A employee buy the name of Richard fixed a leak under my sink. Turns out it was a condensation line. He came in on a Saturday and was unable to get parts until Monday. My schedule is hectic and he was able to arrange things so he can personally do the repair within the time frame of my hours. He was a man of his word and took very excellent care of his client. The people here were AMAZING!! I had a pipe burst at 11PM on a Sunday night and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day at 8am which is just unheard of. I set up an appointment for early in the morning and accidentally slept through it. But I called up my technician and he immediately turned around which I am extremely thankful for. Johnathan and Quinton were both very professional and I appreciate that they both wore face masks and avoided staying inside the house as not only a safety thing but as to not track mud. They were very honest and straight forward about the repairs and didn’t give me any false promises or try to sugar coat anything. They had told me it was going to take a couple hours but finished a little bit ahead of schedule which was amazing. The work that was done looks good and they even took care of installing a new faucet which will save me from having this issue again in the future. Wonderful people working for a wonderful company. I wish every repair man was like the team that came out to my house today!!

I called for a garbage disposal issue. They were quick and efficient to get a tech out. Josh-the tech, was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was very upfront and honest about the issue at hand. He replaced the disposal very quickly. Josh is a true professional in his field. Showed up quicker than expected. Polite, friendly and very professional. They unclogged my drain and were able to find my clean outs that were buried. They put a camera in my drain and inspected all the way to the sewer. They made sure to clean everything when they were done. Great job!

Josh came to my house yesterday and cleared a washing machine line and the bathtub. He is an outstanding employee and deserves all the recognition. 5 star service from him.The company did send out another two employees the night before and asked for over 800 dollars to root out the two lines. Those employees said things that werent congruent with what Josh said the next day. Those employees ended up leaving that night and didnt fix the problem, leaving it for Josh the next morning.

Unfortunately I needed a service call to repair a sewer line. Everyone that came out was polite, respectful, courteous and most important, professional. Oliver and Chris were great.

Sewer pipe from house to stack for mainline to street. Valentine cleared the pipe then used the camera to discover a down slope where a tree root was pushing it up. We went through options for a fix to excavate and replace our sewer line. Valentines explanation of work involved and how it would be done was spot on. He was here for as long as it took to determine what exactly was required. He also had a great personality and was happy to meet him.

Excellent service. Estimate was completed one day and the next day the entire list was completed including 3 bathroom faucets, 2 shower faucets, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal. All the tasks were pretty difficult as most equipment was original from 85 so there was lots of skill needed. Chris #1119 completed a mammoth task and with quality. Chris is also very informative. We had a backed up sewer line occur late at night. Scott came out within an hour and got it unclogged quickly. Very professional and easy to work with.

I had one backed up sink in the kitchen and called this company to have someone come out. They let me know they couldnt quote a price over the phone but that the assessment was free. The man who came out was very professional and on time. He took one look at the clean out and quoted almost $500 for ONE clog. This is an outrageous cost for a simple clog. I told him no thank you and called a different plumber that did the job for $125. Definitely try anyone else before using this company.

I called one company they gave me a arrival time any where between 8am -6pm. I called Roto-Rooter and was given a 2 hour arrival time. They arrived 45 min early and was done by 11:00am , Easy Peasy! it was pricey but if you don`t want any Melvin`s doing your work then you have to be willing to pay a little more.

Within a few hours of the call Joe (our tech) was here and had the problem solved. Joe was awesome and we will definitely call them if we have a problem in the future.

Roto Rooter seriously to the rescue. I called a bunch of different places to get someone out today . Had a big clog and couldn’t use anything in the house. Found them online and called . I called this company because one of my pipes was clogged and water was coming off the shower and toilet. They told me that they wouldn’t charge me until the problem was fixed. They charged me $329 dlls to put the snake in and the problem seemed “fixed” for a day. I called them to see if they could come back and help me and they told me that job was not guaranteed. They wanted me to pay again to fix the original problem that they didn’t fix in the first place. The pipes in my house are still clogged and I don’t have anymore money to hire someone else. They just told me that I had to pay again before they can help me. I am very disappointed about this company! Please make sure they write guaranteed on the ticket if not, you could face the same problem I am facing now.

Andre and Allen came today and they were fantastic. This was no easy job as we thought we had a decaying animal in our laundry room overflow drain. They first checked under the washer and dryer to see if it was there. Nope. So, Allen on the camera, was then able to locate and see the dead rat. Andre and Allen worked together to get it out...under less than desirable conditions as the smell was just short of nauseating. Not one complaint from either one and just kept at it until they got it out. We truly feel we had the A Team at our home today and are very grateful for their hard work, professionalism and persistence!
