Hired with the agreement that there would be two ladies cleaning. Ended up only being one, but she says she spent twice the time cleaning for the same amount of money. Says she spent 14 hours in my house cleaning. I am trying to sell my house and I have had to re-clean the entire house. Asked her how she could charge me that amount and not clean anything 100%. She told me she worked hard in my house and that she had done the fridge, oven/stove and tops of cupboards. I can still see where my jars were sitting on top of the cupboard! She didn’t even wipe it! None of the cupboards were even wiped out. I’ll admit the house was pretty bad in spots. But, don’t tell me you cleaned something you didn’t! Worst $350 I’ve ever spent! There’s no way that 14 hours was spent in my home cleaning! When asked to make it right, she said she’d come back and wipe off the fridge, oven and mop the floor again but anything more she’d charge hourly again. She didn’t even do the work my $350 paid for! I would never hire this company/lady again.
