I came in with a reference photo for the exact shape and design I was looking for. Though the woman was very nice, she assured me that she could achieve the exact look, but did a completely different shape than I asked for. I let her know that my nails looked outgrown, and that they were too pointy for my liking, but she was very dismissive and ignored my requests. The nails ended up looking outgrown, chunky, and wayyyy too pointy. My cuticles also look very rough. When I found out this manicure was $72 I was appalled.

Ive been a customer of Buff & Tweeze for over 10 years and Im happy to say my brows heavily rely on Fida! Im eager for my next appointment with her as she always leaves my brows looking fierce and flawless. Sometimes she even pencils them in when she has the time, and boy do they look good! Ive never had a bad experience here. Place is super cute and even has a self-serve coffee space. 5+ and highly recommend!

Just got a full set with Susanna! She is very detail-oriented and gave me exactly what I imagined! Starting in September she will be working Sundays! Definitely recommend her for acrylics!

I have been going to Buff and Tweeze for many years and this is the only nail salon I trust for my manicure and pedicure needs. The staff is always very nice and accommodating, I have never had a bad experience here, it has always been a pleasant and relaxing one. Ive said it before and Ill say it again, I wont go anywhere else.

I used to go here quite often when it first opened, but the service has gone way down hill. A day or two after gel manicures, I will have at least two full nails lifting and pulling off. This absolutely shouldnt happen, since gel polish should last at least two weeks. Since its within their three-day fixing policy, Ill go back and have those nails re-done, much to the annoyance of the tech. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

If theres a negative star 5, I would give that!!!! They have a horrible communication problem with the taking/reservation (Jennifer) and the actual worker. I repeated 5 times to the worker that I wanted long nails and she just kept saying ok. I even demonstrated the length I wish to have. It was for my Christmas party and my fingers are short so, I wanted a long nails to make it look long so that I can put on a ring. I even shared that with the worker while she was doing my nails. After she completed, she said all done. I was in shock! What? I still had 10 short nails and short fingers!!!! Then the whole miscommunication drama kept going back and forth with Jennifer and the worker. The worker seems like she does not fully understand English. They wanted to give me a 20% discount and wanted me to pay. It was not about the money at that time. I insisted on rescheduling and get it right before I pay them. The bottom line, they do not want to do it right! The refused to reschedule it. They said it was a business thing. Well>> HELP AND MAKE YOUR CLIENTS HAPPY!! Satisfactory.. dont make it just for money sake!! I was going to use my gift certificate of $28 and now, got the service without how I wanted to get done! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

When I moved into the area, I was excited I found a local place. I asked for Jade, and every time I have an appointment, she makes me wait for 45 minutes. The last time I expressed how I felt, she continued to speak out loud in her own language which I feel is very unprofessional. She is always in a hurry, to do another job that pays her more, she does not even take the time to massage your hands and feet like most salons do. Every time she comes up with new charges, she charged me $6.00 to remove my gel, the same gel she put on 2 weeks ago. She pulled the same thing with the dipping, she charged $5.00 to remove the dipping she did on my nails. This is the second worse experience I had with her. After waiting 45 minutes for an appointment I made two weeks ahead of time she rushes and does not take the time to do her job properly. I took my mother in one time, she cut her cuticles so badly her hands were hurting for one week straight. She did the same thing to my mother, we waited 35 minutes when we had an appointment, she rushed with my mother nails, my mother said she would never go back again. To the owner, you need to be at your salon to supervise what is happening. When customers make an appointment, they should be seated at that time not 45 minutes later. Her attitude is not a pleasant one either.

Do not go here! I got dip mani that looks like I squished lumpy Starburst on my nails. One is much lighter than the others. I got it because they said no UV required and then proceeded to do it. They hurt me too. And I was charged $40 for the pleasure! They shouldn’t have charged me a dime. They gave me $20 credit but would you pay $20 for 90 minutes of pain only to have to soak it off the second you get home? I will never go back BECAUSE they still charged me. If they had comped it I would have just avoided that service and that technician. But I am done with this amateur salon.

Lisa is very skillful and relaxes me w/ a massage after my mani/pedi. The music is nice, the TVs have subtitles, and the place is well ventilated & fresh. I leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

Great place! Make sure you have an appointment they get you in and out on time but its easy to make them even just a few moments before.

They do a good job. This is definitely my go to for my eyebrows. Also great for womens christmas shopping!

My first experience here was great but the 2nd time in....I had an appointment and when I arrived there was no one there to do gel nails because she didnt come in...a phone call would have been nice.....I wont be going back....

If I could give no star, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with waxing was horrible, adding to the previous horrible manicure, another reason to not come back. Basically, my bikini line looks worse than if I were to have just shaved and have ingrown hairs. Not gentle at all and it felt like my skin was torn off. So now it looks awful on my vacation. Never again

The owners are very nice and the service is always great there. I have seen a lot of different people there and everyone does a nice job each time.

Deluxe pedicure is not really good, and the price is expensive 🙄
