Dustin with Vectra Mechanical did an amazing job. I just purchased a house and there was a suspect swamp cooler on the roof that was outdated and needed repairs. He assessed everything and only recommended repairing the most necessary parts. He went over everything with me, got my ok, proceeded with ordering everything then came back for install. All in all he was done in a few hours, then proceeded to check out some other systems in the house to make sure they were ok. Being a first time home buyer he educated me on the ins and outs, especially air flow dynamics, efficiency and what needs maintenance every year. Overall I was super pleased with Dustin and Vectra Mechanical. They are my go-to people now.

The excellent staff at Vectra helped us previously with an air conditioner leak and pump problem and they were so good, we turned to them for maintenance on our HVAC system. Vectra noticed that our water heater was leaking during routine maintenance and brought it to our attention. We opted to have it replaced since it was 20 years old. Two Vectra technicians came and removed the old water heater and installed a new one. I was out of the house for a short time and when I returned they had already finished the job and they were so neat and efficient I could not even tell they had been there even though they had carried both units through our carpeted main living area. We were very pleased with their prompt service and professionalism and will definitely use them in the future.

We have an old swap cooler that was acting up last year, and meant to have someone come take a look at it before it started to get warm. We put it off a little too long, and the first company I called told me they could send someone out at the end of June. I called Vectra and they sent someone that very day, which shocked me, since this is Memorial Day weekend and everyone needs everything de-winterized ASAP.Kyle came over right away and did a lot of much needed work. Shortly after he left, it started spitting water all over the place. We called the office and even though he was already home, he came back to see what was going on. As always seems to be the case with repairs, as soon as he arrived, it was fine 😁 But he made some adjustments and stuck around to keep an eye on it for much longer than I would ever have expected him to. We signed up for bi-annual service with Vectra, because we feel like we’re in such good hands.Highly recommend!

We had an issue with one of our rooftop units not providing heat to our office building. Vectra came out within an hour and had us back up and running quickly. Tech was friendly and professional and explained what the issue was. He even advised us of a few issues that we may want to have fixed before we switch to the cooling season. I called Vectra mechanical to get a second opinion. Dusty was our service technician that came out and did a diagnostic to see what the issue was. We were told by the other company that there was a pump missing from the radiant heat system(along with the valve that wasn’t working). Dusty called the company that makes our system to verify if what we had was working and they agreed that the one pump we had was just as good. That right there gave me the confidence to go ahead and give Vectra our business as they were honest and there to fix the issue that was currently going on. Definitely will be using Vectra from here on out.

I called recently after hours because my furnace stopped working. The technician I spoke to was very nice and took the time to explain to me their pricing. Although I ultimately decided to figure out the issue on my own (flame sensor was dusty), I will probably come back to them for a full service eventually just because they were so professional and kind.

Vectra repaired one of the zone valves on our heating system. The service was prompt, reasonably priced and performed by an intelligent and experienced professional who communicated his diagnosis of the problem and its solution very effectively. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. These people are first rate. Moreover, they were recommended by OTHER PLUMBERS I CONTACTED. It doesnt get better than that!

Old boiler pump blew out and flooded 1st floor of apt bldg. And Elevator shaft. Found and installed new boiler pump and got all working just in time for big 3 day snow storm coming today. They also replaced a pump on one of the 3 hot water tanks and fixed several little leaks on domestic water system. Great job as usual for us!👍😁

I discovered Vectra on the web last year and decided to give them a shot (mostly due to their high ratings and reviews I read). After a few repair experiences, we just going through a new HVAC system (replacing a 16 y/o furnace and adding A/C) and they did a great job and at a reasonable price. They are super responsive and have been able to come out same day (sometimes within hours) when weve needed it. Highly recommend.

I had Vectra Mechanical put in a smart thermostat in my house. I bought an Ecobee3 smart thermostat, only to get home and find out I only had two wires ran in the wall.Matt came out, and not only told me I needed more wires ran, but that the current wires were not the correct ones anyway. Matt ran an 8 wire strand of cable to replace the old wiring. I only needed 4 wires at most since all I have is heat, but Matt said running the extra wires would be best so that I could expand the system later down the road.After running the wires, Matt was able to quickly hook them up to my 21 year old furnace (I had no idea what was going on in there with all the wires). All said and done it took maybe a hour and a half at most.I would recommend Matt and Vectra Mechanical to anyone who has HVAC needs! I plan on having him replace my furnace with A/C when the old one bites the dust!These guys rock!

Called Vectra this AM for a heating issue at my home. I was referred to them by Planet Plumbing. Vectra got me into their schedule right away, and I had a tech at my house 1.5 hours before I was expecting him. Levi was awesome! He explained everything to me, did a thorough inspection of my system, and fixed it promptly. Pricing was upfront, fair, and honest. I will absolutely call them for all future HVAC needs.

Ive had a couple of excellent experiences with Vectra Mechanical. I have a boiler system which is more than 50 years old in my home. Vectra has provided maintenance service to keep it running in tip top shape. Every tech has been knowledgeable, professional, on time (last appt they even called and said they could be out an hour sooner for the appt), and provided feedback on their service. Their prices are reasonable. Ive had other companies come out and they have all tried to convince me to upgrade my system. Not Vectra. Would highly recommend them.

After receiving a very large estimate from from High End Brand A , contacted Vectra Mechanical about our air conditioner. Not only did we receive a reasonable estimate, it included the electrical.The technicians were here 10 minutes early, just as I was pulling my car out of the garage so they had room to work. They were pleasant and respectful.I highly recommend Vectra Mechanical for your heating and air conditioning. We will be calling them back when it is time to service the furnace.

Commercial AC unit stopped working a few weeks ago. Since then, Vectra has sent multiple technicians out. They patch it for a few hours and then the next morning we come into a hot office. They say theyll take care of it and then send another technician, patch it, and the issues happen again, again, and again. Over 6 visits (which they all charged for) and no fix. Our office only went with this company, because they did work on other units in the building, but I would highly recommend going with someone else. They are a joke.

I have been in the trades for over a decade and know that there’s a lot of scam artists out there that are unskilled and unscrupulous when it comes to ripping people off. Vectra is nothing like that. Their techs know exactly what they’re doing and they are very honest and up-front about work needed and estimates. They’ll even suggest ways to save money. These people are top notch and honest. Can’t ask for more.

A friend recommended Vectra to help my figure out why my AC wasnt working. He actually sent them to my house the very next morning.They saw what was going on and worked on it that day and came back the next day to finish up. Told me what I needed to do to have it not happen again. Been almost 2 months now and all is well.

My husband and I came home last night to find that our furnace was not working. It was 19° outside and below 60° inside, and falling fast. My neighbor recommended Vectra. I called immediately and Matt answered the phone, even though it was after hours. He set up an appointment for Nathan to come at 8 AM the next morning. Nathan showed up on time, was very nice, crawled down into our pretty gnarly crawlspace, found the problem, went to get the part, came back and replaced it, cleaned a few things, changed our furnace filter and was finished in less than 2 1/2 hours. It cost us less than $330, which is a whole lot less than the cost of a new furnace. Nathan told us our furnace is 24 years old. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. Another company might’ve told us that our furnace had quit. We will definitely call them the next time we have a problem. It’s amazing to think that last night we were borrowing space heaters and this morning our problem was completely fixed.

It was just last week - a beautiful Friday morning, with expectations of a major cold front arriving on Sunday - when our 26-year old heater went out. I emailed Vectra, and Matt was in my home by 9:30 AM - by that same evening Vectra had our new heater installed for a very fair price. Its 7 degrees outside today, Wednesday, and I cant believe what this new 2-stage heater is doing for the comfort level in our home! :) Great, competent emergency service for a very fair price.
