Always great service and fair prices. Only draw back is the building is really old and needs to be updated. Even though the building is old the people are the best. I will never go anywhere else unless they close permanently

First of all I have been going to Roman tax services for about nine years and they have always been wonderful. Second of all they have no control of when you get your money back from the government. Why dont you complain about the government. I definitely recommend Roman Tax Services

This place offers very poor customer service. They have a sign up stating “FREE QUOTE” don’t believe it!! They make you pay full price and file before you even consent! They have no respect for their customers! I don’t recommend anyone to file their taxes here, plus they charge over $200 and that depends on your attitude according to a sign they have up in their office.

Worst customer service, unexperienced employees, and they charged me 300$. I was unpleased with their service as she verbally told me she was unsure how to file my healthcare form, she had to continuously ask questions to the other employees who seemed unsure also.

Horrible experience and false advertisement. My entire family and I had to amend our taxes because of wrong information. The staff was careless of the fact that we had to go back for corrections as of it wasn’t their fault!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I do not recommend that you make your taxis there, pity service and little experience ..

It is a lousy place, more than a month ago I did my taxes there, they gave me an incorrect address and I still have not received my taxes, I recommend that you do not do your taxes here if you want to see your money soon and safely.
