I’ve been coming to this barber shop to get my haircut from Mike Valdez for a couple years now. I can say it’s been the best experience. Aside from him giving sick haircuts, He’s always on time for appointments, he is honestly and respectful. He is the first person that greets you coming through that door regardless if he’s busy or not. Finding a dope barber that are customer service focused is hard to find.I highly recommend this place and Mike.

Zulema is the ONLY barber I go to she never disappoints I’ve sent my friends to her and even they say the same! Best barber hands down and great service! Definitely cares that I get my haircuts to my very best standards! 10/10 recommend her!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY HAD US WAIT FOR AN HOUR ONLY TO HAVE BARBERS CLEAN UP TO LEAVE.. WE FELT UNWELCOMED AND UNCOMFORTABLE KNOWING NO ONE WANTED TO HELP US.. 1 out of 10 would not recommend. Barber was rude first couple minutes in the chair seemed like his phone and his kid he brought to work was more important. Asked for a taper he gave it to me. Wasn’t what I wanted asked to fix it he said he would have to charge me. I was okay with that. He wanted to continue to argue with me saying he cut my hair the right way. Even if that’s the case don’t argue with a customer willing to pay more. I left and got my hair fixed somewhere else.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO FR3SH CUTZ!I would always drive past fr3sh cutz cause I had my barber but one day I decided to stop in and get a cut. I didnt have to wait long at all and they have ice cream & drinks to cool off (big plus) it was a chill environment and the barbers were welcoming. I asked for a mid fade and my beard to be trimmed & shaped the barbers name was Christian he did an exceptional job I would definitely recommend this place. 5 star service all around stop by and check them out!

First time I came here I was greeted by everyone and felt very welcomed. I came with my little sibling who convinced me to get my haircut here. It was done by a lady, whose name I cant remember 😓, but she did an amazing job! Loved my haircut! She was professional and had a great attitude! This place is A1, best place to get a cut in AZ. I recommend my barber Dom, he’s an absolute beast with the clippers, he will not disappoint. Come walk in or schedule an appointment, they do it all. They even do massages…can’t beat that with a stick;)

I’ve only had Victor cut my hair and he is always efficient, courteous, personable and makes you feel welcome. I like how all the barbers, including Victor build rapport with their clients. (Edit) I have since been back and found the perfect barber for me thank you. Im glad I gave it a another chance best place in town to get a cut with some of the best barbers available.Always known to do a fresh cut hense the name but the barber I got last time let me down wanted a skin fade didnt skin my hair completely. I know you might argue why I didnt let him know but tbh I really didnt feel like sitting in the chair longer lol wasnt worth 30 mind you I have paid 45 here at this place and left happy but this was a horrible experience will be trying a new place just to see if I will get as good or better service. Still love ya though keep getting that paper fatboy.

This place has horrible service ! The female there got an attitude and decided to purposely do exactly what I said not to do then tried to charge me 35 dollars for a cut that only needed the sides nothing more LOL 😂😂😂😅 thats really the second time something like that happened there which Is the reason I hadnt been there in 4 years and decided to try it again and no luck obviously same owner same management I wouldnt recommend this place if you care about your hair straight up ☠️

Mike Valdez the coldest barbershop I’ve ever had and I from Houston where that’s hard to top.

Liked the cut & barber was dope. The only thing I didnt like is that they didnt do the hot towel this visit. Its the only reason I dont mind paying the $30 for the haircut but if they aint gonna do the hot towel than might as well go elsewhere, not worth it just for the haircut.

Unethical place lacks many things this store on Bethany. Now that they got new store yall need professionals to teach these kids wow! Cant go loosing the freshness! Shame on yall! I want my money back $30????!!! My tapper on my ponytail hair style was messed up by some kid.. I think his dad works there It was on Bethany regardless of what location yall share same name and same owner. Should be trained to all act and share same value. Now people got hostile and were opening my cars dooraying I was scared when there was the whole crew of barbershop on in my face. Not safe to take your kids here. Gangster looking and acting kids work here.

Kid friendly! Our barber Chris took the time to educate my 12 year old son about his cut and how to request it during his next visit. My son left feeling empowered as a young man and with a clean taper. The owner is always makes his presence known and motivates his team when he walks in. Always happy with our experience. First off let me say that the place has a great vibe, super friendly staff and clean and I believe the owner I big Mexican guy cause he was super tentative when you walked he greeted every person and made you feel welcomed. But my haircut was not on point. I don’t know how long the barber has been cutting hair but when I say skin to 1 fade and finger length short on top let’s say none of that happen. It’s pretty bad but I had to get going and couldn’t sit for another 30 min. I would definitely give them another shot just not the same barber.

The barbershop is clean and inviting. Owner and I had conversation. Extremely personable.My barber Will, really listened and created a master piece. I looked 20yrs younger. He took his time as well as the other master barbers. A little wait time, but well worth it. I have found a home, so to speak.

Came in for a haircut (walk-in) at 940, Was in a chair (Kevin) getting my haircut by 10, even though he already had an appointment lined up. Good energy, good conversation, overall great atmosphere. You can tell they really care about their craft yet, still quick to shoot jokes and actually get to know you. Great haircuts, will definitely be back and be a consistent customer. I have been coming to fresh Cuttz for 2 years now. They provide excellent service I will highly recommend it. The wait is a bit long but they always recommend you to make an appointment. I usually don’t they still make the time and walk ins are welcome. We never mind the wait the excellent haircuts make it all worth it.

Woke up on Saturday morning needing a haircut. I walked in and the place was packed. I got nervous thinking I would be there all day and started to regret my decision. The staff asked me to sign in and within 15 minutes I was sitting in a chair getting a FRESH CUTT! The atmosphere was vibrant and the banter between staff was comical. I also happened to be there on their 2 year anniversary which included a keg of beer which they openly shared. Unbelievable first time experience at this barbershop.

I took my 7 year old daughter and my 3 year old son and they did a amazing job. So patient with the kids and all their barbers are doing a great job!! They definitely are well recommended!!! Thank you FRESHCUTTZ

Always a clean and welcoming environment, they also offer kids Tuesdays specials for the family making it a great choice for any customer.

The barbers here are very talented. Everyone does a great job, but we come here specifically to see Adon. Hes amazing! He pays so much attention to detail. He does my husbands hair and my sons. Hes great with kids, careful and patient. Both my boys leave this barber shop looking fresh every time. No complaints!
