Ive known Carole for at least 20 years now and have found her to be a great Nurse and a better Friend. I find her to be a very considerate and Compassionate professional. Besides youve got to love somebody who loves dogs!!!

Carole was very professional and kind over the phone. That’s where it ended. Once getting to her office for a consultation, I waited 15 minutes for her to finish with another client. She knew I was there and continued small talk with the client and looked at me as if my waiting didn’t matter to her. Once she was done talking to the other client, she didn’t greet me with a smile or apologize for my wait. She blurted out “Well, what questions do you have?” Fast forwarding, I had to literally ASK her if she would look at my problem area to assess treatment duration and costs. She was reluctant to touch me or even have me sit down in her treatment area. She was very condescending and rude to me. Being a well-paid, professional, myself, I can’t imagine allowing biases, prejudices or anything so ignorant to make me lose money by running clients (or potential ones) away...and that’s just what she did. I advise certain people not to go to her business. She also over-quoted me, which doesn’t surprise me. Maybe more people will be coming in to see if they are treated in a discriminatory way. IN the era of cellphones, I’d clean up my act if I were her.

Carole is very knowledgeable and caring. She always does a very thorough job. She has been flexible with her schedule. She maintains a professional demeanor. Her office is always very well maintained.

It was a terrible experience. She let the appointment before mine run into my time slot and cut my time slot short on multiple occasions. She also charges twice as much and is not as friendly as the competition. She made disparaging remarks about my personal appearance amongst other uncomfortable remarks. Get your hair removal somewhere else!
