Lovely salon with very nice people. This is the best sns nails I have found anywhere in the northeast. My daughter got gel manicure with art that was amazing. We also got fantastic shoulder massages while our nails soaked.

Was a very consistent and pleased customer, until today when I went in for my appointment and was refused service for an error on their behalf. Originally had an appointment time of 330p and this morning I called to move up the appointment time. The woman who answered the phone this morning double checked and confirmed that moving up was possible and the new appointment time was 215p. I go in at 215p and am told no one notifed the nail technician of the appointment change, and am asked to come back. Naturally I leave upset and disappointed, so I decide to call the salon. Woman answered the phone and proceeded to tell me because I left upset that they will no longer service me and are canceling my appointment.I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THE APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED IF I HAD NOT CALLED, after they told me to come back.Terrible customer service, they blame customers for their own mistakes and when customer gets upset, cancels their appointments without telling the customer. You would just come back with more time wasted to find out they will no longer see you.0/10 will never recommend to anyone, and will be sure to share my experience with everyone.IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE NO LONGER VISITING POSH NAIL LOUNGE, ANS MY NAIL BEDS ARE STILL COMPLETELY DESTROYED. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AS A WHOLE.

It was my first time getting gel and I am so happy with the result. With the specialty design. I got exactly what I wanted and they have lasted a long time - it is coming up on 3 weeks since I had them done and they still look perfect. Will be returning very soon!

Today I decided to try a place in Whitefish Bay called Posh Nail Lounge. I had a 12PM appointment and arrived on time, although after checking in I was left to sit there for almost 20 minutes before my appointment began. No apology, no “someone will be right with you“… Just sat there being passed by as other customers were being paid attention.When the woman who checked me in finally came over to begin my appointment, I asked how long the manicure would take. She said it would take about 40 minutes. I asked if we could begin soon because I had somewhere I needed to be and my appointment time was 20 minutes ago. She very briskly said “I can’t guarantee, you can stay or you can go.” I was caught super off guard because I had asked very nicely. I said “Well I’d like to stay, I’m just hoping we can begin soon.” Still caught off guard by the rudeness, especially because she had begun my appointment so late.She gave me a bowl of water to soak my nails and came back close to another 10 minutes later. If you’re not someone who gets your nails done, that’s a pretty long time to soak if you’re not removing polish (I had no polish on my nails when I arrived). She came back and started to clip my cuticles. I asked if she could just push them back instead of clip them and she became visibly annoyed and stopped clipping without a word. Why?? I was kind, and they’re MY fingers!! I don’t want my cuticles cut, what’s the problem?? Then she pulled out the nail drill. I was really surprised because I have natural nails and they had no polish on them, and I had never gotten a dip manicure done before. I asked her if it was typical to use the drill on bare nails and she said “yes for dip polish”. I said “Oh I’m sorry I’ve never had dip done before, and my nails are pretty thin so I don’t think the drill is good for them. Could I just have regular no chip polish instead?”She stood up from her chair and said “You don’t like my service, I refuse you business.” I was absolutely stunned, almost speechless. I thought maybe there was some sort of a language barrier and that there had been a miscommunication (it was the only thing that made sense to me), so I very calmly and kindly tried again… “No no no, there’s nothing wrong with your service I just think the drill would harm my nails, could I just have regular no chip nail polish please?”She repeated “ I can refuse your business, I refuse your business. No you can go.”I was still stunned and trying to smooth out what I was convinced was a miscommunication-“Miss, no, I think there’s a miscommunication… there is no problem with your service. I just want to change the kind of nail polish before we start.” She said “I hear what you say and this how I do my service… you no like it you can go I refuse your business.”I said “You’re refusing my business because I asked for a different kind of nail polish???”She said “Yes, you go now.”Even as I’m typing this I’m absolutely mortified. My hands are shaking. I looked around the room speechless, searching for someone who had overheard and was experiencing what I was experiencing. I locked eyes with a woman I had been chatting with earlier while I was waiting and I said “Am I hallucinating or is this really happening????” She shook her head and said “That was uncalled for!”I wanted to verbally rake her across the coals. I wanted to yell at her that she had absolutely no place in business. But I knew if I did that, even though I had every right, it would look like causing a scene and then I would look like the crazy one. So instead I looked her in the eye and very calmly said “I hope the way you treat people, and your business practice improve because this is absurd!” And I left.Do with this information what you will, but I hope it means you will never give this place your business.

They just wasted 45 minutes of my time after telling me it would be a 10 minute wait. Disorganized

Positive: My pedicure was done by the lady in the first station near the register today. During my pedicure she was nice & really took her time and did a good job!Negative: I was told my manicure would be 1/2 off b/c they couldn’t get me in yesterday. Then I added a regular basic pedi. I had just had a deluxe pedi 2 weeks ago so I know the difference in the service. My total should have been $45. Instead I was still charged $55. Don’t say one thing and do another. Just based on that I probably won’t be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get a new set of dip powder nails. The man who did my nails cut my cuticles with his machine. The dip had clumps when it dried on my nails. He buffed the powder down too low so there was barely any dip left on my nail. Then he put a layer of gel top coat on. Within 2 days my nails were cracked. When I called to come back in to get it fixed the person on the line said it would be no problem. When I get there no one has any clue about why I was there. Then the same man comes to fix the problem, he had an attitude and was rude. So I left not wanting him to do another horrible job or cut any more of my cuticles. I called back to see when the owner would be back, no one seemed to know the owners schedule.This shop should NOT do dip powder nails as their product and/or training is beyond poor.

I was pleased with the service and the workmanship but for me theyre a tad bit pricey ($10 more than I usually pay) so Ill be sure to keep that in mind on my next visit if I dont find somewhere else with better prices along with decent service.

I would NEVER return I would think that the high prices they charge they would use better product my nails chipped the next day I went in to see if they can fix my nail and she charged me $10 to fix my nails I didn’t want to no get upset so I paid but now it’s three days later and all my gel nails chipped and I refused to keep given my $$ for cheap product

I really like this salon. Helen is a great manager and keeps things organized, clean and running smoothly. The folks who work here have been at the salon for years--not a lot of change or turnover--so you can always come back to see your favorite manicurists. The pedicures are luxurious and relaxing. My manicures last for weeks. Mondays and Tuesdays are always 15% off.

I recently moved to Glendale and I take my nails very serious so I was very anxious to find a great nail salon that was priced well. After reading really good reviews I decided to give Posh Nail Lounge a try and I am so happy I did. I have gotten 4 gel fills by Karen and she never disappoints. Shes fast and efficient but does a great job and my nails always look perfect. So happy I found a new nail home!

I suggest scheduling an appointment to ensure a time slot for yourself even though they do accept walk ins. I have seen them cater to parties as well.

My daughter and I were 9 min late forour 7pm apt. I am sorry for that but the tech chastised me as soon as we came in the door. I am sorry for running late but I had to make some unexpected arrangements that caused us to be 9min behind. I am still an adult and could feel the negative energy in her demeanor and tone. I really liked this place but as someone who serves people in healthcare all week, I was really offended an disappointed. Not going back and I wouldnt recommend it, if the staff cant treat respectful paying clients with respect. Was really looking forward to this.

I have been going to Posh Nail Lounge for about 2 years and the customer service there is outstanding. There is never a long wait, the staff are very accommodating and friendly, and there are so many different colors to choose from including gel and S&S. All of the staff are very good at doing nails but Karen is my favorite. I have been going to her consistently for the last two years and she does not disappoint at all with both gel and S&S. I highly recommend this nail shop!

I love Posh! I see Hannah for my shellac manicures and she always does an amazing job. I can usually go atleast 3 weeks with no chipping! Ive never had my shellac that long anywhere else. She is very meticulous and my nails always look great. I highly recommend her.

First time, not sure if Ill try again. Was referred by a friend. Looked up salon online to view website, prices on website arent current, first gripe. Second gripe not completely satisfied with my pedicure.The staff was pretty nice and the atmosphere is great,but it just doesnt match my service experience. I feel like I had to ask too many questions and ask for too many corrections.

I received a gift certificate from my mom for Posh for Christmas. I went online to check reviews and almost didnt go due to several really bad reviews. I decided to just give it a try and glad i did. Ive gone twice now and both experiences were great. The employees including the manager were all wonderful. We were greeted in a friendly manner and seated promptly and offered drinks. Our nails look great. The manager was the and she was pleasant as well (i saw other reviews complaining about her). Overall a great experience.

In reading these bad reviews, its hard to imagine its the same place. The staff and manager are always very nice, Ive always been happy with the service, and my nails look good. Should have read the other reviews before going to this salon but, they affirmed my experience. Tried this salon for the first time recently . The prices for services are a bargain. The pedicure was okay, just okay but the manicure not so much. The process for the basic manicure was unconventional to say the least and it didnt fit its description and its end results were sloppy and cakey--didnt look professional at all! (I should have waited for after the manicure to tip for the services but I am glad that I didnt let them talk me into the shellac polish). Oh well, you get what you pay for and in the future this salon would not be my first choice (or even my second...)

Great place! I usually visit another nail salon but I came across them on my way home and Im grateful I stopped by. They offer complementary drinks, such as water, juice. Their sitting chairs are closed together but they all work(massage wise) just press the button and wow! lol besides that the technicians are very kind they handle customer complains in a very professional manner. I love coming here! Not only is it close to my home but every time I go, my nails turn out great! I usually go to but all the nail techs are very thorough and follow the same steps to a clean environment. Tools are always fresh out of the package, they wear gloves for pedis, clean the bowls each time, etc. They are such warm, kind people too, the owner always greets you with a smile and remembers you. They have the largest selection of colors both regular and no chip that Ive ever seen! By far the best nail shop around and for for a pedi (long and many steps too)*Best time to go is lunch time during the week. Less wait time.

Good service and attention to details

I had a pedicure done by them and when I returned 2 weeks later to have service done I was charged additional money for them to remove the gel they applied and was informed by one of the staff members that it wasn’t their work. Clearly I was annoyed and requested a basic pedicure because staff are not on the same page and I was dissatisfied with them charging me something that they originally suggested placing on my toes.

There is a reason this nail salon is always packed. These women know what theyre doing. Good pedi but the piece de resistance are the manis. LOVE my gel manicure!! Bella gave me just what I wanted. I cant stop staring at my gorgeous nails!

This is not a selective nail shop to visit. Theyre truly clueless/careless about customers details of what we prefer done personally ! It was a horrible experience for me. I walked in with 6 of my original nails(which were very long) I walked out with 1 original (half the size ) what I came in with . Due to improperly understanding English three nail techs did what they wanted to too make sales for Posh NailsNails seem to be a wonderful establishment , after I stated that I would report them , they said if I did. ..They would not continue the services Im paying them for, then tacted on more charges because I didnt want to pay for what they wanted instead of what I wanted.

I’ve been there 3 times and always tip! But the last time I was there the lady that did my pedicure looked like a three year old did them. No offense to three olds! But after I paid and sat down to dry my toes ,after ten minutes the man said you can go!! I’m like to myself okay and stayed there until my nails dried. It was not busy nor was it close to closing(2pm) They difinetly have problems.

Horrible job not once but twice. Polish chipped off in 4 days. Went back and asked for a french manicure. She applied only white and when I attempted to redirect her on what I wanted all she kept saying was,dont worry. Worst nail salon Ive ever been too. Not at all professional job. I got a simple polish change on my hands and toes at Posh. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a spa/nail salon. Not only did it take 1.5 hours, but they job that they did on my nails was horrendous. I say they, because half way through trying to do my gel manicure, the man doing it, called over another woman (who had been looking over his shoulder), and asked her to finish. He just got up and left, with no explanation. The woman clearly was trying to fix what he had done wrong (it was truly way worse than if I would have tried to do it myself). She kept trying to fix it, but to no avail. When I complained to the manager/owner, (and I am not usually a complainer - it was just completely unacceptable), she told me to come back tomorrow. As a mother, with a busy schedule, this was not possible. She then told me to wait for 10 more minutes (until she was finished with her client) and then she would fix it again. Again, I had already spent 1.5 hours on a simple polish change, and had no more time to stay. The manager/owner still insisted that I pay full price for the manicure. She said it looked fine - even though she had voluntarily told me twice before that she needed to fix it (tomorrow or in 10 minutes). She was incredibly rude when I paid, and acted like the nail lounge had done nothing wrong. I was never given any explanation as to why the technician stopped half way through or why it took so long. Better business would have been to not make me pay for a terrible job (which she originally acknowledged); and yet, on top of giving me the worst manicure Ive ever had, I was made to pay full price. I have been to Posh in the past, but will NEVER again spend money here in the future. There are plenty of other good nail places within 1 mile of this place. Aside from the horrendous manicure that I received, the service was rude, unapologetic, and completely ungracious. I would highly recommend NOT going to Posh.

I was seating in the chair to get a pedicure and they gave me a young lady that did not know what she was doing it to her 3 hours to do my pedicure. The other ladies walked around and spoke in their language talking about me and the young lady. The young lady told me she felt uncomfortable because she don’t understand what they say, but she knew they talking about how slow she is. No one asked if she needed any help or asked if I was ok. And sadly to say I had to still pay full price for my pedi and eyebrows. Smh!

I will continue going to southridge #FOURSEASONS nick and reno are excellent. I just didnt feel like driving all the way ok out there this morning. NEXT TIME ILL JUST TAKE THAT DRIVEUPDATE . SO as im leaving she accidentally charges me 24.00 for a 30.00 pedi but I sign not worrying about but says oh you gotta put tip honey and im LIKE NO dont think so. I put the extra 6 as her tip since it was supposed to be 30 anyway and said good day! How you finiah my pedi before the people who were here before me tho???? Like 30 minutes before me. Rushed through it and didnt even eeally do anything to my feet !! NEVER AGAIN. WHEN I FIND OUT WHERE HELEN IS I WILL GO THERE BEFORE HERE AGAIN!

I feel like my time is valuable and when I pay for a service I expect it to be done correctly the first time .... So if you have time to spare, and your hard earned money to waste, NAIL SALON LOUNGE is the place for you !!!

Took my mother there for.a Mani/Pedi and the tech did a great job. The staff that seated us offered something to drink. As we waited my mom had water and my daughter and I had a soda each. Towards the end the manager can and scolded my daughter and I that yhe next time if we want soda we should ask. We explained that her staff offered the beverage and that she owed us an apology. She stated that she didnt owe us anything and that we shouldnt have had them. Her staff even stated that she did tell us and she still refused to apologize. She assumed that since we were brown people thatwe just go around taking stuff. When I mentioned that I would write this review her reply was I dont care its just fake news anyway. I like the work her nail tech did butthe owner is VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

Ive never had such a terrible experience.. it took all of 15 minutes.. my nails are crooked, my polish is awful..

What was supposed to be a treat, turned into an abhorrent experience. Complete lack of quality in their work. The nail technician rushed through the process and cut me twice. Trash Nail Lounge: Overpriced for abysmal results!

I walked in a signed up for a mani/pedi for myself and a mani for my three daughters. After I confirmed it was ok with an Asian woman in the first chair, I signaled my 3 daughters to get out the car. As they were getting out the white nail tech lady (who had no idea what was going on) made a very smirk looking face to another male nail tech as she saw these three brown kids walking in and when she caught a glimpse of my face she immediately straightened hers. Smh long story short, my baby girls got their nails done but I did not. I felt so judged and was so pissed. I politely told her to have a good day, Im sure she thought cause we were black that we were gonna be loud and ghetto which we definitely were not!
