Kyle from Preventive Pest Control is superb! He has been coming to my home to spray both the interior and exterior, and is very thorough! He is considerate and respectful of my home belongs. He is efficient during the time that he is in my home and asks for feedback in case there is anything in addition or anything I feel is necessary. I have had encounters with various individuals from this company and all are good but not nearly as detail oriented and excellent as Kyle. I have requested him from now and will indefinitely moving forward!

We were happy with their services. We used them for years. The guy that came on the regular was great with our dogs. However their answering service is horrible. We sold our home. We called and explained they are billing us for a house we are no longer in the girl I spoke to said ok and was closing our account and to disregard the 72.00 fee. I thought it was all said and done. Guess what they reported us to collections for this 72.00 fee We are not paying for service in a home we are no longer in. We were going to sign up up again once we bought our new home but after this NOPE.

Great service and their products really work, too! Have only seen 2 scorpions in 2+ years and it used to be a big problem when we used the competition. Theyll accommodate any schedule and remove snakes for free! Call them! You wont be disappointed.

Have been with preventative since 2005 and have been fairly satisfied with their service.... until the past couple of weeks. Technician showed up to do service and notified me that I had a balance due and he couldn’t service our home til it was paid. Understandable... however I had not received any kind of bill either emailed to me or through the US postal service. Spoke to the billing department and they had the correct email however even after our conversation and being told that another invoice would be both emailed and mailed another week and nothing! Called yet again and went through the whole scenario again and still nothing! Got a recorded phone call on Saturday that they would be coming out to service our home this week! Oh heck no you won’t so I called again. They returned my phone this morning and said they would have one of their technicians hand deliver my bill, which they did. Which included a letter threatening to send me to collections. I paid them immediately and now I’m done with their company. Beware!,

First, the customer service is great. The men who have come to our home for many years now are always, well mannered, professional, helpful, & ask if there are any problems we need to address. The price is very good & I do get behind some times, but the office is very professional & helpful in those circumstances. Way to go!! Im a new customer who switched from Pest Defense after being sold on how great Preventive is. As soon as we switched, our property became covered in fire ants and we noticed a lot more scorpion activity. Terry has come out the last few weeks and has done a good job getting our ant problem under control. The prior two techs just did not do a thorough job. We experienced this with Pest Defense too. The thoroughness of the tech determines how well the service works. My hope is that when we have our regular service every other month the tech does a very thorough job. I will not be happy if I have to keep calling for re service like we have already in the first two months with Preventive. The sales guy really sold us on how thorough Preventive is, for example sweeping all our eves. To date nobody has swept our eves. Not sure if that is actually part of the service or not. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with Preventive. Terry seems to have addressed the ant issue so were feeling a little better but at this point we dont have enough good consistent experience with Preventive to give you more of a review.

My family and friends have always used Preventive Pest Control and been very happy with the services. Since Keith has been working for this company, all of my family and friends have requested him to be their technician because he does such a thorough job. Preventive Pest Control was very helpful when I moved to Arizona and saw bugs that I had never seen before! Some were big!!! The contact I have had with them was very pleasant and helpful. Very personable staff and guys that come to do the spraying.

Excellent service by both Francisco Canales & Shane Valenzuela. Called preventative pest control early in the AM after purchasing a new property that had a large amount of visible scorpions. Preventative pest control was out by 10:00AM same day; had the home treated by 3:00pm. Both representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. Was more then happy to have them in my home. It has been 4 days now and haven’t seen any scorpions or other critters crawling around. Tony falcon has been the technician coming out to my house and have to say I am very satisified. I had a cricket problem on my property which led to black widows and other fun creatures. Tried using some of the store bought chemicals but never seemed to be enough. Went with pest control on the recommendation of a friend and it worked out great! No more bugs of any kind or any other little critters.

Been a customer for 10 years with this company, only to recently have my account changed - without notification - charging me an increase of 53% in my monthly billing. Customer Service was of no help, stating attempts to notify were taken as affirmative to charge. Preventive Pest Control evidently does not value long term relationships over the almighty dollar. So disappointing. I am now looking for another pest and weed service company.

Call this company at your own peril!! I am a real estate broker and needed a termite treatment service completed on a property for a rush closing. I called on Monday AM and ordered the treatment. It was scheduled for Wednesday. I instructed them to call if there were any issues and to send me their invoice and certification as soon as the service was completed. I heard nothing from the company. I called Thursday morning and was told that they would email me the certification and invoice right away. Again, I heard nothing so I called again at 11:00 and was told that they didnt know if the property was treated or not and that I needed to speak with the manager. I was told that he would call back sometime in the afternoon. I explained the urgency of the matter and needed to talk with him now but was hung up on. The manager finally called me back a little after 1:00 and said that they only did an inspection and did not treat for termites as requested which was no use for our closing. We have wasted four days now with this incompetent company and are now working with another pest company.If you want to work with a company who will take their time getting back to you, who will not do what they say they will do and a company who hangs up on you, go ahead and call these guys. I have worked with a lot of companies of all types over the years as most people do. This company has the worst customer service of them all. It is unparalleled for their utter disregard for their customers.

When I first called Preventive Pest Control out I had just moved into the residents. I had ants beetles and sewer roaches.I noticed the difference after the first visit. They were able to take care of all them in a couple of visits. I have had a hive of bees form in my backyard and they came out the same day and handled them. Once in a great while a mouse shows up in the traps in the garage. For the most part MY house and property are pest free and I still use Preventive Pest Control on a every other month basis. Preventive Pest Control has made my home comfortable again. When we first moved in, I was afraid to walk around without shoes due to the alarming number of scorpions we found in the house. Now, I can finally relax again. The scorpions are few and far between and outside only which is where I prefer them!

Ive been using Preventive Pest Control for years. We dont have monthly service because we are cautious with the amount of chemical we use on our home and they are very accommodating. They use an organic pest control solution that is derived from the chrysanthemum flower which is great because we have kids and pets that we prefer to limit exposure to. They are really knowledgeable and can schedule me when I need them.

This company is not very good at communicating anything! They came out to service for termites and bees that we had, I called the morning of our appointment to verify they would also treat the inside of my house because someone was going to be here. They placed me on hold and verified they would call when on the way to our house, which never happened and they would treat the inside of the kitchen which also did not happen! When they left they claimed they would be back in a couple days to finish the bees but did not contact us(the home owners) to let us know when they were coming back. I had to call them to do a follow up to see what was going on and why we hadnt been contacted. I let the woman on the phone know that the inside of the house had not been treated which she placed me on hold to verify and didnt even apologize for not having it done the same day. Scheduled to come out on a 2nd day now since it was not completed correctly the first time! She also stated the bee hive was removed, which was not true it was left in the wall and my husband had removed it. The only reason that they are finishing both jobs is because I had called, but they did bill us prior to finishing the work, I will only have them out if we have termites in the next 6 years due to the lenght of time that the treatment is good for otherwise I do not want them stepping foot on my property.

My experience with Preventive Pest Control has been awesome. The service is great, and the scorpions are gone. We tried spraying inside and outside our house with several different pesticides recommended for scorpions, but could never get them under control. After our first service they slowed down significantly, and now I havent seen a scorpion for months. I couldnt be happier, especially with our daughter crawling all over the house now. I highly recommend them if you have been struggling like we were.

The staff friendly. The salesmen who came to my house and sold me the deal were affable & straight forward enough. I was told I wouldnt need the tubes in my walls done as that is what I have in my house are the tubes pest control. WRONG! I have lived in this house for 6+ years and had another pest control until this year when I decided to go with Preventive because I was somewhat disappointed with my previous. Now, I have seen bugs, spiders & even scorpions in my house I have NEVER seen before. I cant get a handle on it..and with my previous pest control company, I NEVER had to be home because they didnt need to treat the inside and I never, EVER had the problems I am having now. I wouldnt recommend them. Sorry.

Funny how after my comment others come on here to defend this company but are actually proving my point. These people do not have their things together!! How many customers have you had to double back on due to lack of service!? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!These people do not have their things together. From the appointment schedulers to the tech they send out to your house. I had an appointment scheduled for a timeframe of 8am-12pm, mind you I took off work for this. 12:30 rolls by so I call in to find out whats going on and learn that my appointment was never scheduled for the time I requested. Thats not it though, I paid close to $400 for scorpion service and was told all of what would be included but when the guy gets here he puts dust in the attic and sprayed my yard...UMM...hello? Do you not put dust in my sockets? Treat my garage? Put the granules down? Him: Oh! I forgot!....YOU FORGOT YOU WERE AT WORK? I should not have to tell your guys to do their job or how to!!! I dont feel confident that I received what I paid for and I would not recommend them to anyone. Dont waste your money you will not get what you paid for!! I am so frustrated.

I signed up for Preventive Pest Control service in 2002 and have always been happy with them. They not only serviced my house every other month which kept the insects away, but they got rid of a nasty pigeon problem on the roof. Most recently I had them come out to remove a bee hive on the side of the house. They were great and took care of the problem right away. The technicians they send out are always very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them!

Paid the initial fee of over $200 and did not notice any dead bugs. They came to service my house twice within a month and I seen no results! Scorpions and bugs all over my house as if no one had sprayed!
