When life happens important stuff like, major dental work, gets put on hold. That is until something disastrous happens, like your front tooth cracked right in half just before a holiday weekend.I was forced to place my attention to long overdue dental work.I already knew I wanted implants, and had seen Dr. Gibbs and staff several months ago. I had also seen a few other dentists for implant consultations.Implants are crazy expensive and you must trust and have full confidence in who you choose to do the work. No one wants to walk around with teeth that look like chiclets, or teeth which do not properly fit your face and features. I’ve seen a lot of bad dental work. And the thing is ITS EXPENSIVE! Most people can’t get a redo if they take the plunge with the wrong dentist.Dr Gibbs was so kind to me. He cemented my front tooth back together and polished it up at no charge. That’s very rare these days. His kindness and compassion spoke volumes about his level of professionalism. Not to mention all his additional training and certifications.I feel I have finally found the best dentist to makeover my smile 😊

My wife is a patient of Dr. Thomas Gibbs and she is extremely happy and speaks very highly of his work and the entire staff (having gone through multiple implants which look great). Now, I needed help to address discomfort in my mouth that I put off too long, due to the memory of that pain felt when having a cavity filled without novocaine or any anesthetic. Dr. Gibbs is the very best dentist I have ever had in my entire life!!!!! His level of care is amazing. He is a very personable person and he always takes his time with me and my family. Ive been bringing my kids here for years and they are teens now. He has a lot of pain free techniques that no other dentist that I know of even knows about. I had a really great experience here for my cleaning. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was that everything was spotless in the waiting room. I didnt wait long at all for my appointment. The exam areas were super clean as well. They were very nice and reasonable. I also received whitening trays, which I have yet to try, but the trays were ready for me the next day! They took their time in explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend.

I would like to say I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gibbs and his staff. Everyone there made me feel at home like Ive been coming there for years, despite being my first visit. We had a small discrepancy with my insurance, but it was quickly resolved and I was helped by some fantastic team members. The whole experience was operated like a well oiled and extremely professional organization. From x-rays to evaluation and cleaning the whole experience was painless and I was given not only a thorough evaluation, but also provided with some excellent tips and tricks to oral hygiene I was unaware of. Finally, I was explained the next treatments and provided a detailed cost analysis of all of the procedures and next steps.I would happily recommend Dr. Gibbs and his team to anyone who might need a professional dental staff looking out for you and your wonderful smile!

I’m not one that enjoys going to the Dentist; I have had many nightmare experiences as a kid as well as in my early 20′s. My family has been going to Dr. Gibbs now for over 15 yearsInitially was very hesitant at first but as soon as I met him for the first time all my fears and discomforts were lifted. He truly makes your experience there a very welcoming one. He puts you first in all of your concerns and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve never been so comfortable and relaxed in my life when going to a dentist. He genuinely cares about your fears and or concerns and takes his time to make you feel calm and explains in detail what is needed.I can also give great credit to all his great staff—the hygienist is one of the most through and gentle I’ve had, his assistant has been there for many years and is always caring, and the front desk is very good my insurance questions and making us feel comfortable.Their new office is incredible! I have always been impressed with how they keep up all the modern equipment and technology. . I went to Smile a little over a year ago because I was looking for a new dentist...the experience I had at the time of visit and after was just awful. At first the receptionist seemed very nice, but once I actually went to go to my appointment, I felt so uncomfortable.They first tried to tell me that I had about 8 cavities and that even with insurance it would cost me $1800 to get them fixed. After a month, they tried to send me a bill for $60 for a basic cleaning visit that was covered by my insurance. Not only that, when I told them I couldnt afford to pay $1800 up front for fixing my teeth (like most people), they made me feel stupid and inadequate for it. That was the point I decided to NEVER go back.Fast forward to earlier this week, I decided to go to a different dentist. Turns out I only have 3 cavities and itll cost me $53 after insurance.So, it seems as though this place was very willing to do unnecessary work on my teeth just to get a few bucks. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.If I were anyone else, I would get a second opinion after going here because it seems as though they are very willing to screw you over to get extra money.

Dr. Gibbs was excellent in treating an extremely anxious dental patient. This was my third root canal but my first under sedation. I spent 45 minutes searching with 1800Dentist for an endocrinologist that will sedate for a root canal and Dr. Gibbs was the only one who offered the service. It has been two days since I had procedure and my tooth feels fine. Most importantly, I have had no problems with my anxiety. This is the first time I have left a dentist office without a knot in my stomach and a sore neck and shoulders due to my anxiety.Thanks to all at Dr. Gibbs office.

I, like many, have never been thrilled when it comes time to visit the dentist, especially when it is for something more than a cleaning. Well... Those Days Are Over!!!. Dr. Gibbs is the first of many dentist Ive tried who is ON TIME, provides TOP QUALITY SERVICE, and really does work with MINIMAL TO ZERO DISCOMFORT. He had to put a crown on one of my molars and did so without my suffering any of the normal discomfort that generally makes me wait way too long between appointments. Really! And, everyone at the office is both pleasant and professional. Look, many people will complain when something is not right but Dr. Gibbs and his team really do work in a way that makes one want to shout out on their behalf. They truly deserve it. I had a pretty good experience up until the front I felt the receptionist was a bit pushy and not listening I felt frustrated and overwhelmed going there and deciding to move forward was a huge step but after talking with her I felt like giving it up I did not want to go into debt for close to 63000 and Dr. Gibbs had quoted me 30000 so I was very shellshocked I would very much like to fix my problem so im hoping for a more affordable solution
