Great service! Our dryer pipe vent was clogged and located in an awkward spot under our deck. Alan was able to crawl into the tight area to unclog and clean out all the lint and dirt. We had another company take a look the day before and they refused to help due to the awkward vent pipe location. Alan went above and beyond. Our dryer is working great again thanks to Alan! Alan Walker, from Dryer Vent Wizard cleaned out our dryer vent recently. We called and talked with him to schedule our appointment which was very easy and he came out very quickly, within two days of calling and talking with him. He was at our house a little over an hour and was very professional and polite. He found our dryer was plugged with lint and cleaned that and the rest of the dryer vent run out. Our dryer now dries in half the time. We would definitely recommend having this company out if you are having issue with your dryer!
