We went to the counter and waited for 20 min. No one showed up. I asked another staff and he said that they show up few days out of the week, which days no one knows. We called the number which was being displayed but no one picked up for 25 min and I hung up. Maybe they are running short on staff.

It was a total disappoinment flying with this airline this time. They messed up my flight and caused a lot of headache for me even before I start my trip. Flight kept getting changed. I paid for my seat reservation and did not get it. I tried to get my refund and got nowhere with their customers service. The customer representative told me she couldnt help me and another one hung up on me in the middle of my conversation. I will never fly with this airline again if I can help it.

Absolutely the worst scam airline with 0 customer service. I will be filing a lawsuit
