I had a 103 fever and considered a high risk patient if positive for covid. I did not have an appointment and went in during lunch, not realizing they closed during lunch. When they saw how sick/emotional I was, they immediately, without hesitation, eased my fears and gave me a rapid test AND PCR test. I was told I would have results by end of day (I walked in at 12:45pm) .. They called me in less than an hour with my RT results. I was informed it would take 24-36 hrs to get my PCR results via email and when I woke up the following morning (less than 24 hrs) I had my results (both negative Thank God, so the common FLU still exists). Given my experience, I would give 10 stars if allowed!! The compassion/professionalism and timely response from the staff was truly appreciated. I received a receipt w/o asking on both tests and the peace of mind was worth every penny!! THANK YOU to the staff!I chose exam Lab Corp because our family LGH doctor recommended this facility to my daughter back in September when she WAS positive for Covid and received her results within 12hrs. I would highly recommend ELC for fast and professional customer service.
