The staff at this shop are amazing!! They always give me the perfect cut and they are real personable!! I always haveRONEN cut my hair he is fast and does a really good job in and put with a perfect cut everytime !!

Got a haircut and my beard trimmed from this place. Got left with a big bald spot on the back of my head. They just let me walk out the shop with a bald spot on the back of my head without even saying anything.

The environment of the barber shop is great. The barbers makes the environment entertaining, and gets your cuts in your liking. When I went to this barber shop for the first time I was kinda nervous because I use to get a military cut from my old man. I wanted to make a change of my hair style and I didnt know what I should get. When I got my hair long enough I went to Lads and Dads, I was help by one of the barbers name Sam. I told him I didnt know what I should get. He ask me what style you prefer. I told him that I use to get military cut and when I was younger I use to spike my hair and I miss spiking my hair and he told me how short i want it and i told him how short and have a skin fade in the side. He started cutting my hair how I like it and did it perfect and till now hes my barber. Love the environment how the barbers ask you how your day was and whats new in your life, and talks about any type of sports that are airing makes it like your second home to talk to the barbers and get to joke around and makes you laugh when you have a bad day or when their a good sport games that are coming on the air and talks about whos going to win or what stats the players or the games. Even talks about whats going on of the world and how can we improve ourselves to the world or what can be change to make the world better. From all that I recommend anyone to go to lads and dads, they can get your cut in perfection how you like it and makes the environment great.

Great barber shop with quality barbers. Went in 40 before closing, looking for a haircut and beard trim, they hooked me right up. They took their time and did everything right.Conversation was good, the mood was calm. Exactly what I needed after the hustle and bustle of daily life.These gents will hands down be my barbers until one of us moves.

This is a pretty decent shop - and now that Ive moved out of the area I really understand how good they were. Always comfortable there, and always got a great cut and shave for a reasonable price. The shop is handicapped accessible with parking right out front. Easygoing environment, and its one of those places where everyone is so good it doesnt matter who cuts your hair. Miss you guys!

If you like having a true barber cut, then this is the place to go. Prices are slightly cheaper than other barbers and the staff makes an effort to know their customers and are extremely friendly. Its a true East Coast barber located in the Phoenix area.

My son and I both go in once or twice a month and always come out looking great! I tend to go for a short mens traditional cut and I have a very difficult cow-lick in the back. They always do a great job taming it. Lazar is fantastic. Including tip, I usually pay ~$35 for our two haircuts.

Nice staff. I got a decent haircut, but they must have dull clippers or something because I got crazy razor burn on my neck. For 20$, I was expecting a bit better.

Way better barbers out there for way better cut and price. Had a woman barber cut a 16 year old boy and it was way uneven. Didnt want to complain. Life is too short and hair grows back. But I wont be going back.

I received a horrible fade here, but whats worse than the fade is that the barber didnt even scissor cut the top. Using the clippers he just kind of eyeballed it and now the top of my hair is like 3 different lengths. The longest hair is on the side of my head, which is a style I was unaware of.

Horrible and rushed cut. Didn’t even use a razor to clean edges. Too worried about getting to next customer. My son has gotten a hot towel and razor clean up for same price and a much better fade. Save your money!

I go to a different barber shop typically, but needed to get a haircut today, so I decided to take a risk on this place. I am now sorely disappointed and sincerely wish I had waited until the weekend to go to my usual spot.There were no cars in the parking lot and no customers inside, and I should have taken that as a sign. My barber was young, and raced through the haircut (no exaggeration, it was done in right around seven minutes).Im not picky, but I told him I wanted a quarter inch off. Then he asked me if I want clippers or scissors for the top of my head (Im normally only asked that for the sides).Long story short, the guy made it look almost like a buzz cut. I was obviously disappointed and he nonchalantly said that he do a better job next time, and to make sure that I said I wanted scissors on the top.This was an all around bad experience, and I would like to steer anyone clear of having the same thing happen to them.
