I showed a picture of what I wanted and walked out with the hair in the picture. I can’t remember my stylist’s name but she had purple hair. I need to figure out her name because I don’t want anyone else ever cutting my hair again. She did an amazing job.

This salon is a very nice and fun place to get your hair styled. Tavah is an excellent hair dresser. She knows all the tricks with any type of hair. The salon stays current on all hair styles and they do great hair colors. My entire family goes there and everyone is so pleased with the superb quality. Your hair is so individualized that getting it right the first time and everytime means so much. All of the stylists are very experienced and helpful. Want a relaxing experience with your safety and comfort in mind..then this is the place for you.

Ive been getting my haircut there for about 12 years now and everyone there is an absolute Delight professional clean courteous I could go on and on bottom line is very few places like that exist anymore in todays world and Im just glad that I can be a small part of it as a customer very satisfied, and Tevah is an absolute pleasure to have cut our hair, my wife and I couldnt be happier to call her our hair stylist.

Ive gone to Super Cuts for many years in CA. Ive also used this facility since moving to AZ.The reason for not a better rating is that I liked the way particular person cut my hair. Every time I call for a same day appointment Im told she has no openings. I find this highly unusual and not good customer relations.When Im due for my next haircut Ill try one more time and if I cant get a positive result, Ill try another location.

Walked in with my son, and the first person at the register said, “do you have an appointment”, we said not, and then she said “name?”. We have her the name and we could not hear each other because of the required masks, but was extremely rude at repeating things, and did not care about our business. You can tell she hates her job and especially the customers. You need to train your people to be welcoming, engaging and listen to your customers. Don’t treat people like you dont want them in your establishment. Manager tried to defend her employee, but we walked out as clearly, they did not want us there. This lady was acting very rude in front of my 6 year old son. When we walked out, he said “wow that was rude”. Not going to mention exactly on how it went all down, but very disappointing, especially during this time where everyone is in need of business. Much better places all over the valley.

Feel bad for writing a bad review because the employees are awesome. But I was given a gift card for Supercuts and after getting my haircut and trying to pay was told they can’t accept gift cards. So pretty much they stole money from the persoN that bought a gift card and had to take money from me that I didn’t have to spend. No sign, no way to contact the owner, and no offer of a discount. Very poor experience!

Long story short - I went in to get a shoulder length haircut. I came out looking like Dora the explorer. Not only that but she also nicked my eyebrow while cutting my hair.Unfortunately I also requested an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows are going white, so I need them on the thicker side to make it look like I have them. I asked for a clean up. She made them way too thin and they’re totally uneven.My haircut was terrible and I cried so badly my husband called them and told them about it. They said they’d “fix” it. I get in, I’m crying and the lady who cut my hair originally was staring at me the whole time and I was basically told “too bad, you’ll need to grow it out” got it cut even shorter.I will never come back to this place and had to spend $60 to get it fixed at a different salon. The older lady (I think her name is Pati) should get fired.

My hair is thick and curly, everywhere Ive went I would like how they did my hair, but it wouldnt be manageable. Ive wanted to do the big cut on my hair for a long time now and was always worried about cutting it. When I came here after hearing about Danielle through these reviews I had to see for myself and she did an AMAZING job. For once in my life my hair is manageable and I love it. The people here are nice and treat you very well and Ill definitely be doing my hair here more often!!

I have to give a 3. Not because the work that they do, that’s great. It’s the wait times. Book an appointment online and you walk in expecting that time give or take 5 mins. Not as soon as you walk in seeing who your suppose to see in 5 mins just start a haircut that will last longer than 20 mins. This is not the 1st time either. Seems to be getting more like this all the time. Overall a 3 for the wait times not the quality of work. That part is great. Always has been. Probably going to start looking somewhere else.

Erica was awesome! Super nervous from past experiences with Supercuts but she listened to my concerns and was very considerate and did an amazing job on my hair. I will go back to her every time from now on. Highly recommended!

Ive gone to this specific location since I was a child.. worst service I have ever received from a hairstylist. I normally dont post reviews at all but this is a special case.Had to walk out of the place with a half shaved head because the girl with blue tips decided to get an attitude with me after I misheard her several times, and told her that Id like a trim on a standard business cut, then proceeds to get rough with the back of my head while trimming like she didnt even want to do her job.I understand that it was 2 hours before closing and that we all are human, but this woman has some entitlement issues she needs to sort out before she chooses a service job. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, highly disappointed.

Had a super wonderful experience here. I never feel comfortable in a hair salon; I usually feel like an ugly duckling but Tevah made feel great and comfortable. I brought in a couple of photos of what I wanted; she took the time to look and listen to what I wanted. My hair cut is awesome.

The 3 ladies that were in there were the rudest people I have encountered in sometime. One had just finished a cut and the other 2 were mid cut. One asks what we need and we tell her a kids trim for my daughter. They tell me itll just be a few minutes. Then the lady whos client had just left proceeds to clean first her station, then putting laundry in the wash, & then folds laundry for the next 10 minutes while we are waiting. (Apparently she doesnt want to do a kids cut). 2 more customers come in and put their names in like we did. Next, they call up a customer that arrived after us. They were snooty, rude & barely acknowledged us. If you want awful service and to feel neglected than this is the place for you!

This supercuts store rocks ask for Teva, only down flaw is they dont take supercuts gift CARDS, this dont understand....

Just reading previous reviews and I had to double check the address because I couldnt believe the terrible reviews were regarding Bell Park Supercuts!Weve been going to BP Supercts for about a year and I Love This Place! And so does my husband and man/child!!!!

This is by far, the very best location of supercuts I have ever been to — and that is due entirely to the management and staff. tévah, the manager, is an exceptional stylist and quite the most wonderful of human beings, I have trusted her with both mine and my late husbands hair for years. the same can be said for Patti, who is always diligent, accurate and attentitive, having cut both of our hair many times over. lastly, Erika, she is always so kind and welcoming and really gives a wonderful cut. this group of ladies, under the leadership of Tévah, are masters of their trade and truly worth a drive all the way across town for the best hair care Ive received in 80 years (and counting). thank you supercuts bell park! as far as I am concerned every single review with even one hint of negativity about any of these ladies or this location, is utter rubbish — I assure you this location is the best of the best!

Tevah, Pati & Erica are three of the best stylists whose chair I’ve had the privilege to be in. I drive from the very far west valley because this team and their skill make it worthwhile. Nice friendly staff we laughed alot but the haircuts are something like letting my blind younger sister who learned haircut techniques off of YouTube Descriptions cut my hair. And then you get charged for it. I highly recommend this place if you have kids and you dont really mind how goofy they might look at school because thats your payback for putting up with them crying for five hours about why you wont take them to get an Xbox one since they got a C- in every single class. Yes, take them here, its quick you get in and out and parking is really good so you can make a quick exit and drop the kids off at their grandmas house showing off their 1980s bowl-cut.

Probably my worst haircut experience of my life.Lets start with the staff. Two people at five o clock which is understandable. Walk in for a 15 minute wait. End up waiting for 50 minutes. I would have been ok with this, BUT HALF OF THE STAFF WAS CUTTING ONE WIG . I was there for an hour and a half and she was still cutting a wig. I get that someone paid for that wig to be cut. But help your customers in the store and do that when you dont have customers in store.Now the cut. Lady was so rude just sat me down and said what do you want. I show her a picture and ask for a low fade to zero on the sides and to even the top but dont take extra length off so it can grow out. She does the sides then starts the top. Again asking for no extra length to be cut off top. She doesnt respond then takes 3 INCHES OFF.I would ask for a refund, but oh ya, their credit card machine doesnt work so I cant get credit back.

First timer, needed to do our grandbabys hair done. Last time, dont mind paying for good service and a tip if they have great service. This place didnt.
