Normally, UPS is very good at delivery. But they recently cant be bothered to deliver to the correct address. I know people get tires, but how hard is it to read an address thats on your delivery device and package? Have bad/strained relationship with neighbor and that is where about 40% of my deliveries end up. Not my fault, but neighbor considers it a huge imposition.

Driver would not ring doorbell at house to deliver package left note instead. Wife took the day off work as this package needed a signature. Will be found a lot more business with Fed Ex

Received a package that was torn up so bad, we thought we would have to return the items. PLEASE DONT THROW THE PACKAGES OR WHAT EVER YOU DO TO MAKE THEM SO DAMAGED. SLOW DOWN AND TREAT THEM LIKE YOU ARE GETTING THE PACKAGE. THANK YOU .

Im only giving them 4 stars because of the concrete parking stops and the parking area itself being kind of a pain when theres a truck loading on the south side. Lynn was awesome! Shes the one that was working the register/computer that day. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. She helped make what couldve been a nightmare of a trip go smoothly and quickly! Ill definitely be sending out all of my deliveries from there in the future!

The driver drop package close to the road,major foot traffic in area and calling the services line, drivers place several packages in center of front yard and still not a supervisor has yet to respond to the MANY complaints. GRAND JUNCTION CO is horrible and new management is needed.

Worst customer service ever. Packages are never on time, and are usually damaged. Its sad when I have switched to FedEx for my companys shipping needs, and they get it done in half the time it takes UPS. Plus they get my packages delivered fully in tack every time. So peace out UPS. Hopefully you learn to have better customer service soon, or theres like to be no more UPS. However I wont be using you ever again.

Took me 6 days to get a package when it was only supposed to take 2. Package kept getting rerouted for some reason and no one could tell me why. Package had medicine for my son and almost didnt get package in time. Finally had to drive to HUB to get my own package. Poor service and that is giving them some credit as in the end the HUB did more for me then anyone.

Their truck driver in Clifton needs to slow down when going through senior mobile home parks with posted speed limit. If feels he has to hurry then do your job and quit wasting time but absolutely no reason to speed. There are people with walkers, canes, and wheel chairs.

I went there, the building looked a bit rough. As soon as I want inside and met with the people I was immediately comfortable and very happy with the spectacular service they provide there. Thanks to UPS I have the power to receive and send packages as fast or efficient as I want.

If I could give this place zero stars I would !! My infant gets expensive formula and medical supplies for his special needs feedings , I missed the delivery man on a Friday and they didn’t re attempt to reliever on Saturday . I called the invoice number and they Are making me wait to get his food until Monday - which we will be out of town by then , and I am being refused any other options to get my child’s stuff he medically needs before we leave town for DAYS !! I cannot just go to the store to purchase his stuff and ups is a complete joke about this !! not ok !!

Had me drive across town for a job interview that THEY SCHEDULED for seasonal work only to tell me that they have already filled all their positions and also have 40 other applicants. Didn’t even bother to ask my name. Here’s an idea. Maybe take down your job listing and stop scheduling interviews for people if you don’t have positions to fill. If this is any indication of how UPS runs their business and how they treat people im glad I don’t work there.

I would not recommend finding employment with this UPS shop, especially for seasonal. They do not pay reliably and do not give proper training time. I was scheduled for an interview and tour which was actually a computer test for safety rules (most videos did not work so had to test blindly, though most was common sense) and was working the following night with no guidance. A few managers checked in with me after a few hours on the conveyor belt. Many other seasonal new-hires were very friendly and helpful. Management not so much. They also only allotted one 10 min break for a 7-8 hour shift.

On Tuesday afternoon on 11.7.17 around 3:30 pm, I observed a UPS driver making a delivery at the Beauty Salon Store next to the Ink Store near Mesa Mall. The young man had a dolly with several boxes on it and he got as far as the door and one of the boxes accidentally fell off. He stooped to pick it up and placed it back on the dolly when these two younger women walked out the door and let it slam in the young mans face. He didnt miss a beat. He opened the door, made his delivery, came out and got back in his truck...the whole time he had a smile on his face. What a great witness he was to me to have great patience with rude people! I dont know who he was but I commend UPS for having him as an employee!

Couldnt deliver package because system messed up during scan of package. No brains? Late and I had to get it across town. They could have read the address which was right and delivered but because the scanner said wrong address they gave up.

Lady argued and argued find me about stuff, when I was simply asking a question about a package that was shipped with an address of a PO Box where I received my mail, and the question was how did they get a physical address of mine to deliver the package to the physical address that they were not ask to deliver to, which caused a lot of confusion and cause the package to be sent back. I have a lot of parts to get delivered to me and then get delivered to my PO box its safe and secure, it must have been fedexed it does that, because one of my parts vendors use my PO box as an address and somehow UPS thought it was a good idea and that they were going out of their way with kindness to have it delivered to my address UPS had looked up in some off-the-wall directory. But Ill tell you what if my boss told me to do something and I did something opposite or different Id be fired. And all I wanted to know is how did they get the right to redirect mail that was told to them to be delivered to their if they couldnt deliver it to a certain spot like for example a PO Box then why did they accept the mail in the first place. Thats another thing that was told to me about work never say you can do something that you cant do. but the lady continue to argue thinking that they did the kind thing and had it delivered to an unsafe unsecured location which almost cost me to oh hundreds of dollars in parts that Ive never even received if they werent sent back by the person at the address luckily thats what happened. Now granted it may stem from the fact that my vendors used UPS to have a package delivered with the address to a PO Box but like I said why didnt even receive a package or why did UPS even take a package it was addressed to a place that they couldnt deliver to that was my entire question begin with either way Federal Express they can have their packages delivered to a PO Box they work with the post office United States government entity makes a profit thank you and have a good day

Grand Junction UPS Hub operates very efficiently and effectively for being one of the smaller rural UPS shipping locations. The Customer Service center is only open limited hours in the afternoons, which would be more convenient if they were open earlier in the day.

UPS has for a long time just been one of the few shipping options available. I have to say I keep forgetting how completely inadequate they are. 25 dollar next day air service and they rescheduled my delivery on day 2 of waiting. Day 6 and it might come today. It feels like they just do their subpar business as usual and we just have to deal with it. Ive had more hopes crushed by UPS than Ive been punched in the face and Id probably be better off taking more to the face UPS is satan.

Terrible. I have been waiting 4 days for one day shipping and it was supposed to be here today by 8 p.m. and its now 9:00 p.m. and theyre closed. I paid $8 extra to have it shipped quickly. Never use UPS again

The hours are super confusing. Google listing is currently wrong and the automated phone message is wrong, so I attached a photo.The main thing to know is theyre busy loading the trucks from 10am-1pm. They will not help you during this time.The woman working today about 5:30pm was very kind and happy to help. I picked up my package and was out in less than a minute.

Ordered a package next day air that we still hadnt received 5 days later. When we called to get it sorted out, we were advised it was in the will call for pick up at the Grand Junction station. We called to confirm this information at the local facility, and they said they would call us right back because they didnt know -never heard from them. Since our tracking information said it was there and available for pickup, we went to the facility, and a very rude customer service lady informed us it had put on the truck. What a disaster! Not impressed!

My husband has insulin delivered by the VA in a refrigeration container that is labeled Needs refrigeration It is overnighted. We cant have it delivered to our residence because of the location and things get stolen right off the front porch. The first time, it sat in their location for 2 weeks before anyone even called. I have an email on file, and we have NEVER received an email. We complained, called the 800 number. Today was the 2nd time. It has been sitting in their posession since March 29. Didnt get a call until 4:14pm today. Went at 6:30 pm to get it. Asked to speak to a manager. Got a supervisor. How can someone be so incompetent as to see that a refrigerated container labeled as such, seeing it is medication, be that lazy to wait over a week before calling?Seriously, these people put lives at risk who have to wait for important medication. Definitely have to find a different way to get INSULINTotally disgusted with this location. UPS Choice is awful!

Having worked for the center and having been exposed to the malicious mentality set forth by the GM and the Pre-Load Manager, (Jon and a Michael Gribbel), I can honestly say that there is little hope for this center, less motivation, and less than no sense of a team.I was taken off the schedule without notification after being on call for 3 weeks on the AM pre-load team. The first week, my supervisor called me exactly as he said I should be notified when Im on call; the day before.The driver manager, (Bryan), and my GM, (Gribbel), notified me by phone 15 minutes after the start of shift once per week, respectively, on the following two weeks. Thereafter I was presumably terminated. When I made an attempt to contact, the Driver supervisor told me that he would call me back after speaking to Gribbel, yet he never did. Never.The management here are a bunch of dirt bags, but let me assure you that this kind of unprofessional demeanor is primarily from the top down. Let me also assure you that District management will never do a thing about replacing them all and that nothing good will ever come of that hole.

Everytime i sign the back of a notice they dont leave the package The next day. they never notify me when a package is here, and it always get sent back. Many reason. Mostly poor service from employees. Wish we could see a change.
