Gentleman who arrived for repair could not speak English or understand English. He took out drawer below cooktop to see the model number. He broke the rails taking out the drawer and couldn’t get the drawer back in. He was disrespectful in trying to talk to me. I sent him away. I didn’t trust him to do any further work.

The Everyday Appliance Service team was exceptional. They were on time and communicated well in advance of his visit. They were professional and courteous - very nice. I guess this is one of the many reasons people dont shop at Everyday Appliance Service anymore. Next time, Ill use Everyday Appliance Service

The technician was the best! The part for my dryer wasnt available at any of the local part stores but he went above and beyond to find a replacement. My dryer is now back to tip top working condition and I have no complaints. I truly appreciate how genuine and informative he was.
