Accu Clean is amazing! The attention to detail, care, and professionalism was incredible. They removed a whole house worth of asbestos flooring. All safety measures went above and beyond and their flexibility was a wonderful thing while I am working from home. I would recommend Stalin and his crew to anyone. Above all that I have mentioned already, they were extremely friendly and displayed passion for what they do.

Had pipes burst which caused water damage to bathroom floors, walls, vanity and a portion of carpeting. Contacted Accu Clean for remediation services and they immediately sent out their Crew Chief, Rich Baloo. Rich assessed the damage, took samples for testing, put up plastic containment barriers, and installed fans to dry wet areas. Over the next 3-4 days, either Rich or one of his co-workers checked the moisture level daily. He also provided test results of the samples taken as soon as received (all over the Labor Day weekend!). Rich is personable and very knowledgeable, providing valuable education on potential contamination concerns and what to expect from and provide to our insurance company. Floor/walls/carpeting dried within a few days after which Rich removed his equipment and containment barriers. Couldnt have asked for a better person and experience!! Had a leak in my wall, called a plumber to fix, water damage in that area. I called Accu Clean to come take a look. He got there before the plumbers were even finished. I had a great experience with Accu Clean. My unit was flooded, and I had no idea what to do (I had never made an insurance claim on my condo before this). Accu Clean made the process so easy. They came out the same day and then worked around my crazy schedule to get the job done. When I needed to get paperwork signed, they offered to meet me at my hotel at 9pm at night (the only time I was free) to get it done. I’d highly recommend them. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional. Richard in particular is AMAZING! And their receptionist/dispatcher was very friendly and helpful (but I can’t recall her name). There was a crew of two others plus Rich who worked on my unit, and I wish I could remember all their names because they were all so helpful and friendly.

Accu Clean has earned my praise by acting quickly and efficiently to meet my need to remove asbestos from rental property ASAP. Tile setter showed up one morning to lay tile and found asbestos tile underneath the carpet. A great shock! Rich at Accu Clean came right over and cleaned up the 3 bedrooms and bath in 2 days. Worst company to deal with. Cut my carpet out dried the leak charged us 1500 dollars then took everything from our insurance claim. Now almost a year later still no carpet, no drywall, and out almost 5000 dollars. They are a scam. Stay far away if you value your money and home

Accu Clean was recommended by another company to help with the insurance claim that had to be filed to take care of the water damage to our kitchen. Having had to call him after 5 prior water leaks, all from work done done by another company. I was frustrated and hoping for a better experience. Richard did not disappoint. He was professional, friendly and compassionate. Along with his co-workers Stallings(?) and Coco (all I heard them call him). They assessed the situation, explained what would happen every step of the process. They removed the cabinets and all else effected. They just removed the fans and equipment needed to dry out the kitchen. Next step getting the rebuild process going. After the last experience, it was a refreshing change to have Richard going over everything and answering our questions. While I hope I dont need to have this type of work done. I would call him and Accu Clean again.
