Just the whole experience was good was really taking great care of from crystal. She took one look at a picture of how I liked my hair and she had it down. Very very happy with Crystal and look forward to my next haircut with her. It’s like my hair can’t grow fast enough. She did a excellent job cutting , washing and massaging my shoulders. By far the best haircut experience ever.

Don’t get your hair cut by lady with arrow forearm tattoo. Terrible haircuts, while I was there she cut two hair cuts, while the person across from her cut one. Person across was cutting well. She just didn’t take her time at all and was in a rush

I like the atmosphere of the shop and the positive, welcoming attitudes of the stylists who work there. The shop is always very clean every time I have gone and I always leave with a really good cut. Leigh is so easy to talk to, listens to how i want my hair cut and always does a great job.

Best haircut Ive had in a while.I decide to give this place a second try.The first time I went, the lady that cut my hair ruined it. Left my hair very uneven. Made me doubt the experience of the hair stylist in that sport clips.I work across the street and really needed a hair cut. So, I figured, a second chance with a different hair stylist. They were also able to get me right in.I cant remember the hair stylist name, I believe it was Candice, but she completely changed my perspective of sport clips. Will definitely be back to get my hair cut by her.

I waited only to watch 4 other people go right in front of me, I was scheduled and in line on screen in front of them and all I can say is that i was the only brown person in there. I refuse to allow that kind of treatment and behavior towards minorities.

Had a fantastic experience

I am typically very happy with the service and haircut at this location, BUT today was a different story. When I signed in, there was two people working, two people getting haircuts, and one person waiting in front of me. 35 minutes later one of the stylist became available, but instead of taking me (the next customer), she thought it may be a good time to clean her work station, sweep the floors and rearrange her hair products. I watched her for another 10 minutes before I decided.I’d had enough and walked out! 👎 Saturday 1/18/20 4:35 pm

Checking in on app works great and the 67 Av and Happy Valley location is where I go and I’ve never had a bad experience. Most recently Brianna helped me with a new style to try and so far so good. They do a great job of talking to you about styles and options as well as crush the high and tight or fades in no time at all so easy in easy out.

Great hair stylists here and always go above and beyond. My only 2 cents would be...when a customer tips you 50% everytime for their haircut...a simple thank you would go along way.

Always a nice place ! Nice people and very good. These days with COVID19, it’s sanitized well. The appointment system is working well and helps avoid waiting time. Walkins lead to typically more wait times (earlier), but now it’s appointment based largely, which is great. Nice people and take care of your needs. Keep it up guys. Kudos!

What a horrible experience I just received. In the middle of my hair cut my stylist went over to help another stylist do a fade or something on another customer which was no problem. The issue is I sat there for 30 minutes just watching them cut someone’s else’s hair for real no exaggeration. Finally another stylist was done with someone else and she finished my hair. Horrible service.

Lorena is the best hair stylist to date. I an very picky on who cuts my hair and from the first to the most recent haircut she always does a killer job and never leaves me disappointed. Great Cut always

Very poor experience. Computer issues, which the staff refused to address, caused extreme wait time and no service. Did online check in, showed up with empty store and we were next, names fell off screen and we waited another 40 minutes to be told we were yet again put at the back of the line, another 35 minute wait. We has called ahead of time (quoted no wait), checked in online, staff could not care less. Just so inattentive. Will never return or recommend to anyone.

Went for a basic trim and came out with 4 products in my hair and an unwanted product that was forced into my beard by surprise. Then I got told how long my haircut would last, because apparently this was my first one. Not a professional environment along with not a knowledgeable enough staff to figure out the register.
