The very kind and personable woman working there (owner, I assume) helped me get a genuine manufacturer oven part and beat the price of the other guys by a long shot. Feels like a real neighborhood place; I will be shopping here from now on for any and all appliance parts and repair needs!

Monday my dryer gives up heating, head to the regular big stores none of them have the part I need it,I email A&H appliances around midnight asking to see if they had the part in stock, Tuesday morning I get a call telling that they do. Head up picked the part put it on my dryer and it works again. Great customer service and affordable price. Thank you

They repaired my 2 year old Panasonic microwave in less than 2 hours for an extremely reasonable price. I am thrilled. Its a great oven, just slightly out of warrantee and I was having a tough time finding someone to repair it. Panasonic was of no help at all in locating a repair shop (Im sure theyd prefer that I plunk down another $150 for a new one). These folks are just lovely, and Im thrilled with their service and the results!

My oven broke just before Thanksgiving last year, too late to get it repaired or even order parts. I called all over and finally wound up speaking with Aida. I had watched some YouTube videos, so managed to take the heating element out and bring it to her. She tested it and confirmed that it still worked, and all I needed were a couple of little parts to replace some of the wiring. She went through some boxes of odd parts and came up with what I needed. She didnt charge me. My son and I got it working in just a few minutes. I went by and gave her a little gift. Such a nice woman.I was sure Id reviewed them then, but didnt see my review here when I went on to call them again, looking for refrigerator parts.

One of the worst refrigerator repair and stores. He screwed up the refrigerator repair of a medical office although the frig was a regular household frig. Didnt bother to come and check out the problem. We had to explain the problem and send the owner the picture of the label of the frig. Charged us $180, came and replaced a part. The day after the frig became a freezer and froze all vaccines provided by the government. All had to be returned. He came (Hamo) and fixed his settings which were completely wrong. When the frig started having problems shortly after, refused to come again. The vaccine frig is being monitored by three independent thermometers which alarm when out of range and are being reported to the government twice daily. The problems couldnt have been the the three thermometers. All three couldnt be wrong. When we called him for checking the problem, three appointments were made which were cancelled by them after we called to confirm and also when he didnt show up twice at the appointment time made. This is after we removed the vaccines from the frig in preparation for his appointment. His excuse was he has more important things to do , nothing else can be done (of course without even bothering to check the frig). This is after after he has charged us for changing parts (not sure needed), completely screwing up the frig and ruining the government vaccines. Do NOT trust this shop for any of your repairs. Once hes paid youre screwed and are left on your own. Very unprofessional since I left voicemails and sent emails with NO responses.

This place rocks. Great service, fair prices and a good amount of product in stock. They explain how to do it if you need help, are very friendly and very accomodating. Has that old small town service feeling to it. Highly recomend!!

One of there technician has no knowledge about the repairing of washer we end up paying the amonth of new washer and after couple of months we have to throw out our 3 years old washer, I do not recommend this technician to anyone
