Had a great experience with this office. My new debit card didn’t process a payment and Heather stayed late (well past closing time) not only to make sure everything was taken care of, but also reviewed my account to make sure I had the coverage I needed with any discounts I was warranted. Would recommend to anyone.

Very good customer service BUT, the price they quoted me wasnt the actual price of my premium. He quoted me monthly $337 but when I received my first bill it was $570............... Huge Inconvenience. Moral of the story Chris the agent didnt do his job and run our drivers License numbers.

You cant find an insurance company that will work harder for you and your family than this one! I know because I drive an hour just to come in to sign papers! Im 44 and have been a State Farm girl since 16, and I dont work here or have ANY family affiliations!
