You book with them they asked you what appliance and brand needs the repair and the description of the problem....very disappointed the tech comes to your home where you have to wait 5 hours window in a huge new truck with the name of the company etc..but only carries an small,tiny.box of tools ...thats it..no parts whatsoever so you need to do another appointment to put the part that as he told me I had 3 of this is last week in my truck is a very common simple part..but I dont have it todayTotal waist of time besides I call them for the brand Sears but they are very inefficient and expensive....The guy does not need that huge truck if is only carry a tini tyne tool box and no parts to help you...very absurd

The 1st and 3rd techs that came to fix the fridge were great. The 2nd tech demanded he knew what he was doing and that I had to purchase over $700 worth of parts. Getting that corrected (I didnt need the extra parts) has taken 4 different phone numbers to call, 6 different emails, over an hour on the phone with various people and I still have to call someone else to get a refund for parts I didnt need. Customer service is horrendous and with everyone I talked to there was a language barrier to overcome and they did not want to help out at all. The compressor went out on the fridge (known problem with the Kenmore fridge) and that repair was under warranty but a bad attitude by the 2nd tech and an attempted up-charge is unacceptable. I fully understand why their ratings are so low with the BBB.

The repair tech Ryan was great.My only complaint is I paid for the best warranty you offer and it only took two days for you to get here, but 2 days in 99 degree heat is a rough two days since some families health cannot withstand such heat. Thank you Ryan

I wish I could give Zero stars.Do not deal with Sears Appliance Repair.They say one thing on the phone and then another thing when they show up at the door.The Client/customer does not come first here... no wonder theyre going out of business.
