Went in for a routine lab test. signed in and waited 30 minutes with no one else there. as people arrived and were given service I asked why the delay for me? the guy behind the window said they are appointment only. which is not what their website is saying or their practice in the past. So I left and tried to make an on line appointment the next date available on line is in the middle of September sometime. I need lab tests now not in a month. also their website is not operating properly. If my insurance would allow another choice I would not set foot in this place.

Prior to my visit I called to verify my lab orders had been faxed as my physicians office confirmed they had been. I left one message 11-16 as instructed by the automated message that said all customer services representatives busy and I would receive a callback. Today, 11-25 I left another message requesting a callback. I have found during past visits my orders, daughters orders and husbands orders all faxed by different providers can never be found. Thus, my call inquiring whether or not they had received the orders. I do not want to travel to my doctors office to pick up lab orders during Covid. Still waiting on a reply from LabCorp.

Was there for 7 min. Very efficient. Julie supported me with my paperwork and billing and Rozik helped with my lab work, seem less, did not feel anything.Very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this facility and their incredible staff

This is a fantastic location. I will go out of my way to go here. They are fast, efficient and their technicians are very competent. I have bad veins, and they are small, and when Rozik stuck me, she did it expertly and it was practically painless. And her bedside manner was impeccably wonderful. Thank you for making (what is usually an awful experience) a wonderful experience.

The woman working the front desk is incredibly rude. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and bluntly tells you to sign in at the machine. Only after that does she talk to you to collect payment and give you a hard time about why youre there. Not a good way to start the morning.

This is a GEM of a lab. I hate to leave a review LOL because they will get busy and this place wont be my secret lab anymore. All kidding aside, if you want a friendly lab staff (not so much the front desk lady) and folks who can draw blood in a HIGHLY efficient manner, then this place is it. And the lines are always reasonable. Hence, my only goto lab

They were nice and helpful except is not noted on website that tb testing can only be done after 2.
