I recently moved from the east coast (NJ) and was very glad to have a barber with NY roots. Super chill barber, definitely got a lot of respect for his hustle. If you wanna look fly and make your girl happy dont hesitate to give this place a try. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been looking for a good barber for my 17 year old son, who has VERY thick hair and likes a longish style (and is very particular about his haircut). After nothing but bad experiences at other popular barbershops, a friend recommended that barbershop by JoJos Pizza on Pinnacle Peak and said we could just walk in, no appointment needed. Emanuel gave him quite possibly the best cut hes ever had. The price is significantly less than the trendy chain barbershops and the cut comes with hot or cold towel/neck shave and neck massage device. He took plenty of time to talk with my son asking questions about what he wanted, and decided to use scissors cut for the entire cut rather than shears. We both enjoyed getting to know Emanuel, who is now our guy (worth the 20 minute drive from where we live) and I feel good about supporting a local small business, over a corporate chain shop.

Best haircut Ive had in 7 months. I have been jumping from barber to barber only to have a haircut somehow worse than the last. First time here and my barber (Never got his name, my apologies) took care of everything after I explained my problem and desired look. Great conversation throughout made the experience even better. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Last week, I went to a barber who completely ruined my hair. Today, I came to this shop and had Emanuel cut my hair. I can confidently say this is one of the best haircuts i’ve gotten in my lifetime, in only 10 minutes. He made the experience even more enjoyable by cracking jokes and being a genuine guy. This is the only shop i’m going to be visiting from now on.

I can’t say enough about this amazing barber shop! Though I will say, this shop has amazing customer service from the moment you walk in. From the warm and friendly welcome to an almost “We’ll miss you ending”! The wait is never too long, the barbers listen and achieve precision cuts and shaves, as well as give the ultimate feeling of relaxation! I love this place and can’t imagine going anywhere else that can do better than Prostyles Barbershop! A must try!

Nice enough guys but horrible flat top and told the guy to fade my beard into the haircut and he ends up cutting of 4 inches of my beard and cutting most of it down to next to nothing. I go to barber shops to enhance how i look not destroy it. Definately not somewhere to go if its not a basic cut you want.

Response was amazing from all three men here OF COURSE NO WORRIES COME ON IN!!! Honestly I hate to even walk in anywhere that close to closing but they all made us feel comfortable and not like oh great really not before we close!!!!! Sorry not sorry- we have been bringing our son here for years and it is always a hit or miss! When we have the ladies do my sons hair it is fine, however when any of the men do our sons hair he comes home with cuts! Every single time! They are rough with him and he hates going - so never again!

Moved here little while ago been here for about a year I get a haircut bout once every 3 weeks being from Miami Im used to tight and clean fades and just couldnt find anyone in the valley heard Scottsdale was the place to go but havent found anyone impressive especially with all the barbers being super old or women :/ finally came to this place all the kids were young they all had trendy styles and sharp beards I was greeted by Bobby boy who said he also moved recently and he was from NYC. Long story short my haircut came out exactly how I wanted. The cold towel felt amazing in this heat and the massager was a treat. Will def be making this my new go to shop!!!!! By the way one coolest lookin color schemes Ive seen in the shop! LOVE THE RED BOB

This barbershop is where you want to go if you got specific requests like I did they hear you out and and deliver on I have had my hair cut by both Mark and Emmanuel (hoping I got his name right) and its never been a disappointment this is a place you go to if the cost cutters or any other big chain hair cutting messes you up ProStyles is where you wanna go to get results.

If you grown up with fades all your life you know it takes skill to nail that down. Not every barber can land it. I went in, the dude was already cutting someone’s hair and he asked if I had an appointment, I said no, so then he told me sit in chair 4 or something and then a girl came around the corner, didn’t think much of it, thought it was nice I didn’t have to wait but this girl gave me one of the worst experiences at a barber shop, super rough with the razor, didn’t take her time, honestly kind of messed up my sides, she acted super careless, seems like a nice place from most comments reviews but I didn’t get such a good one.

Only place Ill go for my hair cut and beard trim. Old school barber shop feel.
