DO NOT USE! Hired for a deep clean after moving in and was very dissatisfied with their service. Had to pre-pay and came back to mildew in the bathtubs and furniture not even dusted. Called to ask them to make it right and they hung up on me and have not answered my countless calls or emails since then. Very unhappy.

My family hired them to do a move out clean. Never showed up or answered call. Had to do a last minute clean ourselves.Owner was unprofessional and didn’t care what so ever. She tried to “reschedule” after the move out already happened and refused to refund our money.I can’t believe someone could do something like this. Absolutely disgusted and out $400.

$600 dollars later....the 2100 square ft house is NOT clean. A DEEP CLEAN is what was PRE paid for!! One lady showed and it was her FIRST day. The only supplies She had were a roll of paper towels and 2 squirt bottles!!! That was it!! She worked as hard and as fast as she could, and was amazing, yet the job was way over her abilities. She was unable to solve the issue because her superviser, Lindsey, never returned her calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I love this cleaning service. To me there is nothing better than coming home to a clean house. These cleaners are always on time and always do a great job. I get a quarterly deep clean and each and every time I am amazed by their work. Glad to see the dedication from this staff.

DON’T HIRE. After hiring this company and paying $400 for a “deep clean”, they did nothing they said they would do. After the “cleaning” dust could still be seen on surfaces and parts of the vacant home were not touched. The owner refused to answer and return phone calls (but would answer when another number called). Absolutely would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I needed my house deep cleaned so I could put it on the market, and didn’t have time to do it myself so I hired this company. I told the manager on the phone exactly what I needed and also left them a note for when they arrived. They quoted me $325, when I got the bill, it was $397. I come home to inspect the cleaning and aside from the floors being mopped, you literally would not know they had ever been there. I asked for the doors to be cleaned, walls, outside of cupboards... hence a deep clean... and none of those things were done, even the showers were still a mess, and yet they want almost $400 from me?! What a joke. I called and asked if they could come back, and make it right, and once Again, told the lady what needed done, and it all still never got done. So instead of saving me time, they wasted my money And my time! I will never recommend this company. The least they could have done was given me a discount for Poor Poor service, but all they did was correct the bill to what it was supposed to be originally, Unbelievable!Ps Here’s the invoice to prove it

Had my home deep cleaned by this company after my mother and sister in law recommended them to me. They spent the entire day deep cleaning my home and they did an AWESOME job. They didnt miss one thing and they paid attention to all of my special requests. Now I see why they are so highly recommended. They were so polite and very detailed in their work.

DO NOT USE! I paid $500 and received NO SERVICE!!!! I was scheduled and paid for a deep cleaning. The original day no one showed and I was not notified for nearly an hour (47min) after my appointment time. I had tried calling twice during that time but no one answers their phone and voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. I was told the cleaners had a emergency so I agreed to reschedule for the next day even though I had time restraints and it wasn’t as convenient for me especially since I had already paid. I should of demanded a refund right then! No one showed for the rescheduled time and NO CALL! I called multiple times as well as my husband and no response! I emailed, texted, and left a Facebook message and still NO RESPONSE!Update:After multiple attempts to contact with no response and finally got a hold of someone who promised to refund I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Topdown NEVER issued a refund!

My house needed a deep clean in order to be placed on the market. Top Down cleaners came out and spent an entire day cleaning our home. I cant believe the difference it made. The entire house was cleaned, they didnt miss anything. They were very professional and knowledgeable about cleaning and staging my home for real estate. Would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again.

Hired Top Down Cleaning Services for a move in deep clean. We just purchased a new home here in Grand Junction. In one day, they had our new home move in ready. The cleaners were absolutely awesome. They cleaned everything in our home, right down the the baseboards. Our appliances looked brand new, they cleaned them inside and out. They cleaned walls,doors, insides of cupboards, everything. The woman that schedules is horrible at details but will call you names when she doesnt make the appointment. The owner David will never answer the phone or call or email you back. This company probably writes its own reviews! Terrible cleaning and professionalism. I honestly dont think they did a single thing to the home we had just purchased and were moving into. The floors were absolutely filthy. The baseboards were dirty. There were flys in the window races. Appliances filthy. Cabinets still had stuff in them. We hired based off their google reviews and Top Down advertisements but it was nothing like that. Please avoid this company! They are a scam!

We hired Top Down Cleaning Services for a thorough clean prior to moving into a new home. We were very disappointed in the service we received. We were unable to tell that any cleaning services had been done. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The bathrooms had not been cleaned. The cabinets, appliances, baseboards, shelves, and window sills were not wiped down. We would not use this service again.

Such a bad experience! I am not one to write reviews but I would not want anyone else to have to deal with this inconvenience. We hired Top Down to clean our house after we moved out and explained to them what our land lord’s expectations of were. They assured us that they could meet the expectations, but they came nowhere close.We came to look over the house three hours after they were supposed to be done but the workers were still cleaning the first room (which was mostly cleaned by us before they started). We found out the workers had left for a few hours in the middle of the day, but they told us they would stay and clean. When we came back a few hours later, the workers were gone but the job was obviously not done. The floor boards still had dust on them, two rooms we obviously not vacuumed, and it seemed that they had not even go into our bathroom. There were so many other things not cleaned it seemed like they hadn’t even been there. Additionally, they left a cigarette butt on our fount porch, which we could have received a fine from our landlord for smoking on the property.Once we contacted the owner, the 2 people were sent to clean again the next day. My wife spent most of the day popping in to make sure everything was done. The house was STILL barely cleaned!! We have contacted the owner of Top Down more than 5 times to ask to get some money back as we had to take off work to let them in MULTIPLE times and the response we always get was “our manager is in Denver with no service and he will get back to you as soon as he can.” Finally, we got in contact with them, only to be informed too much time had passed to compensate us in any way. Top Down never once tried to contact us after calling them. It is obvious they were avoiding our phone calls as it went directly to voicemail when calling from our cell phones. But calls were answered immediately when we called from other numbers. Professionalism is lacking. Can’t believe we wasted time AND money on this mediocre service

I hired Top Down Cleaning, based on Google reviews, to do a move-in clean of my new home. They advertise this clean as all inclusive, top to bottom. I also paid extra to have the carpets cleaned. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to take possesion of the house as scheduled and was not able to check the work that was done by Top Clean. Upon moving in, I found that a less than satisfactory job had been done. Kitchen cabinets were not wiped out, many cobwebs were left in corners and along the ceiling, chandeliers had not been dusted, and it appeared that walls had not been washed (I could still see the outlines from the previous owners pictures). They did do an OK job on the carpets. Needless to say, I will not be hiring them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. I paid them a lot of money and expected much better.
