Never fly American Airlines! The apps are not updated. They dont text you with delays. They dont care about their customers. Cost us $30 in additional parking, $188 in hotel and $90 in Uber charges because they cancelled our flights.

Terrible experience and lack of helping by all means... Terrible Terrible experience!!! The worst ever especially with the attitude of their customer service in Dallas Airport!!!! Fuel delays and back up gates! Out of date planes that sounds like they are going to fall out of the sky. Never fly American Airlines again. Cant wait to see them go out of existence!

Never fly with these guys. The doors were still open for our flight but they gave our tickets away by the time we got there. When we asked how that happened we were just met with attitude. AA doesn’t compare to any of the other major airlines. What a joke.

The grandkids loved the AA rec committees Christmas Party! Face painting, balloon animals and above all, Santa. A great time was had by all.

Flight from Denver to Dallas fort Worth had to stop for gas in Amarillo no one got off or got on just for gas. .people missed flight. Now going to Denver delay because plane landed in concourse A not D had to wait for flight attendance. The only good thing about flight is tv

Horrible location. You drive forever down a service drive and no way to get back on to the airport terminal road without going all the way back ... miles up the road.
