I went to Smart styles at Walmart at 59th and Bell and Michael was wonderful! I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone he did a great job on my hair and my color, had a very gentle touch and will definitely go back to him.

I was here getting my sons hair cut with A woman named Karen my son had to use the restroom during the haircut and she told him that he would have to hold it and she doesn’t have time for him to use the restroom which was very unprofessional and then when I told her that that was not right she questioned my parenting saying I should have my kids use the restroom before a haircut she was very rude I would never suggest anybody going to her for a haircut or any kind of service because it seems like she Brought her attitude and personal life to work with her and takes it out on customers and before that incident I had come here twice a month getting both of my kids haircuts now I have to find another place to go I really like this place because I could do shopping while they’re getting haircuts but oh well well

Wendy was absolutely amazing!!!! She knew exactly what she was doing with my hair type! I didn’t have a long wait at all! I will definitely be coming back but I’m only booking with her lol.

Number not in service, last year this place was hot garbage this was my second time going here and only because they had a damn near complete staffing change....this time was SIGNIFICANTLY better thanks but keep up on current info please makes it hard to schedule or plan for going.

Will never return. The person that did my hair was a young Lady. I asked for a triangle under cut with a specific and simple disign and its crocked and the design is so messed unp and nothing like what I asked for. Im very upset.

Finally a smart style that does every type of hair. Ethnic as well. Great people! Very friendly and professional. The prices are amazing considering how much prices are these days. Tru was awesome. Shes very nice and attentive to her customers. Very knowledgeable of products for every type of hair. I see complaints of tipping come on people stylist live off their tips and give their all to give you the best out come. I bet you dont tip your waitresses either SHAME!

Went in for one look and the stylist got a little too happy with her shears. I believe she knew she couldn’t do the style to begin with and still attempted and cut too much and had the nerve to think it was ok. Strongly thinking about legal services.

Went here first time in June 2017. First salon that actually cut my hair the way I wanted, which was really scary because I was going from very long to very short. Super happy. Very friendly. Great price, cheaper than anyone, and I called several. Going again for hair cut this week.

Took a client made an appointment ahead and when I got there I told them we have 4 oclock appropriate and they said go sit and wait so we did 20 minutes pass by and I said to them we have an appointment and they started acting like they didnt know and there is no 4 oclock appointment and I looked at the scedule and there I was but they didnt write down my name. Here we are an hour has passed and still nobody has seen my client dont come here dont waist your time here they lie

I usually dont give bad reviews but I do feel like I need to warn people. I had my hair relaxed by a lady called Tru, she left the relaxer in my hair for about 45 minutes even after I told her how concerned as I was. Her behavior was unacceptable for any service-oriented business, completely belligerent. She charged almost $200. Needless to say I was extremely livid and my hair was overprocessed. A month later, and my hair remains coarse, damaged and severely breaking.

I was extremely disappointed by the service I received at Smart Style by Regis found at 59th Ave & Bell Rd Glendale Arizona. I was served by a person named Tru Who was Rude as she offered her uninvited opinion about how to raise my kids as well as demanding tips fir her service. According to the board of prices as well as the Hairstylist Tru the cost for my eldest daughter would have been approximately $52 dollars. However, i was shocked to find out that the price was raised to $72 because of a and i quote : Miscellaneous Service wich costed $20 more to the $52 originally wich was done without asking! The fact that the raise of the price was exorbitant cost me $72 made unable to buy my grocerys. Therefore, I finished at the hair salon and went home: my mothers words wich will be posted on Facebook. Now my words, in all this i am just appalled at the fact that my mother was correct about the price being $52 as said on our recipt, but she had charged us $20 more. Also she was telling my mother how to raise my siblings and had later and i quote threatened to spank my brother.

Got a lovely a long lasting color from Stephanie.Dont try going for anything complicated, but simple cuts and colors turn out great and for a low price.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this salon there is ONE woman working and she is doing a perm or coloring. This is the 6th time in 3 months I’ve had to put up with this, and I NEVER will again!!! Terrible customer service. Why on earth would you have only one woman working and making it impossible for other customers to even get a hair cut? A two hour wait because they take someone who should have been booked when there’re MULTIPLE people working???

Very disappointed, made an appointment for a hair cut and color and when we got there this lady said Oh we are very busy and you can have only the hair cut!! What is the point to make an appointment if they are going to do whatever they want?? Too bad.
