Couldnt even get through the phone call, the agent spent 5 minutes trying to sell me $50 per month coverage, I can by a new one for that. She spoke with extremely broken English. It was a complete Hassle to set an appointment, I finally had to just hang up. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS AGAIN!

The guy Drew came. He was polite, and knowledgeable. My problem is, on line the reservation said $89 for him to come plus parts etc.. He walks in, and says, Oh, thats wrong, its raised to $139. For a fixed income person that is a significant difference. So this is not on him, its on the Bait and Switch price wise. ( As an aside, the machine worked fine, he was gone in 5 minutes.) I would have gone somewhere with a more reasonable entry price.

They answered the phone. They were helpful, scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. The refrigerator needed major parts covered by warranty. They ordered the parts shipped to house and scheduled an appointment to install new parts and get appliance back in service. The entire experience was hastle free. I would definitely call them again.

If there was something lower I would give it. They made an appointment with me, never showed up and never bothered to call. So I sat all afternoon. Then they had the nerve to reschedule my appointment without talking to me for the following Tuesday. I should have known looking at their reviews. No apology would work!

Almost 2 weeks with no washing machine. Are you kidding me? no service for 4 days after it broke. Part gets here after another four days. 2 or 3 more days ffor tech to get here. Opens box and the part is broken. Has to reorder a new one. I asked if it could be overnighted and I would pay for it. He said the parts guy would send it out that same day, should get it the next day. Well ,guess what? Third day and still no part. When it gets here call for a service man, , what? and wait another 3 days??? I have a handicapped son and my washer is in use every SINGLE day. Thanks for the great service!

So far they have rescheduled my service repair appointment twice with no explanation so far. Still have not seen an actual technician yet soo....not good so far!

SEARS ZERO STARS!!! Sears came out to fix our dryer. The technician said they could not do anything without a serial number, which they did not disclose, and had worn off because it was located inside the dryer. They charged me $89.00, and did nothing. They do not need a serial number, only the model # to get parts. If they had told me before they went out, that they needed a serial number, I could have looked for it first. I called JUST IN TIME appliance repair in Grants Pass, and they fixed it, without a serial number. Only the model #. JUST IN TIME APPLIANCE REAPIR WAS GREAT!!I will NEVER use Sears again for anything, they will rip you off, and would not reverse the charge. SIGNED, ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a nightmare. I’ve had three appointments scheduled, took time off work to be there for their 4 hour window, and all three appointments were cancelled by their techs because they were “overbooked.” When I complained to customer service and agreed to schedule one more visit as long as they could assure me they would actually show up, I was told they couldn’t promise me anything, and I was hung up on!

I am very disappointed with Sears now as I scheduled a repair last week (23-May-2019) for my washer. The service guy calls on the appointment day (28-May-2019) and tells me he cannot service my washer on that day because he only received the repair order on that day. What type of business are you running? I have a serious need to have my washer fixed and I do not care about your internal procedures. Fix my washer!!!!!!
