Matt the owner is the man. He is very honest and cares about people. He is very hot and has the most dreamy blue eyes. He always gives the best service. I might be a little biased because I am his future wife.... but if he treats his cars as good as he treats his lady you are in good hands.

Great people here! I was impressed when I had a muffler done a while ago they recommended that I go with a more durable type instead of the absolute cheapest option. I’m pretty sure it saved me a few years of repairs since the cheap ones look like tin cans & this one they got me was thick & strong. I’ve been happy with their work ever since. Thanks guys! Car broke down. needed a new alternator and some other things done to it. I was hesitant to go to a new auto shop but due to financial reasons tried these guys out. It might be to early to tell as just got my car back but so far no complaints. I felt the work will hold up and the cost was fair. Thanks to all who worked on my car!! Will bring future business here if necessary.

I needed my rear shocks and a brake line replaced and this shop quoted the best price and had my car ready in one day. To top it off, my radio (which didnt work for me before) now works! They were very nice too. Would recommend for sure :)

This is the auto repair shop I have been using for probably 10 years now. Great management and the mechanics know their stuff. Honest and do not try and sell you something just to make some money off you.Last week took my 2010 Equinox in cause it had developed a noise that I could not tell just what it was. They took it for a ride. Checked under the hood. Put it up on the hoist and the only thing they could find was where the exhaust pipe had come loose going into the muffler. Told me they could weld that up. Was showing a little maybe around the catalytic converter as well. So welded both up. Total time in was over an hour. How much was I charged? Nothing. $0.00. THis is how you keep your customers coming back. Thanks guys:-))

Had a fatal problem with my car that was identified here and I decided it best to scrap it. But I had recently gotten brand new tires on the car and wanted to swap the tires on to my parents car (same model). Mind you, this was swapping the tire and rim together, not separately. I was charged $60 for this, mostly because I did not have another option. Luckily I dont live around here but needless to say I wont be using this place again.

We have been using Complete Automotive for all our vehicles repairs for many years. We have been very happy with the service and work completed. We appreciate their honesty, they never try to up sell or push you into work that is not needed. They stand behind their work as well. I used to go here all the time. They did a good job and seemed honest. A year ago, I bought a late 90s Volvo so I found a experienced Volvo mechanic to handle most jobs. I did however, bring it in to C.A.R. in August for some front end brake work. I noticed shortly after, a rubbing sound in my front wheels (a common symptom of bad rotors). My Volvo mechanic noticed they were warped and suggested I have C.A.R. fix them since they had only been put on a couple months ago and were clearly still under warranty. I took it to C.A.R. After the inspection they told me I needed new tie rods but that the rotors were fine so they would not honor the warranty. The tie rods have since been replaced and guess what? The rubbing sound has now advanced to a violent shake whenever I hit the brakes. My Volvo mechanic verified that yes, I had bad rotors and now Im most likely passed the warranty period. Its really disappointing because I liked C.A.R. for many years but I will never go there again. I know nothing about working on cars so I need to rely on my mechanic to do an honest and thorough job and sadly, Ive lost that with C.A.R.

My favorite thing about C.A.R. is that they have a tow truck! With my old car, I often found myself stranded. I liked being able to only make one call to get my car towed and fixed. They always arrived in great time, and they always got my car back to me and on the road quite quickly. I have a different car now, which I recently brought in for brakes (and found out there was much more that needed fixing...isnt that always the case?!?! Ugh!). Lucky for me, I didnt need towing this time, but because of their 1st come, 1st serve policy, I was able to drop it off at my convenience. They got it back to me that same day, and although it cost me way more than anticipated, Im happy to say that it is running well. Everyone here is knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. I confidently recommend C.A.R. to those looking to get their vehicle(s) repaired. Thanks!

I really wish I could rate it negative stars because that’s exactly what this place would get! I was recommended here by a friend so I had my vehicle towed in as it wasn’t running. I paid around $1400 for them to change a fuel filter and fix a gas line, it took them almost a week to do this. When I picked my vehicle up the shop was closed, but my vehicle now runs way worse then it ever has before! On Monday morning ( the shop was closed over the weekend) when I called to tell them about what was going on they said they would look at my vehicle again but we’re going to charge for anything else that was done to it... I am now with out a vehicle for the third week, out almost $1400 and now have to pay somewhere else to go in a fix the mess that they just made. Would not recommend this shop to even my worst enemy !!!

This is the worst, most unprofessional shop I have ever been to. Please read thru the comments and skip over the 4-5 star comments that I’m sure they ask they’re family and friends to leave. This shop has the highest prices I have ever heard of. they will keep your car for weeks on end, and not call and notify you of updats or change in status. When they do call you it’s to tell u something “broke” . They are not knowledgeable of how to run a business. Horrible customer service. I’m gonna go on every outlet to warn people of this awful place. I spent way too much money for the subpar service that I get. 0 star rating. I wouldn’t take a Huffy bike to this run down shop

I went here the other day and spoke with a guy and had a great experience getting two tires replaced on rims i had and put on my car for me...but today I spoke with a woman who told me half an hour to do one tire (took about 20 to do the 2) so okay sure theyre busy today but an hour later I called and talked to her again and she told me another hour I went down there and my tire hadnt left the office yet once i was there it took them less than 5 minutes to get it done after a guy that walked through ofdice told me the task itself was about 20 mins just ridiculous

2 days to plug a tire, EVERYWHERE on Alpine BUT C.A.R. Thank you, Complete Auto Repair. Btw I love the pink gloves.

I had been recommended to try this shop by a few people here since I am originally from Kentucky, and wow, did I get a taste of how they not only lie about how good a job they do, but they do very faulty work to get your money anyway which way they can!!! I had to get my car towed there battery was dead, and my primary problem was the squealing my car was doing non-stop, which I thought was a water pump issue, but was told by Matt Hewitt, it was not, after a day of my car being there, was told it needed a new alternator and serpentine belt to resolve the issue at hand. When I had called to get my car total was $502.00 for what the hell!!! Not only dd they overcharge they did not resolve the problem! Car continued to squeal even worse, took it back in another two times to see if they finally get it done right, and all they did specifically Matt, was spray a cleaner on belt, tighten it, and when I got it still squealed after three hours, worse than ever, and worse part of the deal was my wife almost got in a horrific accident due to their negligence cause the belt snapped completely off causing the steering wheel to lock up, car smoke on highway and she could not turn the wheel to get off highway without pushing full force!!! Called them regarding horrific issue, and they still had the audacity to charge me another $111.00 to replace all the faulty parts they put in in the first place!!! They will see me in court, those who want to join in court case for their bad experiences, please let me know! Never going back there, they are horrible, and unreliable and dishonest!

This shop marked up prices (almost double) from retail price at NAPA and then claimed that we were paying close to retail. Very dishonest shop. I would rate them 0 but was forced to give them a 1-star rating. Stay away!!!
