The coffee bar was out of creamer and all flavored syrups and the only bathroom was beyond gross from lack of cleaning. At least the soap and paper towels and TP were stocked. The gas attendant was friendly. We were gassing up at 7:30am after a holiday travel day but figured the staff could have been prepared better. Wish I went to a different gas station since each are priced the same on that corner.

Nice attendant but bathroom is outside next to car wash. You need a key to get in and it was dirty and smelled bad.

This Shell gas station does not let you use the bathrooms. Extremely disappointed that I was told to use the 76 gas station. I was traveling with my family and 4 little kids that needed to have break. If you are traveling with a family just go 76 DONT BE INCONVIENCED! Because of there laziness.

Wouldnt allow us to use our fuel rewards while paying cash, when we can do that at other shells. Informed us we were already getting a discount (gas was the same price everywhere else there was no discount). When asked for owner Info to lodge a complaint was informed we werent allowed info. Asked for our receipt 5 times so we could contact corporate, when informing the supervisor we need the receipt for the Shell Corp office she decided to tell us Shell is aware of how they are running things. If you want to use your rewards and not pay the credit card price (which is ridiculously high) dont go here!

Very rude staff. Refused to honor our fuel rewards points, but let the vehicle across the pump use their points. Asked for information for the owner and was told that we are not allowed to discuss our complaint with anyone. Completely unacceptable treatment.

Staff is ill advised on laws pertaining to the pumps, which at a minimum, should be a requirement to be up to date on them. The manager was impatient with the customer ahead of me and flat out unacceptable to me personally. Youre in customer service, have some tact when dealing with paying customers, even if youre busy. Or, find a job NOT in the customer service industry. Unfortunately, word of mouth goes a long way in my field, and I will advise our fleet service to fill up elsewhere.

Stopped for fuel during a long road trip. Everything was quick and easy. Not being from Oregon, was surprised to learn the fuel must be pumped by an attendant. They were very friendly.

Don’t stop here if you actually want to use the bathroom. 1 unisex bathroom at car wash that you must wait outside to use. Lots of people loitering around doesn’t feel safe if traveling alone!

Great place to stop or go to to Find Grants Passs version of a Fight Club. If youre looking for a nasty bathroom,gross food, a beer, and a Fight go for a visit at LiL Pantry ❣️P.S. You can also get your car washed.
