He calmed me down reassuring me that it’s not as scary or as urgent as others let on. Previous experiences with other companies made it feel as if I did not act immediately the house would fall apart. I liked and appreciated his honesty and the fact that he made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. His team came out on the scheduled date on time and prepared for the job. Called on Christmas Eve and DiDi the owner picked up! I didn’t even realize they were closed but he still scheduled me in for a termite treatment today! Didi has been excellent! He came to inspect for termites(which fortunately i dont have) and when I told him about my scorpions, he let me know Desert Termite also handles scorpions! I started having Desert take care of general pest control and havent had a single intruder since. He also gave us a lot of extra tips on how to prevent them from getting in the house.

After a few months of having service by Dorin. We have not come across another live scorpion and have peace of mind once again. He takes his time and is very thorough. Well I called a lot of places late at night and Desert termites was the first to answer. I was having some sort of rodent problem, as I could hear them scurrying around in the walls. Didi came out the next day and informed me that trapping them would be the best option. The following day he set up several glue and snap traps, and placed them in specific locations. After catching several rats throughout the week, the activity completely stopped! It’s been a week now and no more sounds or rat droppings! I’m sure glad I decided to go with these guys.
