I cannot say enough about West End Appliance. They came within an hour of me calling initially. Scott was great to communicate with, and Joe was a phenomenal service man. Joe tested out everything and diagnosed our issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and kind. I will always choose West End for any of my future appliance repair needs.

Very responsive, practical and very reasonable repair. Joe Rogers was our technician and he was quick and effective with the repairs. Full explanation of what was happening with both washers and then quick repairs and full explanation of what to expect. Cant say enough.

He came prepared with the part he thought would be needed to fix our oven, based on our phone conversation, and was correct in knowing what was needed. Scott took the time to explain the problem and the differences between parts to fix it with. I even mentioned a problem with my Washer and he took the time to take a quick look at it after fixing my oven. They have an amazing guarantee on their services, are fairly priced, and timely. I originally called West End Appliance because my dishwasher was needing repair. Joe came out and looked at it and told us it would be more cost effective to buy a new dishwasher. So we did. I didnt have an install date from the business I purchased it from, so I called West End and asked if they do installations. Best decision ever - Scott and Joe came out to install the dishwasher. They are so professional! Then, less than a week later, my dryer stopped working. I called them again and they were able to get out the next day! Im so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Lynn in the office is super nice and so helpful as well! I will continue to use them for my appliance needs. I wish there were more businesses who had the same level of customer service as West End Appliance does, but then again, this is what sets them apart from other businesses!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

These guys are awesome. The service call was under $100 and good for 90 days if they need to come back. Scott fixed the issue with my fridge and even texted several days later to make sure the problem didn’t persist. I’m definitely calling them from now on.

They have fixed several different appliance issues and one my my most important ones is my ice maker...sounds silly but I love my ice and Scott made a special trip when it was leaking water and fixed it after he got the parts needed. Always a quick turn around and I love that. Honest, fair, personal-able all around good guys.

Joe diagnosed and repaired our front loading washing machine in an efficient and timely manner. He explained the costs for the part needed and offered a cheaper repair alternative if we wanted to go that route.First time customer and will call them again.

Joe was incredibly professional and I was really impressed by how fast he was able to come out to look at my dishwasher...the very next morning after I called. He was thorough in looking for a solution to the problem and he was honest about it being more cost-effective to buy a new unit than try to fix the existing one. They came out very quickly when we had a small gas leak from our oven. The tech worked in less than ideal conditions with my kids running around and being in a tight space, he was great. Good value for a callout and repair.

Super efficient. When installing my stove they took many extra steps to insure nothing in the house was damaged in the process. I appreciate the extra time on their part to get the job done right.
