We have been Fox customers for a bit over a year now, and cannot stress enough how amazing Juan is! We had a major wasp issue upon moving in, and Juan managed to thoroughly fix our problem. Hired Fox to help with stink bugs in the backyard. Started to notice the population was increasing going into fall. Juan came out and really took the time to listen and understand where the problem is. Juan took his time and was very thorough with his work. I was about to cancel this service because I did not have a good experience with this company with treating/removing a wasp nest, at first. A technician came out 3 separate times to treat it stating the activity looks better than before, which it certainly did not. We could hardly go on our deck without being bombarded with wasps. It was a frustrating situation seeing as it felt like no one was listening to us or taking care of the issue.They finally came out a 4th time. I’m so grateful for my new technician Stephanie who came out this time. She was truly wonderful. Not only was she very professional, but she was very efficient. She removed the nest in less than 10 minutes. Despite giving 3 stars for the past experiences and taking 4 times to fix the issue, Stephanie deserves more than 5 stars. I would recommend using her for your services.

I would recommend this company because they mean business and the ladies who work in the office are friendly and very quick to response. There was a mice infestation when we bought our house and Juan found the source of that and sealed it within a very short amount of time. He does our house visits every 3 months and he is polite, friendly and meticulous. We recently had Juan Salazar come to our home for the quarterly preventative inspection. Juan promptly greeted me at my front door from a distance, explained his philosophy as a team lead and then explained all the items he would be inspecting. He asked me if I had anything specific I needed him to inspect and I mentioned bees I had seen recently.He completed the inspection, and afterwards again, discussed with me all the services and inspections he completed and how he remedied them. He was extremely professional, well-spoken, and very well educated in his area of expertise.I have had to contact Fox a couple times when bees unexpectedly showed up and they were extremely responsive and were at my house in short order. Fox has excellent employees (I have never had a bad experience with any of the ones I have spoken with), excellent customer service and is very responsive.

Greg was great! very knowledgeable and willing to check all spaces for mice/rodent activity. Placed the proper traps as well as sprayed for spiders/insects in my crawl space as well as main living area and exterior of my home and garage. He even brushed the whole exterior clear of any webs and applied tick/ant granular to my mulch and grass areas. They will come back in 14days to check the progress. I Would defiantly recommend Fox Pest Control to anyone with an pest issue.

We have been using Fox for a little over a year now and I am happy with the service. The technicians have always been good and helpful, but our most recent technician, Bobby, has been above and beyond amazing. Not only does he go out of his way to explain things to me, he has a great eye and takes care of problems before they arise. He has caught multiple things that other technicians (from fox and other companies) have missed. Couldnt be happier with our service with Bobby.

I have used Fox pest control quarterly services for a number of years. Their services are fine, however, they do not engender a strong customer loyalty. That opinion change somewhat today when I met Juan S. Juan is an great asset to Fox Pest Control. Juan is what every employer desires in an employee. Juan is knowledgeable, passionate about pest control and loyal to Fox. He also has great customer service skills. He asks questions, listens and proposes solutions. He explains things very well. When we discussed technician continuity, he honestly said that he may not be the technician next time because his goal is to be more of a supervisor. That being said, Juan said if they were any issues in the future that he could still be called upon because his goal was to train technicians Who did a good job and took pride in their work. We will see what happens in future services and will update this review. Today, however, my experience with Fox was extremely favorable because of my interaction with Juan.

I hired Fox Pest control to help control ants, wasps rodents and other pests at my ranch. The first experience was not the best, and we had a few phone calls back and forth to the point I almost cancelled the service. Today we had our second quarterly visit and I was ready for a fight. The technician that came out today, Juan S, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He listened to my concerns and issues and after our discussions and his explanations of what the product are and how they work, he did everything in his power to correct issues and resolve my concerns. We discuss the questions I had and is researching them for me to find the best plan that will ensure the pest control is achieved without harming my animals. Juan did a really thorough job today! We’ve been happy with Fox for some time now, but have recently seen a bit of mice activity. So today Juan stepped up and did an in depth assessment and identified some rather tricky entry point that the mice have been using. We had issues with lots of yellow jackets in our yard and were worried about them stinging us anytime we were outside. We called Fox Pest Control on Wednesday and had a wonderful technician, Gregg, at our home to treat the yellow jackets on Friday morning! From the first call with Calder, we were able to get a clear plan to not only remediate the yellow jackets now, but over the next year, along with other pests like ticks, fleas and spiders. Gregg, our tech, called 30 minutes before to let us know he was en route -- right within the 2-hour window provided too -- and went right to work doing the treatment, cleaning up spider webs and debris. He was fast, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. Also, as its a pandemic, it was so nice to see a tech arrive with a mask worn properly and giving six feet of space without me asking, something I greatly appreciated for safety and showed great respect/professionalism. The pricing, quality and care given to our family was remarkable, I will be using Fox for any future needs and I cannot recommend them more highly!

When Juan , my service technician arrived today, he asked me about issues I had with pests and rodents. I was happy to say no rodents, but the wasps were on the rise again and the flies were getting out of control. During my service call Juan did an excellent job explaining the treatments he would be doing today and results I should see in the upcoming days. He removed 4 wasp nests from the mailbox and happy to report no return of wasp to the shed. Juan, GREAT JOB!

They came to our door saying there was neighborly deal. This was our first home and pretty upset we were taken advantage of. Still see wasps everywhere, spider webs everywhere and ants everywhere. Didnt even get the spider webs from the front door. Called to cancel their service and was told there is a $150 dollar fee to cancel which we were not told about when they came and blew my mind. Will change my review if they come out and fix the issue but until then would highly not recommend this scam as they have done nothing close to the service they said they would provide.

(Amy Figura account holder)I had used their services for voles in my yard was promised that the bait box would not affect my dog. Well it did and now my dog is severely ill. Thank God the poison they use is one of the most treatable however that doesnt matter. My poor dog is in pain and experiencing effects of anticoagulant drugs. I had to take him to the vet and spend $580 to save his life. I would never have used their services if there was any chance it could harm my animals. They need to be completely transparent when it comes to this issue. I called to get the name of the chemical they use in the bait boxes, and was told a manager would call me back. I never heard anything from said manager. I also had a hard time getting the customer service representative to give me the name of the chemical over the phone she wanted me to wait until the manager called back. My dog would be dead if I did that.

Jerry has taken care of my home a few times. What a great guy! He is courteous, incredibly prompt, friendly and polite. Fox Pest has a quality employee in Jerry - do everything you can to hold on to him!

I have been using Fox pest control for Awhile now, and I have met some of the greatest techs that have come to service my property, they are always on time and they always follow the request to call before they arrive, and they are always so helpful with the issues and concerns I have, and no matter the tech they are always willing to go above and beyond, i have to give credit to the branch manager who is leading theses techs your doing a great job Eemilio keep up the hard work. now for the techs that have come to my house and have helped me in so many ways with either going into my attic or even my crawl space to make sure that all levels of the house are treated I thank you. Curtis has come to my house a couple of times I highly Recommend him he always knows what needs to be done and gets it done. I also highly Recommend Hunter as a tech he has come to my house once or twice and he has helped us with mice issues and so willing to make sure our needs are met.
