These guys are amazing! They showed up the same day I called with a broken washing machine and fixed it on site. I highly advise calling them with any appliance issues.

Sooooo thankful for RJs Appliance Service! Our dryer went out on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. My husband could fix it but needed a part. NO ONE in Grants Pass was open. I called a few places despite Google saying they were closed. RJ answered, got our model number and called back within 20 minutes with the part in stock at half the price as the store in Medford. As a Massage Therapist, not having laundry is not an option. RJ saved us our weekend, a trip to Medford, a bunch of money and HUGE headache! So grateful for dependable small local businesses! Was recommended by Sears. Came to fix my dryer and said he needed to order a part. Went to get the part from Medford and took 2 more hours to return. Took ALL DAY and after he left, my dryer heated but still squeaked. Was barely civil and left a mess. Wont ever use again.
