My mother went in for an oil change and from the beginning was met with rude interactions. The service manager John was extremely unprofessional and even had the audacity to gaslight her and tell her that her car just “doesn’t come with an oil cap” when she found out it was missing upon taking it to a different auto service shop and returned to Paradise to see if they still had the cap. During this interaction my mother also had to give instruction as to where to locate the area for the gas cap (very questionable). Throughout this whole experience she has been met with below standard service from this individual and it’s obvious that his comments and behavior was racially motivated. The one star is for the rest of the staff which seemed to know how to do their job professionally. In case it wasn’t obvious, we will not be returning here to experience this type of “service” and be discriminated against.

We are very pleased for the great service. We purchased a vehicle from Paradise motors. They stand behind their products and addressed our issues. The service is fast and friendly. Their employees are great and VERY hard working. We live 35 miles away and plan to drive there for our auto needs. Thank you

The guy who did my oil change over filled my truck(ALL BAD) BUT I came back when the sound wasnt getting better and the manager was great and fixed it and put notes in the system in case we had any further problems

While my oil change went quick and I don’t seem to have any problems, Alex was very rude to me. As I was being guided into the bay, he all of a sudden pointed to his right, my left, so I started veering my car left. He all of a sudden motioned to stop and started making comments about how horrible of a driver I was. Loud enough for me to hear it! I did nothing wrong as I was just following his guidance. I was going slow and didn’t know why he all of a sudden had me go left as I was already where I needed to go. After parking, he then took my information for the oil change and he was not friendly at all! The music was very loud so I had to ask him to repeat his questions and repeat a lot of my information and it seemed to annoy him a lot. Someone else who worked there had to actually call him out on his attitude and I appreciate that. It was very unprofessional in my opinion and left me feeling unnerved. I didn’t leave feeling comfortable with someone like that changing my oil but it was a group effort and my car has been halfway across the states since then with no problem. While the service on my car was great and the timeliness of the oil change was quick, I don’t think I’d want to come back and deal with that again. I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on customers.

Absolutely disappointed! Due to the new baby coming soon we paid for the best car cleaning package and hand wax for over $65 .. unfortunately our car was barely cleaned. I can’t believe they are still in business if this is what they call cleaning. I wish I never took my car here. What a rip off :(

I normally dont like going to dealerships, mostly because I had a bad experience several years ago. But I was in need if a car since I just moved back to the state a few months ago, so I decided to give it a shot. I saw a car online that I was interested in so u went to go check it out in person. Their salesman Oscar, in the medford location was not pushy at all, he showed me what they had in my price range and even showed me a couple that were not on the lot yet. I ended up buying a car that same day, that suited my lifestyle and family size and brought it home. Theyre finance department explains everything thoroughly so theres no surprises, and they even have a service department on site if you need an oil change or anything like that, its super convenient. If youre looking for a car, I would definitely give them a try!

First time going here. They were very helpful, we sat in the car while they did oil change. They also topped off the other stuff. Then, we got a Free Express Car Wash!!! That was a surprise to us. We will be coming back when its time for another oil change.

The older lady who took my information seemed irritated. I dont blame her I guess because it was almost 100 degrees and the lobby does not have air conditioning. I asked to have my seats shampooed.She quoted 1/2 hour to 45 mintues, it was almost 1.5 hours. The job was pretty good and the gentleman who did the work had a great attitude. I would just recommend an air conditioner for the woman who works the write up.

I took my 2012 Scion XB to Paradise Car Wash. loved the immediate service and good attitudes of everyone there. They did an amazing job on not only the interior and exterior, but the engine bay as well. They even put the milk I had in the car in their refrigerator to keep it cold while I waited. A+ in every aspect. Will be coming back.

Prices were fair-ish.. purchaced a #3 package, car was clean, but the finishing details were a little below average for what I was expecting. All in all I guess Im satisfied... I think I will just stick to detailing my own car though.

Paradise has gone beyond an oil change to service my cars.

Dropped the truck off dirty and scratched up. Picked it up and wondered if I made a mistake buying a new truck. My old truck looked new again. They did a great job even with a canopy. Oregon pin striping was gone. Good job, my only complaint is I couldnt tip the guys In Person. Next time I will. Recommended.

Save yourself the money and go somewhere else or do-it-yourself I paid for the most expensive package for 2 cars and they basically just smeared greasy product all over my car there were still things inside of my center console that needed cleaned out and they didnt bother actually cleaning the seats. I lifted up the mats there was still stuff underneath the mat so they didnt even bother vacuuming underneath, they missed a bunch of spots on the outside of my car and didnt spray the fragrance I paid for.

Always polite & competent service. Selection of choices to meet individual vehicle needs. Hand wash or automated. Detailing available. Massage chairs in indoor waiting area. Patio wait area outside. Makes you feel so good to hop in your fresh clean car.

After 1 1/2 hours they did a good job with the outside but the glass was hit & miss with slot of streaks.

I took my 2 year old car for an oil change on a Saturday. Sunday morning there was a huge puddle of oil under my car. I was without my vehicle all day Sunday. I took my car back to them on Monday and they supposedly fixed it. Tuesday morning theres a huge puddle of oil under the car again. I took it back to them again. They admitted that they had cross threaded and stripped the drain plug but had replaced it. Wednesday morning there was a huge puddle of oil under my car.I called Paradise Auto and they wanted me to bring the car in again. The manager refused to get on the phone and made an employee relay the conversation. I live in Merlin a didnt feel comfortable driving my car to Grants Pass when it has been leaking oil for 5 days and I had no confidence in them to resolve the problem. There is a certified mechanic near my house who could check it out for $40. Paradise refused to pay it. I asked for my money back but Paradise refused.So I took my car down to the mechanic. He put the car up on the rack and immediately saw that the oil filter wasnt seated properly. He replaced the filter and all the oil I lost. No problem since.

Terrible! Paid 70 bucks for detail and wax and ended up having to redo everything down even simple vacuum. Sprayed armorAll everywhere and didnt wipe it up so it had runs everywhere. Got in the car and asked for a rag to wipe down the dash which looked like no one even wiped it and the guy throws the towel in the car and says you can keep it and walks away. Would not recommend and this place and it gets the middle finger from me.

Bought a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 and didnt realize the heater didnt work. Called Paradise Auto Sales and they referred me to Bo at Paradise Express Lube. Had to order parts 3 times to get all fixed, but he also said heater core and air conditioning condenser was yucky, so he replaced them also. The day prior to taking truck in ... My check engine light came on for e vap system. Bo also fixed that free of charge. When i picked my truck up this am it had been detailed inside and out !!! I highly recommend these good ole boys. What da ya dooooo !!!

Super friendly people, hard workers. My car was too low to go through the touchless wash (glad they noticed) but they still washed it and hand waxed in 15 minutes for a really good price. Looks new again. Brought it in after an 8 hour drive through snow and road sand, looked like it had been off roading when it first showed up.

They are amazing went above and beyond my son got his oil change there and after he left his oil sending unit went out and the oil ran out of the car we brought it back up there they fix the oil sending unit for free and they gave him a new oil change out of the kindness of their heart

I had gotten some good amount of water in my car and thought I had removed all of it until I saw mold on most of the carpet. There was also a lot of condensation inside the car as well. I took it to Paradise Car Wash and they did a spectacular job! I am so very happy with the results! I have a black Audi TT convertible and they even cleaned the top well! Spectacular job! I usually go there for my dog I buy baby blankets for her there cheaper and way nicer than the dog ones I also buy them for my granddaughter and usually they have great buys on boots ( name brand)

I felt like a idiot when I left, like I just threw away thirty bucks. My car was not even close to being clean, there was dirt everywhere in and out and they knocked the w off my cars emblem and didnt even apologize for it, I know accidents happen but when they do you are suppose to say sorry. I would give zero stars if I could. Anywhere else gives a better and cheaper wash. Save your car and your money go somewhere else.It was on there when they started drying it. And for the price I paid I shouldnt have to go back and say anything, you guys are suppose to be professional and not let a dirty car leave. Its not even like it was busy.

Theives. Do not leave anything in your car if you come here. Paid $140 to get my truck cleaned and they stole my FM transmitter then lied about it... and didn’t clean the truck well. I could have just gone and bought a stereo and wiped the interior down myself for that price. Never again, and will always warn people to stay away. Also brought a BMW here a few weeks ago and they broke pieces off of the door frame and stained the seat with some kind of grease. Not sure why I came back.

First time going there today, and I tell ya they do a fantastic job. I drive a small car so with the #3 and a hand wax job, total came out to $56 something. Now while this is pretty costly, I will say they made my dull ass car shine like it just came off the lot...20 years ago! Ok maybe not THAT great but hey, she shines real loud! They even got the interior to look vibrant as well.Only thing I wish where they could improve is to have a drinking fountain or a water cooler. Could be that I didn’t see one inside but totally worth every penny. Could also use a web page just to see pricing before hand. If you want some serious TLC for you ride, then this is a spot you need to stop.

Very disappointed. My husband paid 80 bucks for a detail and there was still swirls on all the windows. The door jams were never touched. The car had been sitting for a while before we bought it, so there was some moss growing in some spots on the outside. But they never even tried to presser wash it out. And the steering wheel was never cleaned and still has a build up of dirt from hands. They said they cleaned the engine compartment too but the same spiderweb are still there. The dashboard was only cleaned in some spots, and you could still see swirls. The mirrors were not touched. Not worth 80 bucks when your wife has to clean the car afterwards. And when called they said they will do it again but we would have to pay again!

I took my car in this morning , sloppy work I paid 50 bucks for a dirty car. The inside was sprayed with Armour All and not wiped down in the back seats of my car , and then they missed cleaning the grandchildrens shoe marks on the back of the front seats. I have had this problem before and decided to try again, this was my las time.Update 4/20/2019 I want to say what a difference from a year ago, great service and my car looks beautiful...

Just purchased a 2015 BMW 428i 2 weeks ago. Parked under a tree to get some relieve from the sun, bad idea! There must have been lots of birds in the tree because when I returned from shopping my car was covered with white splats! I wanted them off right away before it damaged the paint. I looked up Hand Car Wash on my cell and Paradise Car Wash came up, drove there immediately. I only wanted the Exterior done since it was my first time and wanted to see how they performed. Well, I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of work. You can tell that the staff has done this before because they washed and cleaned every area of my car completely and professionally all for $8.00! Ill be back!

If you take your car to this car wash be perpared to take any money or anything worth value out of your car before it goes into wash. There are NOTHING but tweakers that work here and are getting into your car. Think about it. I take my car over to the new nice and bonded car wash that just opened. Way better. I just cant remember the name of the new one but if I were you I would take it to the new one and not this spun out tweaker central station. Just my own opinion!!! Good Luck!!! If I did not have to give it one star I wouldnt. They dont even wash your car clean. Its a joke!!

Just passing through town and my SUV was a mess. I got the premium cleaning with a wax for $45+ tip in total. It may not be the most spiffy car wash but they did a great job. They vaccumed every last crumb and piece of dirt. They wiped down the entire interior and did a good job on the exterior. Be sure to tip the guys because they put in a lot of effort. I saw 3 people get in their cleaned cars before me and none of them tipped.

I had a great experience there took my FJ there yesterday to be detailed inside and out they did an Awesome job it looks brand new taking my wifes car in next month , I just cant say enough about them......

The car wash was ok and only ok. I would avoid this place like the plague. The lady running around yelling at her employees was over the top stupid. She should not be in charge of any body. She had one employee quit while we were there, and the other employees kept yelling that they are on strike. I cannot blame them. She should be fired and then the place would rate higher. I was there on June 8, 2016 at 12:30pm.

It toke forever to pay then when I did pay she gave me the wrong amount of change back in did not discount me the $5 for my coupon by the time I realize after looking at the price she wasnt in there again so I said forget it. Then my floor mats still had mud on them and I paid for inside and out to be washed. Ill never pay this place 20$ again Id rather clean it my self.
