This is our second year working with EcoGuard and we could not be happier! We have had preventative for mice control and spider spray with absolutely no issues in between.From the office to the service techs, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The service techs are all so knowledgeable and will explain why they recommend a certain treatment and how it will work. I have never felt pressured into a service or treatment either. They offer what is best for the needs of my home. Not to mention they were so patient with all of my questions and addressed my concerns about my dog’s safety from chemicals/ bait.EcoGuard has honestly been so great to work with, I feel confident in their services and my mind is at ease. We had a group of blue mud dauber wasps hanging around our front door. We could barely get in the door and they were coming in the house. My husband tried spraying regular wasp spray and it did nothing. I wanted to try to get rid of them naturally but we were told there is nothing that will get rid of them except chemicals. I wouldnt consider this cheap but it was definitely necessary. The man came out when he said he would and was in contact with me on the spot. He sprayed all around the house up in the gutter and soffit area. You could smell it for days. We have not seen one anywhere since its been done almost a month ago. I would highly recommend EcoGuard.

This is the second time Ive used EcoGuard. After the first time, I wouldnt have called anyone else. I am terrified of spiders. Late last summer, I felt I was seeing them all over my house. After seeing a large one on my bedroom wall, I slept in the living room for a week. So you can see I REALLY hate spiders. Reese came to my house and thoroughly explained their services and product. He was right. It took a couple of weeks and then I never saw another spider! I never saw any ants or other pests either. Now it has been almost a year so Reese came today and applied the EcoGuard product inside and outside my house. It feels wonderful knowing those nasty spiders wont be getting in my house this fall.

Theyve helped treat our recurring mice/chipmunk problem. Always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A bit pricey, but saves us the trouble of tending our own bait stations.

Have an ant and spider problem for the past 3 years trying to keep them out of the house has come to be impossible called EcoGuard Pest Control in less than an hour and a half Pete was here on a Saturday. He sprayed entire outside of the house and surrounding trees and did all of the inside. The chemicals they use are safe for pets which was a relief because we have many. Its nice to find a honest, respectful, Christian company with good prices so thankful and they are now our new pest control company thank you so much Pete God bless you.

We had been noticing an increase in the wasps and bees at our property. We called EcoGuard and they were out within 36 hours. Our technician, Reece, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He told us all about the species of bees (Carpenter) and wasps (European Paper and Mud Dauber) that had made homes on our structures - yes we had a trifecta of stingers! He walked us through the treatment plan and what we can expect as a result. It was just applied today and he was confident that it would be very effective at removing the wasps from our home areas. If that is not the case, I will update this review accordingly!

We just moved from California and needed a quarterly setup similar to what we had before. The gentlemen Pete that came out was very professional, polite and straight to the point. Its been a week since our initial treatment and Im surprised with the results. We have been finding dead bugs in the hundreds. Cant wait for the followup, will update then if needed.

We used a different pest control company last year and our problem was not resolved. The Eco Guard technician who serviced our house was very knowledgeable. It was like night and day comparing the two companies. He was able to explain exactly what was causing our problem with carpenter ants and what to expect post treatment. WE had an infestation of springtails in our townhome. EcoGuard treated one of our neighbors homes and they were satisfied, so I asked the technician to come to our home and assess and ultimately treat as well. Reese was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased.

Reece came to our home for a minor fly problem. We had more in our house than just getting in with the doors open. He did a thorough inspection and finding no obvious entry points or infestation inside our home, he treated the inside and outside. It has only been one day but no flies so far. Well, we had EcoGuard Pest Control back out after an initial one-time treatment.The first treatment was so effective, we decided to go for an annual contract (with a Winter-skip). We had our fall inspection and treatment about a month ago and within a couple of days, no rodents! These guys are good! On top of that, they are professional, polite, and inspire confidence. We are absolutely satisfied! Great crew, great service. We had Peter treat our house for spiders as well and havent seen any since, and that was a year ago! EcoGuard rocks! I had let my car sit for over a month and yellow jacket wasps took over the side mirror and the gas tank area. I called EcoGuard on a Sunday and booked an appointment for the next afternoon. They were on time, friendly, and professional. We recently moved into a rental house and after 2 days noticed an increasing amount of ants around and inside the house. We found a few nests around the house when we uncovered some rocks and mulch and tried a store-bought treatment but there were just too many and there seemed to be more of them inside. Being pregnant and due in 20 days I started panicking and decided to call EcoGuard to do the treatment professionally because we already spent a lot of money on different products and baits without seeing any results. I had a rodent problem at one of my rentals out in IL, we hired Ecoguard because of their great reviews and a friend referral. its been nearly a year with no evidence of rodents returning. to anybody that has rentals you know how important it is to keep your tenant(s) happy with their rental. finding good renters can be difficult and i thank Ecoguard for saving me the trouble of finding a new tenant!

Weve used other companies in the past for rodent control and it always seems like it took FOREVER for the problem to go away. We changed companies this year and went with Ecoguard. the service technician came out, did a thorough inspection and determined are case was pretty severe... I think the neighbors might be feeding wildlife... anyways we ended up hiring ecoguard and within a few weeks all the activity ceased and its been 3 months now with no signs of rodents in or around the home.
