I went in to get my fingerprinting completed for a job. Julie was extremely rude and abrupt. She completed the process and said that she would mail off the application. It has been close to a month and they have not received the application. I believe that she did not mail it because I addressed her rudeness. DO NOT ALLOW HER TO ASSIST YOU! I spent $67 for the fingerprinting and another $30 to this UPS store for processing!! I want my item tracked and if it is discovered that it was lost, I will bring Julie Miller up on charges!! If she doesnt like her job, she should get another one; preferably not in customer service. I saw another review about her behavior from another customer---and yet, she is STILL there!

Within the last couple days came into the store to do fingerprinting. I was helped by an associate, Julie, which demonstrated excellent customer service, extremely helpful, widely professional and knowledgeable within her position. I am thankful for her help during my visit by making the entire process as easy as possible.

I love this UPS store. It’s close to home and has saved me many head aches. From printing documents from a thumb drive, sending packages, to notarizing a letter...this UPS store has helped me a lot. Keep doing a great job.

The store had socially distancing pads on the floor and clear directional paths for patrons to follow for entry and leaving. The staff was kind and efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long for good and friendly service. During these trying times, they were very professional. Thank you.

Giving two stars just because the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. The notary person working on 12/23 at 9am was beyond rude when I said I only had a picture of my ID. She aggressively asked why I didnt have one and that I just need to get a new one then continued to pressure me to come in now because shes leaving soon and no one else would ever sign it. When I told her I would have to wait until my husband comes home at 1230 she just hung up. Called a different store and they said they would do it no problem. All they asked was if it was valid

If you are not going to enforce your store mask rules than take down your signs. No one is going to take you seriously when multiple signs say a mask is required but when you stand in line you see employees assist multiple people without them. I don’t care either way but it is annoying to see the sign, go back to my car and then come in and see that. You are either a professional company or not.

The people who work there are absolute professionals. I have been going there for years to make photo copies for my grandmothers scrapbooks and every time, while I know it seems like an inconvenience, they treat me with respect. Each and every one of their employees have been nice to me and I would never hesitate to go there.

I have uuse this UPS in the last 4 years I am very proud to say the best customer service these girls will go far and beyond. When it comes to mailing out a package I have always used on my packages have gotten there ion time sometimes early. This staff deserves five stars or more They will go far and beyond if you need something faxed theyre very understanding never rushing hands of applause for the entire staff at the UPS store

Well i can give a 5 star for Issac for his excellent customer service on the livescan, because he did an outsanding job. Issac set me up with a walk in appointment, while his cowoker DIDNT wanted to set me up with an appointment with a later date because he did not wanted to service me .

I do not usually come here to do my Amazon returns and this was my first time coming to this location. I have never had any issues with tracking my returns when I go to the locations on Indian school and Litchfield or Camelback and 101 so naturally I declined getting my receipt for the transaction. Now a week later I see the tracking number was never scanned and the item is still showing as waiting to be received. The store was unable to get me proof of my transaction and the box has already been sent off just not recorded. Merchant beware, get a receipt at this location always.

Even though they had a sign out front that said masks were required to enter, I walked in and they were currently helping a man without a mask. He touched many surfaces, talked loudly, and proclaimed that Covid-19 was cured, while mocking the rest of us for wearing masks. Instead of refusing to serve him, the employees laughed and engaged with him and even suggested one of the cures was Windex. UPS needs to do a better job ensuring their health standards are carried out amongst all branches, especially since they pack and send packages that so many people touch. Absolutely revolting.

Usually I don’t have a problem here. Today I came in early to the Buckeye location to return an amazon product and ship something to a friend. When I came in Christina said the systems were rebooting, which was fine. What bothered me is she was rude. I get it if you’re frustrated but I was the only one there it’s not like there was a line to the door. I got confused because she asked if I wanted priority shipping as if it was an option so I said no. Then when she told me the price I said I didn’t want priority just because I got confused thinking I didn’t have to pay that much to send a tiny package. She then told me priority was the only option. Instead of just explaining that the first time, she got an attitude with me when I got confused. I was very uncomfortable and it took everything in me not to cuss her out. We all have bad days but I will never come back. I’ll just take the trip to Goodyear.

I have always had a very pleasant experience at this UPS store. The ladies whom I’ve met have treated me with patience, kindness, and even went out of their way to find a package for me. I’m so happy to use this store exclusively for my shipping needs.

I am writing this after a bad experience I had today but Im hoping this place can redeem itself by making things right. I have a mailbox that I pay an annual fee for so I can receive packages and they arent left on my doorstep. Twice now I have had issues with getting my items. The first time they gave me 2 of the 3 packages I had at the store but forgot the other one. I had to make another trip back to the store to get the package they overlooked....not a big deal...mistakes happen so other than being annoyed and inconvenienced I let it go. This time however was a bit different, I had 9 packages delivered to the store, they were logged in, I had emails saying they were there and slips in my box saying they were there. When I went to pick up my items they could only find 4! Thats a rate of 66% loss! Not a good average for a business that specializes in receiving mail and packages! I left the store with 44% of my items and will now have the annoyance and inconvenience figuring out this mess created by their system of receiving packages. Hopefully they find them, if not more annoyance and inconvenience for me to get them replaced. Their system is obviously broken if they have an average of 66% loss! Now Im without items I paid for and since this happened on a Saturday they said Im out of luck to have anything even looked into until Monday. At this point i am really disappointed in the service I have received at this place of business, this loss seems totally inexcusable and at this point I would never recommend receiving mail there, your odds are probably better having them dropped off at your front door.UPDATE: Never received a call back the manager was to busy....her time is more valuable than mine I guess. They have no idea where my packages went so I have to gather up all the data to have them replaced...tracking...value...dates...etc. This entire debacle is unacceptable for a business that specializes in receiving customers mail. My next step will be to close my box and attempt to get a refund...Im sure that will be another struggle.

They charged me $367.22/3xs the amount to ship a package to Kyiv, Ukraine on December 10, 2019 that weighed 1lb 4.6 oz in a 9x9x9 box....compared to $121.61, 1lb 8oz, in a 10×6×6 box. So as you can see, 3.4oz more and a 1 inch longer, 3 inches smaller box tripled the price....TRIPLED THE PRICE with a $35 fuel charge? Strange, none of that when I mailed the 9x9x9 box froms UPS Store...yes, I have both receipts for those who dont believe what theyve just read😥!-Mr Anton-Tucson, AZPS: Not a word from Onkar the UPS Store owner in Goodyear on Estrella road...even after speaking to Rachel, the stores manager.

Piss poor service. I had a package delivered to this location in error. I called the store 5 mins after the deliver and was told by some flippy mouth girl tell me that it was not at the store. I have called and went to this location over & over looking for my package. Again, getting told by smart mouth employees that its not at the location. This has been a hunt since January 2,2019. Today I called again and was told. Oh, remember that package and sent it back to the shipper. IN the same breath I was told I cant help you I sent it back and cant tell you who or why this happen. I am done... Customer service is horrible!!

Not going to say anyone else was wrong, but I walked in with a box to send to my relatives. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Unfriendly staff, unwilling to help. Supposedly stops fingerprinting services at 6pm even though I was there 10 minutes til 6pm and there were no other customers and the store is open til 7pm. I even called before I went and was assured that they were open and doing fingerprinting. The guy was unwilling to turn on the machine and do it for me. So disappointing.

I always come here during holidays to send packages and its most normally a fine experience.Today was terrible .I came in with my 4 yr old and was waiting in line . My 4 yr old was checking out the decorations that have the place jam packed , so space is limited . She by accident tore a cheap plastic table cloth and the rude, judgmental , elder woman employee said something along the lines of that is Not Ok! Why arent you watching her. Shaking her head and making a scene about it.The younger male employee called me over to get my box shipped after checking out with him. I offered him $10 for the torn sheet and he said no no please dont worry about it Im sorryAs I walked out the elder woman again yelled across the store in front of other customers she needs to pay for that!!I walked up to her and set $10 on the counter.Hey corporate , I hope you get 10 plastic table cloths.How terrible.

Adriana is extremely unhelpful and not willing to even try to resolve my issue. She referred me to call UPS, and UPS told me to call the UPS store since they accepted my money. Adriana wouldnt even leave a message for the manager to call me. If you go here have Tracy help you as she will willing to try and figure out the issue.

Really not worth one star, there is one nice lady that works here, shes a little bit older but has worked there for 8 years. Every other employee should follow her lead (which they dont) They are rude, could care less if you use there service, in Fact when I questioned one worker about a charge w/out looking to see if she was wrong, she was rude and said if I dont like it go elsewhere. And theres a y I ung girl who works there, who acts as if she stoned on a 24 hr basis... the owner seriously needs to clean house...Go elesewhere

Shipped a shoe box that weighed less than 1 lb. I used ground shipping and they charged me almost $18 to ship it. Went online and noticed that even if the box weighed 2 lbs it should only have cost $10 including fuel charge. On the website it says that prices may vary, but at almost twice the price I wont be using this store again.
