fixed. It was dusty so I vacuumed and he left and would return when he got the part. I called Thermador that afternoon and they told me the part was literally $22. He was trying to charge me $207 for the part. When I called him he made up some story as to why he was trying to charge me $180 more for part. I told him that I would pay the $79 service fee and to reimburse for remaining money he charged me as we would not be using him. He refused and thus we are disputing through our credit card. Unethical. ****Steven has replied and is staying his course of dishonesty. He did NOT clean the coils I did. Normal dust in refrigerator coils. Very easy to take off couple of screws. He was there on a service call $79 to assess the problem and then I would be charged the repair amount minus the diagnostic fee if I chose to move foward with the repair. I normally would not pay someone until work was done but he told he had to pick up the part which he claimed was $207. The part quoted from Thermador was $22. I called him back of courtesy to see why he was charging us so much and he said he no control over what his suppliers charges us and was MORE then surprised we know the price of the part. We understand people have mark ups but this was EXCESSIVE. As was noted originally the refrigerator and dispenser were working fine as in we had NO TEMPERATURE LOST, but it was making a noise and we wanted to make sure to have it looked at. Look at his reviews carefully as in go over to other review sites. One has 4 out of 5 stars giving him 1 star only because we couldnt give him a zero. We remain consistent in our assessment. We agreed to pay him the $79 diagnostic fee which is his fee until you have the work done. He didnt do the work as we didnt feel comfortable with dishonesty

Refrigerator died on us the night of the Superbowl. Everything was defrosting and we had no idea what to do. Mr. Baker took our call and discussed the issue over the phone. Someone was out to our house to attempt a repair that night, even though it was late.He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to us and what we needed to do to fix it. Also gave us some great recommendations on how to keep it performing optimally. Fridge is now back to normal. Highly recommend for appliance repair.

Steven knew exactly what was wrong with our stove. He replaced parts was concerned with my time as well as his. Even under holiday pressure made sure he got to me when he promised. I would definitely recommend his services! Five star!!

Called Texpert on a Friday morning because the dishwasher was not draining. Steven was able to come that same morning. He already had a new drain pump he could use in his truck so he had it fixed right away. He has great service, great response time, friendly, and offers a warranty on his work. Ill be calling Texpert again when the time comes.

Our refrigerator/freezer stopped working late Friday evening. I started making phone calls first thing Saturday morning. After more than a dozen calls with no success of getting an appointment during the weekend I contacted Steven at TEXpert. Steven not only scheduled me for a same day 1p-3p appointment, he arrived on time, had the problem identified within minutes and fixed in junder an hour. My thanks to both Steven and Richard for getting the job done and saving my families weekend!

After wasting 2 weeks with another company, Steven came out the same day and made a repair on our commercial kegerator at a good price ...especially since this is somewhat of a specialty item. Would definitely recommend!

I had a dryer that was not heating and I received great service from Steve and Rich. They were prompt and customer service oriented to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend using These guys!! Very satisfied.

I give them high marks for a prompt response and knowledgeable about the repairs needed. The cost hurt though but Im not sure that is completely their fault. I will be writing a bad review for LG refrigerators. Having to replace the compressor after only 5yrs is just sad.

Hats off to Steve Grindele...refrigerator warrior - who took on a stubborn water pressure leak confined to little space and won. Did not look like much at first but had to even use a part he happened to have plus one we had ordered. He actually modified the routing after making a few trips to grab parts. Thank you Steve for your perseverance and great customer service. Hopefully our next repair wont be so damn tedious.

My experience with TEXpert Appliance started on January 20th. My washing machine is still NOT working. My 3 calls from this week have not been returned. Extremely disappointed is putting it mildly. Communication and follow through do not appear to be a priority in this business. I wish zero stars was an option. I’ve spent $700 to not have a working machine!In response to the owners comment...I had an appointment for Monday 2/24 between 4:30-6:30. I had to text at 5:45 to ask if they were still coming. They were not. We rescheduled for 10:45 on Wednesday 2/26. They showed up at 11:25 on Tuesday 2/25 without texting or calling. I only know they came on the wrong day and late because my neighbor had to tell them I was at work. Due to the continued non communication - I decided to cancel altogether.I did not wash dog beds as you assumed. I stated to you that I took those to work and washed them there. I have witnesses that they were not washed at my house. I stated to you that I had washed a load of my clothes.Do you care to comment on why you didn’t return my 3 phone calls this week? I tried to speak to you before I decided that I needed to warn other potential clients.

Called Steven on a Saturday afternoon and not only did he come out in an hour’s time to diagnose the problem....he arrived the next day (Sunday) to repair the issue. Fantastic service!

Very bad experience all around. Mr. Baker took a $400 parts deposit on 11/23/2019 to fix my oven for parts towards a $700 repair. He was unresponsive, elusive, unreachable for over a month before I finally got my oven repaired by a reputable firm (Euless TV & Appliance Repair) for less than half the price he quoted. Bottom line is that I have filled charges with the Grapevine PD for theft and will be filing civil charges to try to recoup the $400 parts deposit. Based on my experience I am forced to concluded that he is either a crook or a completely incompetent repairman. So far I have not received my deposit back from him.

They came out on short notice and had my oven repaired before 5 pm. Excellent and professional .
