Larry is an honest and caring professional.He came out and replaced my OLD heat pump and did it so quick. His assistant had to crawl under my house and noticed a water leak and took the time to ensure I didnt have any serious trouble. I have only used Larry since I moved here and wont ever change. Best contractor that i have worked with since moving to Oregon 16 years ago. Larry came out 3 times to make sure sure we had the right systems for my house. Very knowledgeable. Understood what i needed and wanted. Price was in my ballpark. Installation was a bit tricky for my 3 story house but he took care of all the situations that came up perfectly. Would definitely call him again if i needed more work done in the future. Excellent company.

Our 15 year old heat pump(HP) failed. Larry was contacted for a bid. He offered various options and precise explanations of each with financing. We chose a 15 Seer Hp & furnace from American Standard, also an American Standard Gold 824 thermostat along with affordable financing. Larry and his helper, Tim, expeditiously replaced/ hauled away the old HP, furnace and upgraded our master bedroom ducting. The new system is great! Larry was knowledgeable, fair and explained all features thoroughly. We will call on him for any service and maintenance without hesitation.

I work from home, so when the heat pump in my office died, I panicked. Larry called me back in less than an hour, came to the house a couple hours later to assess the situation. Yup, its dead was the dreaded diagnosis. He cleared his scheduled the following morning and installed a new one, patiently explained care and maintenance to me, and even vacuumed my office and the outside concrete before he left for his next appointment. I am warm and back to work thanks to his care and professionalism. Thank you Larry for upholding the highest standards of customer care!

Larry who owns Three Rivers is very HONEST. He bid the new furnace , air, and duct work. However when he got into my attic, the company who put in the pipes 22 years ago, had installed the pipes backwards. Larry had thought he was going to hook back into the pipes. But when he realized the pipes were backwards, he at his own expense, tore out the old pipes and installed new attic pipes. This cost him 1/2 day of his and his workers labor, plus the cost of the pipes. I cant thank this man enough, as I am disabled and not able to check the work myself. Larry could have just hook up to the old pipes and I wouldnt of known.

Three Rivers Heating did an excellent job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. They were personable yet professional and hard working. They were there when they said they would be and when they were done and everything cleaned up he explained what was done (with photos) and what we needed to know about the new system. Totally satisfied.

Larry and his crew just finished installing new ductless heating units throughout the house. I love the new heating in my home. He was very attentive to our needs. He set up dates for installs and kept to a decent schedule, even working in the sub-freezing temperatures. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for new heating and air.

Larry was fair, direct and answered all of my questions. He and his team were prompt and courteous. He installed my system perfectly! The work site was cleaned up and we finished with a walk through if the entire system.I got a better deal than I thought I would on some of the top of the line heat pumps (Consumer Reports). After getting quotes from Lam-Air and Costco, Larry blew the competition out of the water! I Highly recommend you call.

So. I’ll try to keep this somewhat brief. We got a few bids, and Larry had a very fair priced quote yet what really sold me was his vast knowledge of heating and air conditioning and if there was one thing I was told by a hvac friend is “ you can have the best hvac machines yet improperly installed they will function horribly. Well,, Larry went above and beyond converted our heat pump A.C. unit to a gas furnace, gas water and relocated outdoor a/c and put a mini split unit in mother in law suite. We are beyond thrilled and he took our heating bill down from $185 to 68$. And it wasn’t even a super cold month! So excited to enjoy our amazing setup and we have one of those fancy thermostats too we can access from our phones I love it so I can adjust it when laying in bed hahaha.. we just loved every experience with Larry and Three rivers heating and air! You won’t be disappointed and he actually takes time to explain the way things operate and he didn’t charge us to replace our ducts like a different company wanted to since they are old.. Larry looked at them and said they liked great and looked clean too.. he’s very down to earth and honest. Yep ok this is a long review but shoot we are so happy with the product and service he provided!

When it was time to have our 25 year old heat pump replaced we could not have made a better choice. Outstanding customer service all well installing the new system effortlessly, at a great price plus Larry did not ask us to enlarge our attic crawl space opening by 8 like the other 2 contractors we had gotten quotes from had done.

Been a builder and landlord for years and just started using mh heating and air. WOW I was amazed at the professionalism, kindness, expertise and MOST IMPORTANT, his PRICE!!!!. I used to pay twice what he charges to the point that I point blank asked him how he can be so inexpensive. The answer, he has very little overhead. Well whatever the reason, I love this company and plan to keep him very busy with all the rentals and home buildouts. Excellent contractor. :)

Yay for Larry, Three Rivers Heating and Air, Inc. I bought a house in Grants Pass in July. Due to a stupid error on my part, the HV/AC unit was not working. Because the weather was quite warm then, I did not get it fixed right away. Finally decided I needed to do something about the heat today, 7 November. I gave Larry a call because he had the best reviews.So glad I did. Larry just happened to have an opening this afternoon. He came right when he said he would. He introduced himself and went right to work. Larry was very good at teaching me what I needed to know about my HV/AC system; explaining very thoroughly what I needed to know, making certain I understood.Larry is very professional, very neat, efficient and effective, and very reasonable. I will definitely call him again in the future for HV/AC needs. Thanks to you, Larry, the house is toasty warm!
