The lady that entered my information into the computer clearly could not read or write as she entered both the recipients name incorrectly as well as my name and my phone number. The recipient was unable to collect the funds as the name did not match the name on the ID. I called the number listed on the receipt but since the number was listed incorrectly, they would not allow me to change it because it didnt match the phone number I was calling from.So after another trip back and another 20 - 25 minutes of refunding and refilling out the same info, they finally got it right..Maybe this issue with Meijer as it was a Meijer employee but Western Union should either screen who they have entering info, or better yet, automate this! It cant be too difficult.In anyway, it was a horrible experience.
