Needed a chimney removed for a city of GR inspection on short notice, they came out gave a quote and agreed to get it done within the time frame! Very professional crew on site

I set an appointment with the owner Lauri Arreola to have someone from her company to come and check and also repair my gas fire place for 5/10/21. we both set the appointment between 4-7pm. Lauri Arreola did not have the decency to either call to let me know that someone from her company would not be coming out for the service call how inconsiderate. this is very poor business ethics, i will nerve recommend or do business again. with Advance Chimney Service.

Made an appointment for a new fireplace damper in November 2020 and no one ever showed up. Not only did no one show up, I called multiple times that day and the following, and no one ever answered the phone. I would not recommend bothering with this company - in my experience, they are not reliable and will waste your time.

Scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago for November 5th for 4-6 Pm. No call and no show. Totally a waste of time. I had a bad feeling when I called, and the girl I talked to had nothing but screaming kids in the back ground. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. I asked for a camera to go down the chimney and she told me it was broken but, don’t worry they could still see everything. My husband can’t climb on the roof and the camera video would make us feel more comfortable then just taking someone’s word. Don’t waste your time with this poorly ran company. I should of read the other reviews before scheduling with this company.

We had them out to the house for a cleaning and inspection. A 2 man crew came out and got right to work! They laid out tarps to keep things clean, they answered all of our extra questions, and they pointed out something we will need to repair. Both guys were polite and professional and I would recommend them to anyone!

We used advanced chimney back in March when buying our home for the inspection. We received a quote for repairs and told they could get us in during the next month. After not hearing back, they told us in May they would get us in, in a few weeks once parts were ordered. In june, got another call that due to staffing it would be another few weeks but they had us on the book for the end of the month (never given a date). Again, no calls, when I finally called again, they told us that they could no longer due the job. No specific reason, just staffing issues and they did not know when they could get someone out to complete the work. I would have gone with another company months ago if I hadnt already paid them for the full inspection! Terrible responsiveness, very unreliable. Do not waste your time.

Was having issues with a raccoon living in our chimney. Our chimney also had water damage. The crew at Advanced Chimney Sweep came out and replaced the damaged brick, poured a new crown and installed new rain caps. Also waterproofing the chimney. What a good crew to have at my home. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

Advanced Chimney Sweeps are amazing! They replaced everything inside my fireplace and chimney. They did an excellent job for an amazing reasonable price! I found out one of my neighbors had a similar service done and paid $2000. more that I did. They are polite, prompt, fast and clean. Its not often I find a good business that believes in integrity... but these guys do! You should call them!

These guys are professional and knowledgeable. They are the best when it comes to price and do quality work. I cant recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for chimney work in West Michigan. They repaired our chimney with stainless steel liner with a lifetime warranty. They recommended services to me based on what would be cost effective as well convenient. Dont go with anyone else.

Larry has been doing this work and running his own business for 27 years. His team poured a new (2 over-hang) concrete chimney crown on our 60 year old house. This along with some minor tuck-pointing will hopefully eliminate our water problem. He is very professional and knows his stuff.... He knows how to do it right (many dont) and they were very personable, prompt, cleaned up everything well.... and most important.... they were REASONABLY PRICED!

Had a full restoration and had amazing results. Luri and his helpers are very respectful and cleaned up very well. Would recommend them to anyone without a doubt of you being fully satisfied. If you do choose advanced you will not be let down!

I had an appointment set. Took the day off work to be home for the service. No one showed up. No one called. I contacted them at the end of the 2 hour appointment window to see what may have happened and l had to leave a message. I never even received a call back. Most other companies are too booked now for the season. Their price quote was lower but paying a higher price for a reliable company would have been worth it. Apparently not showing up is a pattern for this company.

I was very impressed by the professional work done through advanced. I use them every year. Actually really affordable prices. The workers actually keep it clean and are great at being in and out.

Called in Nov to get sweep and inspection. Cheapest price quoted and availability was a month better than competing firms. Made appointment for Dec 5. They called and canceled due to sickness. they left us a message saying they would reschedule on 21st. We called to get time they would show and left three messages. No calls back, No communication. Had bill posted on door on 21st for $160 fee for not being home when he arrived. Have emailed and left messages disputing bill. Still need chimney cleaned and inspected.

Had Advanced Chimney Sweep come out to give me a estimate and there prices were very good. did my chimney rebuild from the roof line up and it looks great! kept my roof and yard clean! will call again.

I contacted Advanced over 6 weeks ago on November 13 and made an appointment for my chimney to be cleaned on December 22 at 10 AM. No one showed up and I called the office and left a message twice with absolutely NO response. So I lost a full days wages and wasted the entire day. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and they will NOT be cleaning my chimney even for free.Tom Phee
