This Lab is so unorganized! You needed to use a kiosk machine to check in! You don’t need to check in using the Kiosk Machine the receptionist already has your information. This is a busy Labcorp! There are two clinics at this location one for drug screens and the other one for blood work. This Labcorp clinic is hard to find and is located in the back! Unorganized!!

I was here for labs from my doctor. I was on time, and checked in via one of their kiosks in a matter of a minute or two. I was then able to sit at one of the chairs that are socially distance spaced and the reception area, which I really appreciated. I havent seen any other place in for social distancing. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called up to turn in my lab voucher to get the correct specimens ordered. And then it was only about another 5 minutes before I was taken to a very clean well appointed phlebotomy room in the back. I didnt catch the name of my phlebotomist because being stabbed makes me nervous, however she was funny polite professional and barely felt anything at all when she was doing the blood draws. My illness requires a lot of testing and the tech checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure that I wasnt feeling woozy or uncomfortable which I really appreciated. I would be more than happy to go back here as opposed to some of the other places that Ive been because of the quickness, and the professionalism of the staff.

The entrance is in the back, and there are two separate doors, one for drug screens and one for everything else. There are signs that say which door to use. There is a kiosk to check in, and Labcorp sends an email ahead of the appointment time with a QR code that can be used to check in quickly. I arrived and checked in about 5 minutes early, was admitted for bloodwork early, and was out the door 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The receptionists and phlebotomist were polite and friendly. All in all a great experience.

Place itself Is not as bad as reviews make it seem. Seem understaffed but do the best they can, and work as fast as they can. Bathrooms for drug tests were not sanitized between clients. Had to ask for seat covers. Very heavy traffic between 3 bathrooms. In, out, in, out, in, out, in, out. Boom-boom-boom. They are fast but I felt grossed out a little thinking about the sanitization, especially during COVID.Anyways, I arrived at 8am, drug screen didnt open until 9am. Parked and waited. They have Wifi to connect to. :) Got out of the car and formed a line at 8:45am. I was the first one in line. I was in the car leaving at 9:21am. Not too shabby at all. Good experience over all.

Quick and professional. Marissa was amazingly awesome. This was the first time I was in/out within 10 minutes.

Front desk was very quick to help me. Kimberly was very friendly with Sadie and process was fast and easy. I was a walk in and it went super fast.Thank you so much.

Very bad experience. They spilled my sample since they were in too much hurry . I am still not sure how it happened since we gave them sample in tight container and unless someone opened it explicitly it should not have spilled. They also messed up the paper work .They are very busy in taking credit card details to make sure they charge . This is OK but atleast show some empathy for patients. I was literally signing there consent form from one hand and they were taking blood sample from another end.Would not suggest this location to anyone unless you have no other option. We did a mistake and would suggest others to avoid it if possible

Marissa my phlebotomist was fantastic. She was kind, personable, and very good at her job (she just needed a little help getting my height ;) ). Her service made something that is usually stressful a breeze! Thanks Marissa!!

I don’t have family or anyone to watch my daughter. I went to do a drug screen for a job the works said I can not have my daughter there. This is a dumb rule. What about people like me that don’t have anyone to leave there kid with! Luckily there was a nice lady and her husband that offered to watch my daughter while I do the drug test. But while I was doing the test they made my daughter and lady wait in the heat. This is rid.

My experience was quick and painless. I didnt have an appointment but I did go in around 10am. Hardly any wait. The place is kind of hard to find. Look for building E and its in the back. There are two different doors for employee drug screening/everything else.

Unorganized. They don’t clearly post the hours they’ll actually be open. Instead they make you waste time by going only to find out they’re closed!

Looong wait and not enough/no seating.The staff was frustrated and unprofessional. I had an appointment and ended up waiting over an hour, outside in the heat. Ill never go there again.

I went in today for routine bliss tests that my doctor ordered. The place is clean and very organized. They practice social distancing and all the requirements for COVID safety. The place was busy by the staff was in full control. In speaking with one of the techs she told me that they see about 400 patients a day. They only get 1 day off and everyone is tired. I have to say that despite all the people they see they have a great attitude and maintain professionalism. To the staff at Labcorp that you for what you do and making our visit a pleasant experience. Hang in there!

It took me a month to write a review because I was sick but this place is nothing like people make it out to be. The staff is so nice and even though they wear a mask I can tell they keep a smile on their faces. The 2 girls upfront one had straight red hair the other had short curly hair they were very kind and helped me check in even though they were busy. They made sure to keep only 10 people in the waiting area they have sanitizer, gloves and alcohol wipes for patients. I personally seen them sanitize the pens after we use them they wipe down chairs, counters and kiosks while I was their. The lady that drew my blood had red and black hair she was so nice and conversed with me like we were family instead of rushing me out the room like other locations. I would definitely drive 30 mins for this type of customer service again!! I recommend this place to anyone that likes good customer service and a clean kept office. Keep up the good work Lab Corp!!

My appointment was at 745, i got there early and they took me and dismissed me really fast, staff was really friendly and the tech who withdraw my blood was so nice.

I went in expecting a bad time because of the reviews and I left completely underwhelmed. I guess I went in during a not busy time. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes.

I arrived very early, because I figured this place would be busy. It was. Check in was fast and simple though. My doctor had submitted my order, but unfortunately not all the tests I needed were ran. Sara, who helped me out the entire way, was very friendly and positive. But unfortunately i didnt get all the tests I needed. Hopefully this isnt an issue for other patients.

On Google this place has operating hours of 7am to 3pm. I took time off work to do my test this morning, arrive at 6:45am only to find, the hours of operation on their door is 9am to 12pm Tuesday thru Friday! I wasnt the only one there. Judging from the other gentleman that walked up, he was double checking the paper work he was given that also had conflict hours on it. To be clear, even THEIR WEBSITE says they open at 7am! Get it together!

Has tons of parking compared to the one on Thomas Road. If you have an appointment you will be prioritized. Very quick and painless. I highly recommend getting an appointment on their website. So many people were lined up in front of me just waiting for their turns when you can set a time to arrive and get done without any waiting.

I took my daughter in yesterday for preoperative blood work. The receptionist Allison was fantastic! She took us back to do the urinalysis and a few minutes later we were getting the blood draw by Rori who was fast and professional. She also took into account my childs anxiety and got her to relax, she got the needle in before we knew it. These two ladies had us in and out in less than 15 minutes all while smiling and happy. Im thankful they made a stressful procedure so easy for us! I highly recommend!

Do your self a favor and schedule an appointment. You can walk in but the wait time is longer. They also have an app. Pretty straight forward for employee drug test. You can check in on your phone or at the kiosk. The entrance is on the other side of the building. They have two different labs. For drug testing just follow the signs

Fantastic experience! After reading the reviews others had posted I was weary to use this location. BUT....there was ample signage on how to get through the parking lot to the office, and very attentive and professional staff members working inside. Everything was exceptional! I had an appointment, showed up on time and they were ready for me. There is no way I could have had a better, or easier experience!

I’ve came here many times to get my blood drawn in the last two years. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the phlebotomists caring.

I made an appointment here for routine lab work. Later when I searched for my appointment it gave an edit stating something similar to this lab work is not available at this location. I left 3 messages. I never received a return phone call. I then made an appointment at the 91st ave location. I have a question about the check-in procedure. Just called - left a message. I guess they dont answer the phone at any of their locations. What a terrible way to run a business. No customer service whatsoever. We will see if I receive a return call from the 91st ave. office. I have used Sonora Quest in the past. They are excellent. If you have a choice, go there. Unfortunately, due to the particular Dr. I do not have a choice.

If you have the option to choose a different company for your analysis, do it. This place is unorganized and there is no clear signs for the drug screening and blood work waiting offices. They told me in the appointment email to check in at the kiosk, I did and then they went off the paper sign sheet. Had a scheduled appointment for 1215 and still here waiting at 1pm. Avoid this place.

Edit: I have made three phone calls and attempted to contact corporate customer service regarding this. NO ONE has returned my call. Avoid lapcorp if possible!!!The labcorp website will allow you to make a Saturday appointment until 3 PM. This site closes at 12 on Saturdays but they have not communicated that to the website or something because when I arrived for my appointment yesterday I waited with two other people in our cars for contactless check-in before realizing after 25 minutes that this location was closed. They had all of their signs in the parking lot which made it look open. Be careful about scheduling.

I came here for an employment drug test and I guess I was just lucky to not have a bad experience compared to the others. I came an hour before their lunch and thought it was going to take a while but they took me in around 10 mins after arriving. I had to down one star because I knew who the people were talking about on the reviews and saw how rude she was to the person in front of me. But honestly, it’s best if people just learn to ignore even if it means they’re rude. It makes the process faster rather than just arguing with them.

I went in for new employment drug screening. I arrived slightly before they opened and walked in the doors at 9am. I was finished in under fifteen minutes (got back in my car at 9:12)Some people were arriving and having to wait. The lab is cold so bring something to keep warm if the cold may bother you while you wait.Professional, efficient, and streamlined. I had a great experience.

They lost my drug test and it was such a headache to go thru with my pain management clinic. labcorp is the worst, the entire staff is ghetto and unprofessional

The front office lady (dark brown/black hair, dark glasses wearing a bandana as a face covering) on 9/22/20 at 9:20am was extremly rude; barking orders at all the incoming patients before even asking if they had appointments. She tried to blame her attitude on everyone else. She speaks to everyone like they are stupid. I understand stress, as I worked front office in a medical clinic, so I also know how NOT to treat people. We definitely will not return to this site.

I havent had one issue yet Ive been going since November 2020. Fast, respectful and accommodating.

My mom was just at this location this morning. Sarah helped her check in and also drew her blood. Sarah was very nice and did a great job drawing my moms blood. It did not hurt at all, and the whole process was easy and fast. My mom was very impressed with Sarahs service. Thank you so much Sarah!

Very bad facility. Front desk refused to speak to us and then after waiting an hour to talk to them they said they dont take our insurance. Could have figured that out if they would have given us just 10 seconds of time.

I have had two experiences with labcorp:1. Came in for drug test, I am a teacher of 10 years and have never done drugs. - Girl sniffed my urine and said it didnt smell right...failed me. I had to have my employer test a different lab instead...what do you know 24 hours later I still have no THC in my urine.2. Called to make sure they will do the labs my Dr. requested because it says to do so. 1ST CALL: WE NEED A NUMBER TO TELL YOU THAT. 2nd call: NO, WE DONT DO THAT. BYE.How is this place still in business aside from pure necessity? I refuse to use LabCorp ever again.

I called ahead with a doctors orders labeled urgent, wanting to confirm if LabCorp took my insurance. The attitude of the people on the phone was just come in and we will figure things out. So I go in as a walk in, and the front desk worker does not acknowledge me for a few minutes and then just state check in on the kiosk. So I check in and wait 20 minutes to be called up just for them to tell me that they dont actually take my insurance..... Awesome waste of time.

I had the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at any lab. I took my daughter for a pre-employment drug screening. When we walked in we were not greeted or acknowledged. We signed in and we were waiting for our turn to get in. Finally she approached the window; She asked who is taking the drug test I said my daughter, She is 16 years old. Then she said they don’t do drug tests for minors at their establishment. I told her yes you do because it’s first advantage. I’m a hiring manager and we send new team members to take drug tests and we’ve never had any problems. Before I finished speaking she interrupted me and told me to leave. So, then after getting kicked out the establishment I proceeded to call the customer service line and the woman I spoke to over the phone told me that they should take my daughter and that no such rule exists. The woman on the help line said she’ll call the drug screening place which then she told us that no one picked up the phone calls. Then I told her that I can take the phone to the girl that was working so she can speak to her which then I did. The woman over the phone asked the drug screening girl why she didn’t answer the phone after seven calls and the girl proceeded to give attitude and say that they don’t have phones at their establishment and then the customer service woman said what about fax and the girl said they don’t have fax either... after that I was already upset because she seemed to have lied and kicked us out for her own personal reasons which was wrong but instead of apologizing she continued to say I refuse service and kept repeating “get out”. The way my daughter and I were treated that day was uncalled for nor was appropriate the drug screening girl should have realized her wrong and apologized but she kept her pride rather than accepting her mistake and told us to get out multiple times and was very rude and disturbing. Before leaving the establishment I asked the drug screening worker her name and she said it was Mackenzie... so I would like to emphasize that I will not want anyone to go through what I went through which further causes my hesitation to sending my employees there because the experience was truly horrific. By this experience I went through I will not be sending any employees of the company there any further until the customer service has improved. If I could I would give a zero rating for Mackenzie’s HORRIBLE service!

I went here for a pre-employment drug test. I have been to many different places throughout the course of my working career, and this is the only place that hasnt pre-judged. Every other place they treat you like you are a druggy and are going to come up dirty. LabCorp was very welcoming and friendly, and there was no pre-judgement. I highly recommend.

Horrible, second time there n both times were very rough n constantly move the needle!! I had a bump after she took the blood out n so bruised.

Was able to make an appointment online and was seen quickly and without fuss. They are very busy with walk-ins so I recommend an appointment heavily. Everyone was very professional and kind.

This is the 4th time I have come here WITH AN APPOINTMENT. After waiting 20 minutes just to give my paperwork I had them take my name off their list. Why do you make people wait an HOUR to get their blood done. Maybe you should better staff your offices for what you charge for bloodwork. Im more than sure you can afford it

Terrible place the lady at the front was rude makes you wait outside because there are only four chairs. It was cold and raining they had five people waiting outside this place is horribly managed! People made appointments at 12pm 1215, 1230,1245. Everyone went to lunch at LabCorp. So for the people people that made the 40min drive over to be here at 12pm. Had to wait until they got back. They didnt open until after 1pm . They was late. No schedule blocking for the time frames they went to lunch so people dont get scheduled. And no notification on either door saying that either. It was 109 today outside for the people that got a ride through medical transport. Not happy with LabCorp

This place is not so bad idk why the reviews are so horrible. Obviously it’s gonna take some time if there are like 50 people there. I went for a drug screen on a Friday afternoon, took less than an hour. The staff was cool I wouldn’t say there were rude. It’s a small place so limited seating but plenty of space to stand outside in the shade. Just put some time aside if you come here and u will be fine.

Receptionist with short dark hair is incredibly rude. Raised her voice at me because I didnt know that I needed to use a kiosk to sign in. (Sorry! It was my first visit there.) Receptionist appeared to be annoyed with every customer only with different degrees of annoyance. The phlebotomist waa professional and friendly. Young, blonde woman. Next time labs are needed, Ill try another location. I dare not upset Queen of the front desk again

Went to have labs done 12:45 people lined up outside in the heat waiting at least 15. They are only allowing 10 at a time. I was not about to wait in the heat especially when there were so many ahead and from the bad reviews left as I knew this was going to take a while. Called when I got home to see if there was a better time to come or make a appt. Left info as the answering service requested told I would get a call back well its now 5:30 and I never heard anything. Shame on your facility not just having people wait ib the heat. But to say via phone to leave a message to make a appointment but to not acknowledge that I called is not acceptable. I need these labs for surgery and cannot wait for incompitent receptionists followup with messages is not acceptable. Shame on you to treat patients in such a manner. I am a RN and if treated people in this manner there would be reprimands. Which with this virus get these people serviced and out as quickly as possible. Or hire lab techs that can do a draw guickly and efficiently.

I guarantee everyone complaining about the wait time did not make an appointment and walked in expecting immediate service from a lab medical facility expecting ER treatment. This place is busy, very busy. The only reason I took off 1 star was because I did wait 45 minutes for my tests even after I made an appointment. However, they are constantly swamped with people who dont make appointments and are very rude to the counter when theyre told they have to wait an hour when 20 people are there before them. They clean and sanitize everything between patients which is why it takes so long when so many people just walk in. The front counter women were very nice and helpful. The woman who took my blood was AMAZING! I barely felt the needle and was in and out in less than five minutes once I was called back. She was super sweet and had a great sense of humor! I wish I could remember her name because Id love to give her a shout out! Make an appointment like a civilized human or be prepared to wait when you walk in like an idiot who doesnt understand what an appointment is.

Professional, courteous, and kind.We arrived 30 mintues early for our appointment, and they took my son back almost immediately.Making sure to stay kind and relaxed, they put my toddler at ease while being as quick and painless as possible. I have been to many lab places, and this experience was top notch.

Always do a good job. My only complaint is when hours change I don’t know in advance it’s not always posted on internet of the change. Can’t wait for them to be in a Walgreens by me!

I doubted the other low reviews and shouldnt have.After visiting 3 other Lab Corp locations, only to find they were closed during posted business hours with no explanation (and no one answers phones at any location) I ended up here. Just doing a specimen drop off. Still had to wait 45 minutes in line just to place my specimen (taken at home) on a cart. Before doing so asked employee to help me double check that paperwork and labeling was correct since I couldnt risk it getting messed up. She refused, even with multiple requests, only telling me to just place it on the cart.Sure enough, a label was missed and THEY THREW OUT MY SPECIMEN. Even though they had all the information to call my urgent care so they could tell me they threw it out.Now I have no idea if I picked up an infectious disease overseas and have to treat in the blind with medication I may not need to be taking. What it took to get the sample is a story not safe for a google posting. Several hours of my life wasted...

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! NEARLY 3 HOUR WAIT TIMES! THE MVD IS FASTER THAN HERE!If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I was there at 9:30 this morning & the male up front was very cold & had an “I don’t care attitude” when I asked him for help. In the span of 2 hours, 6 people were called to the back. He would sit at the desk, call names, then highlight things, and then continue to sit. He had that “I don’t care” attitude the entire timeWhen another worker came up to help, I asked her what would happen if I wasn’t seen in the 3 hour window. She rudely said that I would have to come back another day & start all over. When I asked her how many more people were in front of me, she was quick to respond, but added that if someone with an appointment came, they would be go firstI waited nearly 3 hours. People with appointments still waited 30 minutes. Look, I get it, you don’t like your job or you were called in last minute, but don’t have a nasty attitude about it

Had a 1:15 p.m. appointment and it’s 2 p.m. now and I’m still waiting. This is my first time using Lab Corp and it’s extremely disappointing.It looks like most reviews are only 1 star so why hasn’t anything changed or improved??This location had 30 people waiting and only one man working from what I can see. The one positive thing is the man working was kind and respectful.Will not be using Lab Corp ever again.

Since my last time I was here the staff has two people working the front desk and drug screening instead of just 1 that did both(check in and collecting the donation).Improvement, the website does not show the hours for drug testing it just says to call to check in times. So you call and it says ( via recording ) they open at 10 am. You get there at 9:50 am and the waiting room is full and there are about 3-5 outside waiting to be called (you ask when opened and they state they opened at 9 am)Seems there is a disconnect with the website/phone recording.The two working the desk, worked very well together.Once everyone was checked in and the testing began it moved rather quickly. From the moment I checked in to the time I was done( waiting to be called and donated and was able to leave) was 28 minutes.REMINDERWhen you arrive please have patience. It will make the waiting period more bearable for you and them.

This location is super busy, but the pretty lady at the front desk with short curly hair, despite being consumed with people, was still so happy and pleasant with everyone. I read some of these comments and its sad that people don’t spread positivity! Everyone working there, is doing the best they can. Kudos to hard work, and thank you for helping me. In these difficult times, so many people are being rude and so impatient with workers whom put their life on the line everyday! The selfishness of the world is insane.

Went on for some pretty routine blood work. Checked on at an electronic kiosk. As I waited to have someone look at paper work which took over 45 min I witnessed people who had been waiting for an hour reach the counter only to be told they were at the wrong lab. The 2 techs in the front were very unprofessional and were cursing while conversing at the front desk. Then when I finally got called up they processed my paper work and had me sit for another prolonged waiting time. Once I was called back the lab tech told me she had never seen an order like mine before..... that was very reassuring. Than after she consulted with another tech she started that we could only have our test done Mon-Thursday. There is always a wait at this location, it is poorly organized, and clearly employees are not well trained. Aside from that I did feel bad for the employees as it was very clear that most of the problem stems from the being understaffed. I would venture to say that this location likely has a high turnover. Employees are overworked and over stressed. Not making excuses for the lack of knowledge and professionalism. We will not be going back. I will drive an hour in traffic just to avoid this location from here on out. At least in my car there is a place to sit and good music.

I dont normally leave a review unless my experience went exceptionally well or bad. I would put 0 stars on here if I could. Worst experience ever. Packed waiting room and I waited for almost 2 hours. The waiting I could handle because I am very patient. I was there for a pre employment drug screening and everyone was being treated so rudely by the one and only staff member there. He clearly hates his job and expressed it by treating everyone like children. Just condescending, making snide comments and overall should not be in customer service. Never seen anything like it before. The place was dirty and unorganized. Go anywhere but here. LabCorp really needs to look into this location and make some serious changes.

I had to get a drug screen for a new job. I went online and set up an appointment the night before. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment time, did the express check-in, and was in and out in 12 minutes. (This was on a Thursday morning in the middle of the month.) So relieved to see it went this smoothly after reading all the negative reviews.

I had an appointment at 11:30 am and when I arrived at about 11:20, I was told there was a minimum of an hour wait. At 12:00, there was suddenly no one working at the desk. There are no lunch hours posted. I do not have the words to express how rude these two women were to every single person they came in contact with. The entire 40 minutes that I was there, they called about 4 people back. I could not take it anymore and left but I am lucky, I have other options. There were plenty of other people there who do not have other options.

What good is an appointment if LabCorp isnt properly staffed and dont overbook? Another horrible corporation and this is the only way they can make money. The appointments are attempt to mask the disaster that is LabCorp

I made an appointment came in to have my urine sample and blood drawn for my new travel nursing job. It was flawless I was out in 27 minute for both procedures. I believe the kids to make an appointment very kind people I had no problems

The first time I can there was 50 people waiting outside for drug screening. I left came back on Saturday best choice ever. Saturday is so dead for drug screening and staff is nicer.

Hard to find the place. But wow.The gentlemen that helped us was amazing.We had an immunology test done on our 4 year old. And not only was he sweet. He did such a great job my daughter didnt even shed a tear. 6 vials of blood later.....Thank you

Was just here this morning and all these negative reviews are wrong. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I made my appointment (which I recommend) and was right in. No wait at all. Will continue to go here when needed.

Walked in and the lobby was full so I left and made an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time and waited for 75 minutes past my appointment time before being helped. They said they were short handed once I expressed my frustration but did nothing to communicate that to the more than 30 people in the lobby and the line forming out the door. General customer service would go a long way here, clearly no leadership from the management team. I would steer clear of this location if you have the choice.

I went to this location for an employment background check and they have express kiosk in the waiting room I filled out all of my information and waited for 45 minutes. I started to notice that other people who came in after me were being taken care of. So I went to ask one of the technicians what’s going on why I haven’t been called since I’ve used the kiosk. On the kiosk it says take a seat well call you when we’re ready. Apparently that’s inaccurate. I asked the technician maybe you should put a sign somewhere stating that we’re not checked in. She says we’re not allowed to. I told her do you not see how there’s a miscommunication here? She says fill your name out we’ll be right with you. Not only is this a ridiculously long time to wait to do a urinalysis but there’s no good customer service. There is no good communication. I will never come back here again. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to complete tests that I need.

I went in on a Friday around 11:45 to do a drug screening for my new job and we were sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Now people were being processed in and out, but geez was it a slow process. The front desk gal was nice and friendly. The gal in the back was abrupt, but not really rude. Just plan on waiting a long time

Terrible from A to Z ... waiting is so long even with appointments your still up for some wait. The front desk people are not friendly and will not look you in the eyes, to avoid any positive communication. My blood order was a timely manner, so I couldnt do it after 11 am, but every time I asked the front people they said there are two people ahead of you. Finally, after an hour of wait they called my name. I got inside and that young lady didnt seem that she knew what she were doing. She couldnt spot the vein still poked me in the left arm, no blood is coming out so she started digging and moving the needle around under my skin to source blood! Seriously poor training! HELLO I have another arm ... after one tube, blood stopped coming out, then she poked my right arm ... genius! Then I asked why this place is run so badly? She said that they are always under staffed and the company does nothing about it so they work under pressure. Left the place with two poked arms, but one thing for sure I will not come back to this nightmare.

In and out in 10 mins. It was very slow but the process was efficient. Front desk lady with heart gauges was super sweet!

Rarely have I been treated quite so rudely or inefficiently. I made an appointment for 9:30 a.m., arrived at 9:15 a.m., signed into kiosk type check in. After I did, I approached the desk to say that I needed to have my Dr. fax in another order. I was given the pertinent information, told to call my Dr. & have them fax it over. When I tried to finish what I was saying, I was interrupted and asked to sit. (Only one on desk was rude) What I was trying to explain was that I had 3 orders from 3 different Drs. I waited for 45 minutes, approached the desk, was told they were waiting for the FAX. I called the Drs. office who told me they faxed it over right after I called, (9:25). They had confirmation. I then approached the desk again, and the rude one held up the FAX & said she had it, please take your seat.At 10:10 a.m. I was called back to have the blood work drawn. Only the technician (phlebotomist) knew nothing about the other 2 orders. He then did the input, drew the blood. I left at 10:53 a.m. He was professional, no problems with his service.The woman at the desk was curt, disrespectful, rude and caused inconvenience. She was trim, short, dark haired, tattooed. Did not get her name, but if she likes her job, she should actually try to be respectful and courteous. 1-16-20

Before I slam this place I must say the girl at the front desk was very nice and did help me out. That said, this place is not efficient at all. I needed an inr test for a procedure and waited nearly two hours to have it done. Then it was not sent to the dr who ordered it as a stat order. Now the place is closed so I wasted my time and money here. If you have a few hours to burn and don’t care when you get the results this is the place to go. Inr test is very easy and quick but not here.

Very professional and the lab tech named Kenzie did a great job. !

If I Could give less than one star review I would. The staff were extremely rude. Took over two hours. No one was going in and out of the bathrooms. They have three bathrooms in here nobody was using any of them. Apparently short staffed. Complete nightmare.

Seriously the absolute WORST experience Ive ever had at any lab. I took my son for pre-employment drug screening. We had been waiting over an hour when their check in system went down. They finally figured out how to move forward...calling back people who had arrived, and checked in after us. Unbelievably horrible service! I will NEVER use this lab for anything, EVER

I took my two daughters in today for normal blood work routine. Im that mom who checks reviews on places before taking their child. I must say I was very skeptical about the place because of all the reviews I was reading. Either way I had no choice but to come in and get their blood work done. To my surprise, they were AMAZING! Front desk was so sweet and got us checked in ASAP. We had an appointment and waited for no more than 10-15 minutes to be called back. The two nurses who assisted us in the back room were so nice and helped my girls feel comfortable. I loved our experience, it was easy, fast and great service.

It’s hard to know who to keep accountable. There is one person working. That includes inputting work orders and collecting urine for drug tests. 3 hours is the average wait time. My employer did not set an appointment for me just a date. This is the usual according to the employee. This can not be acceptable LabCorps. I will not be using this lab and will push my employer to not use them either.

HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! The check in is quick and convenient once you get in to have blood work done its quick and the technician is very Professional polite and friendly. I had a 7:45am appointment and I was out by 8:05amI gave it 3 stars only because the waiting room is horrible its completely packed from people who come in without appointments but the problem is theres not enough seats and the way the seats are arranged everybodys in a big circle rather than having rows of seating.Also theres no air in the room if anybody hasnt taken a shower forget about it!!! I had the stand at the door and gladly opened and closed the door for anybody coming and going just so I could get fresh air!!

Absolute garbage. Wait times are outrages. There are people sitting in dirt outside waiting. People standing everywhere. At least get us some chairs! So un organized.

Front staff at this location are cold and unwelcoming. They have frowns on their face and they are not welcoming in their tone.Two ladies who were calling people back were very welcoming in their approach. They were smiling and their approach was welcoming.Wait time for blood work was about an hour and I was a walk-in.They have the Express Lab Corp check-in machines and I noticed many older people getting flustered with not knowing how to work the machine.

Away been long and slow, overwhelming amount of people, sitting, standing, room got warm, literally became ill waited so long. I had to leave. Was fasting, no caffeine, I had been there 1.5 hours and people had been waiting 2 hours and still waiting. Need more seating as familys come in and take seats of patients. Never really had a good experience there. Went to Dr office but lab tech called in, lab Corp did not replace them so thought I would go to the actual lab Corp. Ended up sick, missed work. Staff seemed overwhelmed to. Management really need to figure out something better and more efficient, maybe pay the phlebotomists more money for a start. 🤔

I cant do 0 stars or I would. This location is by far the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life. Im a nurse and i understand that people get busy and can have many things to do at one time, the front desk lady with short hair and tattoos was the rudest person Ive ever talked to. She accidentaly told me the wrong information which is fine, it happens but when confronted she denied it. She also made a comment aloud asking someone else to do her job because she keeps getting distracted as I was standing at the desk to ask a simple question that would take 5 seconds of her time. Now I have to come back for a 3rd time after working a 12 hour night shift to do a simple pre-employment drug screen which has a 48 hour window. So disappointed and frustrated.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1! Hours are 9-4 they get a lunch. 2nd in line and the first person still hasn’t even been seen! It’s 9:20! 30+ people. Can hear the nurses laughing in the back! Worst experience ever!

I went in for fingerprints and I had an appointment. I waited over an hour before any employee spoke to me. When I finally was directed on where to go, the employee was extremely disrespectful and not helpful. The employee thought I was there for a drug screen and told me I had done something wrong and rudely sent me back over to the front office. Then I waited an extra thirty minutes to get my fingerprints done.Worth the drive to go to another lab to experience helpful employees and actually get seen during your appointment time.

Wait times get longer and longer every time I come by for simple, routine blood tests, because the office is ridiculously small and understaffed for the amount of people they serve on the daily.Right at this moment, as I wait to be called in for my lab work, there are literally a dozen and a half people standing around in the middle of the incredibly tiny lobby, while a dozen and a half more sit in the only available chairs along the walls. Its completely unacceptable.
